We needed guidance on a new refrigerator we were looking to purchase to see if it would fit in the current space, based on the recommendations we were able to fit the new fridge after some minor modifications. The home expert, Paul Cruz was great at advising what would work and what wouldn’t as well as giving alternative solutions. Paul was a pleasure to work with and would again in a heartbeat.

Bruno is a very knowledgeable salesman who doesn't push for the most expensive product. He actually tries to find you the best deal for your budget and if there are problems, he tries his best to help you solve them. He is also nice and easy to work with. We visited 3 different stores and the Best Buy in Pasadena who presented us with ton of the most expensive products. We were told about the best option by Bruno and purchased 6 Thermador appliances from him. He helped to get our downdraft finally installed which was a nightmare for 2 months.

Eric was helpful every step of the way. He arranged delivery when WE needed it done. Knowledge of the Thermador product line was key in adapting the appliances to our specific needs. Most importantly, he was there when we needed him. He even returned calls on time off. Great customer care, even after $ changed hands. I wish he could have overseen delivery and installation.

We needed a stereo speaker system! Due to structure limitations we had to change the original plans but Mike Holtz, our contact advisor reconfigured plans several times to meet a satisfactory approach and all with a very positive ‘can do’ attitude! He facilitated getting us new LG signature washer and dryer, then later found us a LG refer/freezer to match!! We appreciate good old fashioned‘ customer service and Mike delivered 5 star service! I can completely wholeheartedly recommend Mike for any customer’s needs as his communication skills and respect for the customer is second to none!! I know who to call with any appliance, TV, stereo needs!! 5 star!!

Wow! I had no idea I would get such great, professional, individual personal service from Best Buy until a friend recommended them and I consulted with them. I thought I’d have to use an individual AV guy for this kind of service. Jesus at Best Buy came to my home, made excellent recommendations for my needs and I could not be happier! I got excellent pricing and no extra charge for installation! And 48 MONTHS NO INTEREST! Danny and Steven who did my installation went above and beyond as well and were extremely professional and nice.

I needed help determining the size and specs for a new TV and sound system for a family room renovation I was working on - Rod was super helpful and knowledgeable. He even asked me about the light coming into the room, the available space for the TV, etc. and made his recommendations based on all of the factors. I felt very confident with his guidance. Glen took over from our last home consultation. He explained everything to us. He took the time to set forth what was happening in each room, as we were installing sound systems and security Ring system, It was not just rooms, but sound went out on the patio. He went far and beyond and was able to answer our questions and make solid suggestions. We had two install teams headed by Eddie and Jeff. They were outstanding and went beyond "the call of duty, as did Glen."

We were so impressed with Scott! Not knowing what we needed for our setup at home because of surround sound in the main room snd having 16 speakers around the house we were overwhelmed. Scott nee exactly what we needed and setup the insto. The process went ver smooth.

We needed recommendations on large screen TVs, sound bars, mounting hardware, and mesh networks. Ryan did an outstanding job on listening to our requirements. He provided excellent solutions, explaining the technical details clearly. He demonstrated the solutions in the store. Checkout was painless. Set installation appointments. Installation crew was on time and did an excellent job.

Our installers, Barry & Mike (from Reading & Downingtown) were awsome!! They addressed unexpected installetion issues really well. In addition, they thoroughly explained how to operate our equipment, were respectful of our property and were very tidy. Our job consisted of installing 2 new TVs and re-installing 2 existing TVs so Barry and Mike were here for 6 hours; they worked extremely well together. We love our new tech and the professionalism of the geeks that work at Best Buy (including our new consultant, Andrew Hummel). Also, we are enjoying all the benefits of the new Beta program...it's been great so far! Thank you!!

Nick Ross, in the McDonough store, is the absolute BEST!!!!! We had so much to order for our new home, 2 refrigeraters, wine frig, washer and dryer, tv, blue ray player. He took care of getting us exactly what we needed for each item and helped us from finding the products all the way to delivery. We couldn't have done it without him. We will definitely use him again for our home needs. Also, the techs who installed our tv and blue ray were great. We would definitely use them again too.

Good communication prior to actual appt. Arrived on time, skilled w attaching tv mount to the wall. Precise measurements. Easily engaged to answer my questions, very professional. Thoroughly reviewed how remote worked, how soundbar worked, assisted in setting up the streaming apps I use. Really terrific w everything. Tv looks fabulous over the fireplace! Well done.

After a five year hiatus from Best Buy because of the attitude of a salesperson, I was frustrated enough with our lagging internet to visit a local Best Buy for help. The sales rep, Eliza, suggested I take advantage of the complimentary home consultation with a tech advisor. Zei arrived promptly, went thru our setup, took a tour of the house and made recommendations. He set up an appointment for us to have another tech configure our system. Additionally, I asked Zei about replacing our dead microwave. Ultimately, the recommendations made by both Zei and Kevin - the BB tech agent - did indeed Improve our service,

We purchased both a stove and a dishwasher. In both instances Thomas was extremely helpful he showed us models that best fitted our needs and budget. He pointed out important features and made sure that we got the best deal that we could. He followed up well and when we had a problem with the stove made sure that it was taken care of. We would certainly recommend Best Buy

At our home consultation Newton White explained options for a sound system other than the outdated Bose system that we had had for many years. After our consultation we scheduled an appointment to meet with Newt at his Brentwood, TN location where we purchased various media equipment to update our home. In addition to our media consultation and purchases, Newt even went above and beyond in remedying issues that occurred with the delivery of three kitchen appliances previously ordered/purchased at the Mt. Juliet, TN Best Buy location. We are very thankful for Newton White.
