Manny and Lenny provided excellent on site and in home guidance on the selection of my home sound system. Best Buy offers the opportunity to actually consult with individuals such as Manny and Lenny who check your receipt and purchases, ensure that all devices talk to one another, and that you don't over buy. This was a good buying experience and I love my new systems (i.e. TVs, Alexa devices, speakers system, etc.).

I was having an issue with a Recents purchase of a Samsung QED TV linking with my Alexa.. spoke with Alex over the phone. He walked me through several scenarios in order to get it fixed and we were unsuccessful on handling over the phone. He was eager and non-hesitant to get me scheduled with a tech that came to the house and we resolve the issue. I’ve used Alex and Best Buy over the last 7 or 8 years never had an issue excellent consulting I would highly recommend him anytime

Derek’s knowledge and competency has far exceeded any other Best Buy associate/ consultant myself and my company has worked with. This individual’s dedication to customer service is the single reason I continue to buy from Best Buy formyself, my family, my company and friends. Derek is unmatched and has helped me with needs ranging from home theater, computer, ultra high end audio, home automation, appliance and kitchen design, virtual reality setups, and solving some pretty complex wifi/ tech issues I’ve had at my home. Please use him to train your other employees and assist in creating policy. Nobody stays up to date and makes recommendations like he does.

We had some old devices that were not wi-fi or blue tooth that didn’t communicate with our smart TV. The sound lacked clarity. Your consultant knew immediately what would work in our situation and gave us suggestions to improve the sound in the room. He broke it down to advise what to do now and what could be added later. We decided to go with all the suggestions. It has made a world of difference.

I recently had a Sony 65 inch OLED Bravia installed. The TV I had before was a 50 inch pioneer elite plasma. It was and still is a nice TV. The Bravia competes with it. The Bravia is a smart TV while the Pioneer elite I would say is half smart. I decided on this TV after consulting with Casey. It was obvious from the first time I talked to him he knew the products that were available at Best Buy. He advised I try the Sony OLED. It’s a great TV. Casey came out to my house and Came up with a great plan for my TV/audio system. I am grateful for him

Our universal remote crashed to our home theatre system, and when notified, Best Buy jumped on it. The customer service was top-notch! A young man by the name of Benjamin came out to do the installation/programming. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient! My husband and I learned so much from him during the time he was working on our home theatre system! Very much appreciated! Thank you so much to the Best Buy team!!

I hired the Geek Squad to re-create my home theater after all the previous components reached their 20th birthday. Romeo and Richard's crew replaced the aging equipment and restored the 7 speaker system to current standards without any major issues. Three years later, I relocated to a new home, and had the same crew re-connect everything as well as mount three TVs. Again, everything was done professionally, courteously, and respectfully. I cannot think of anything they could have done better.

We needed help to buy a security camera and wifi signal booster systems. Jacob Nathansen was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable, as well as empathetic to our needs for this purchase. He show us the most economical way to meet our needs. He kept in contact with us and followed up after installation to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and everything was working to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with him and look forward to again when the need arises. This was the first time we used this consulting service and we are completely satisfied with experience.

There was a mix up concerning an installation of my tv. The first visit was incomplete, and needed to be rescheduled. Jason at the Jensen Beach store followed up by nailing down another visit for me. He called me back three times to let me know status of securing a date. I loved the fact that whatever he said he would do, he did. If he said he would give me a status call by five, he did. Even though he had multiple other customers he still kept me informed, and finally secured a good date for the installation visit. He exemplifies customer service and makes Best Buy my favorite store to visit.

The entire crew from Best Buys took the time to go over everything with me and my wife after the installation was finished. They took the time to show us how to set up the app on our phone and get the music started in our Florida room where we also have a large screen TV.

We were looking to possibly purchase a new receiver and speakers… After going into the store the gentleman said that he would like to have someone come out and do a in home consultation about our needs. When Kendrick showed up I explained to him what I was thinking about and he help with making other suggestions to better fit what I was trying to accomplish… We couldn’t be happier with what we came up with.. Our new surround system far exceeds our expectations. I can’t thank Kendrick enough for helping us out

I went into the store needing a quick turn around for a sound system. I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed or wanted. Ray listened to my needs, was able to talk me through all of my options and helped me settle on something that was even better and less expensive than what I had originally thought I needed. I would recommend Ray to anyone and look forward to working with him again this spring.

Jay consulted with us on a project to install 4 flat screen TV's in our new home. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and customer focused. He guided us through several options. His proposal was concise and timely which helped us with our final decision.

This was Nick Ross's second time in our home over the years for consultation. On both occasions we used his expertise and advice for upgrades in our living room, kitchen and bedroom. When Nick presents his recommendations he does so in a clear and educational manor. He describes pros and cons on different brands but always leaves the final decision to my wife and I. Never pressured to purchase or use his service in any way. This type of salesmanship is appreciated. And most important is his follow-up ensuring our needs were met and if anything else is required ensuring our experience had total satisfaction. As our needs change I will be contacting Nick with no hesitation.

BestBuy used a third party delivery service, Mega Bros Logistics, for our new range and over the range microwave. The two gentlemen, Mauricio and Sebastián were polite, professional and took extreme care while installing our appliances and removing the old ones. They were on time, and very thorough with the installation. They made sure the range was level, and both appliances were fully operational before leaving. They left the area clean and removed all packing material. Extremely satisfied with this installation!
