It was time to upgrade our audio system and large screen TV with an integrated, wireless solution. A neighbor highly praised Magnolia's consultant Andrew Lamacchia, so we set up an appointment. Andrew spent nearly 2 hours in our home, studying the layout, examining existing equipment, listening to our needs and exploring options. He never tried to upsell, but instead came back with an on-budget proposal that reflected creative thinking and great equipment. The Geek Squad team did an outstanding job with implementation. It's been several months, and we remain extremely pleased with the great sound from the audio system and the quality of the TV.

Hi there, We just bought a new house at the end of last year. We wanted a new big-screen TV and some kitchen appliances. Our living room has a fair amount of natural light and I wasn't sure which TV would be best for it. Mariel came out to our home. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about all of the TVs that I was interested in. He was also very knowledgeable about the kitchen appliances. It worked out well. We also got a gift card from Best Buy on our purchases which I subsequently used for an i7 Roomba which was also a great purchase. The home expert consultation was key (and Mariel in particular) in bringing our business to Best Buy.

Christian was a pleasure to work with to find my home entertainment needs. He is professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful and I trusted his recommendations. He was also very responsive when I reached out with questions about my order and I always felt like I was in good care. I have recommended him to my friends as well. We are so happy with Christian’s service and Best Buy’s products and prices.

Trudy visited house and reviewed what we wanted. She was a very good listener. She did a great job educating us best way to approach what we wanted to do and gave us options. She was thorough on what Best Buy would do for us. We had already bought the TVs at BB. It was new construction, not being lived in, and we were new to NC. She was excellent setting up the installation and in home training. She was hard to get a hold of a few times. She lined up the Best Buy to hook up our Nest, Ring, and TV smart system. I would hire Best Buy on a heart beat for any work we need to be done for our house that would involve sound system, TVs, security, etc.

We were looking to buy a new TV for our living room and also some technical help for our home theater system. From selecting TV, to installation and making sure both TV and the home theater is performing perfect, our consultant and the team did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the advice and support i got.

My Home Theater Consultant, Donna Thompson has gone above and beyond for me after I moved into a brand new home! I've spent more than I was hoping to but every penny was very much worth it! I live in an urban area and it's thanks to Donna that every floor is very well connected with plenty of entertainment outlets throughout. My entire home functions as an office if I decide to venture outside of my designated office space and I have lots of options to relax to afterward as well. My parents were so impressed they also followed suit. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend utilizing this program if offered - they're called experts for a reason!

We were looking to replace all 4 large appliances in our kitchen - range, Microwave, Dishwasher and refrigerator -- Keith Taylor was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on what we really needed and, even after we agreed on the price and signed agreement, Keith went out of his way to ensure that everything went well - including scheduling of installation and making sure that the installer was the best.

Wyatt was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with items I needed to make my entertainment set up look and preform perfectly. I knew I was in good hands with his recommendations. I hope to get to work with him again soon.

Miguel was responsive and personable. He provided great detail to make an informed decision. Moreover, the installation crew was just as friendly…taking the time to center my equipment and coach me through the new services.

Travis Miller (Best Buy Consultant) made the entire process easy. Best Buy was not my initial choice, Lowe's was. Lowe's came out to measure and gave me a ridiculous install quote to replace my existing wall oven (swapping a 27 inch for a 27 inch). I felt like Lowe's (they used a sub-contractor) was putting in a lot of extra charges for the install that didn't make sense. Travis came out and agreed the install was standard and didn't charge anything above and beyond the standard Best Buy fee. Travis stayed in communication with me and followed up after the job was complete. I would recommend Travis and Best Buy for anyone looking to replace a wall oven.

We came to Best Buy in Boca Raton to buy speakers for our apartment. We discussed various options with Stefan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. His depth of experience and familiarity with the equipment made our decision much easier.

We recently renovated our kitchen and was in the market for new appliances. John showed us the right appliances we were looking for. Wife and I are comfortable talking to him as he is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He even provided suggestions so we can take advantage of the discounts they offer. Thank you, John!

Yuriy has been an asset to my purchases and my own system. I have worked with him for 3 or 4 years now and I deal with him exclusively when possible as he is the best. He makes things simple and listens to what we need and provides great options. We about several packages of appliances through him and can't find this type of service anywhere else. Plus he has a great sense of humor!

I had an excellent experience with my consultation person. He was punctual, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained each product to us that we selected. We did the in-home visit. He was respectful of our current equipment and came prepared. He also helped us with our new TV and how to use it to the fullest. I am glad I went to Bestbuy for our needs. I will come back in the future because of our consultant and his top-notch service. He is an excellent asset to this store.

When it comes to today's technology you need an expert. That is how I would describe Sean McGoff. He arrived on time, verified that my stand would work out perfectly for the Television size I liked. He helped me make the best choice of the two models I was considering based on my room size and lighting. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and informed me on every step of the process through installation. We have been enjoying our new Sony 75" Television for over a week now. I do believe in having Home Consultation for this product is necessary. I am extremely happy to have had Sean as my consultant.

The Magnolia team within Best Buy of Grapevine did a fantastic job! They put just the right amount of people on the task, were great at all communication, prompt, informative, fast, and efficient. A previous group couldn't get the job done, but these guys made it look easy!

Norma and Chris (store manager) are the best people to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any type of appliance or honestly anything you need from BestBuy. I drive extra 20 miles to go the BestBuy in Glendale just because of the servie Norma and Chris provide.

Blake was so great to work with. He came to our house to suggest what range would work for us. With his help we made the selection. If you need help with appliances we recommend Blake he made the buying process so easy.

We had zero clue what would work for us. The team at Best Buy was amazing. All questions were answered. Best of all, we were treated like family. Our consult was a smooth and methodical process. There were things I know I would have forgotten and would have needed a few trips to the store to correct. The insulation was so quick, easy and smooth. Our old 1900 house might have thrown some challenges, however this team was up for the task. I’m beyond impressed with the service provided from start to finish.
