We needed help with a new television and sound bar for our great room. We stopped in our Mankato Best Buy store and was introduced to Jeff Myer. Jeff came to our home, measured our space, was knowledgeable about different models and brands, and discussed with us all options. He also discussed the impact of an upcoming redesign of the television wall. A choice was made on the spot. Less than a week later, we needed a new dishwasher. Jeff pointed out the differences between models and brands so we could make an informed selection. Throughout these sales, Jeff was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Jeff.

We purchased all 4 kitchen appliances and Brandon Beers worked with us through the entire experience. Great guy, kind and thorough through the entire process, including having to return the fridge and buy another. Answered all of our questions (of which there were many) up to finding all the serial numbers so I could register the appliances with LG. Great Service!!

Kyle Reddick my BestBuy in home consultant is an awesome guy. First, he showed up on time which I appreciate. We brainstormed about my ideas for the TV and surround sound system for my living room that has a high ceiling and right away he understand what I wanted to achieve with my set up, He even suggested a solution that I thought wasn't going to work (which was going with Sonos in-wall speakers with Amp instead of Sonos one SL's). In the end, I am so glad I listened to him, my surround system sounds amazing. My next project is setting up my movie room and I plan to work with Kyle Reddick again.

Andres was very helpful in store. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. The premeassure service is very helpful. They called before arrival. Carlos did the installation and was very professional and freindly. He called before arrival, was on time. He did the install in a timely manner and made sure all appliances worked before leaving. Would recommend and go to both again in the future.

I needed someone to transfer data to a new computer from my 13 year old one. I had my doubts if this was possible but I knew it couldn't be me. Jonathon came out and saved everything. He was on time and very pleasant. I then tried to do some password modification and locked myself out. Jonathon came out again and fixed my lack of ability. A very great representative and a very nice man.

We needed help with getting air conditioning and we set up an appointment for your free home consultation. We met with Lauren Gross, who by the way is excellent and a credit to your team, and she helped us pick out our box air conditioners for our 2 rooms. She also measured the window perfectly and when they installed my air conditioners, they fit great. I also called Lauren Gross back again to buy another air conditioner for my kitchen. I have now, on several occasions purchased appliances from Best Buy over the phone from the representative Louis Frantz. He is extremely diligent, knowledgeable, and follows up immediately and consistently to make sure not only that the purchase was correct, but that the delivery and installation was as well. In addition to my personal home, I own several rental units and this is by far the easiest way I have ever found to replace appliances when they break. I highly recommend Louis Frantz if you want to cut through all of the red tape and save yourself hours of aggravation.

Steve and the Appliance project team helped us replace our double oven with a good match. The real skill came with the install team (RKO?) who removed our 10 yr old Fisher Paykal super expensive but not trustworthy oven and did some unique woodcrafting to fit in the new, high tech LG ovens. Great work gang and Best Buy is where we are going for all future appliance needs. T

I needed steaming advice and TV speakers that would double as a whole home solution for music. It was a pleasure to deal with one person that could answer all my questions and make suggestions that were helpful. The install technicians we also very helpful. I have used Best Buy services in the past for other home needs and would highly recommend them.

We were looking for the right gas stove when we met Robert at the store in Pinecrest. He was very informative but we were a bit unsure of the fit. Robert made us aware that Best Buy offered home consultation and Robert set that up. Then we met Ernst Volmar who came to our home and listened to our concerns. He made a recommendation and then set everything up for our delivery and installation. Throughout the process, Ernst kept in touch and oversaw the process. I can not say enough about Ernst’s professionalism, integrity, and communication skills. I will never hesitate to call on him again should I need another appliance!

Andrew at Magnolia has been my man for all things audio and is the absolute best! Knowledgeable, creative and effcient! This will be the third whole house I have done with him and he has wowed me everytime!

I was, and I am totally delighted with the consulting service, for delivery, and the smooth running website. Linsey helped me so much to measure the spaces, to decide on which appliances, and to generally answer all my questions. She is so skilled, and so amazing in terms of her interpersonal skills. I will keep her name in my files so that I can find her again when I need her expertise.

I have rarely had a sales consultant as caring and knowledgeable as Cindy. We ended buying a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from her. In each case, she found out our expectation and the quality we were willing to pay for. In each case, she found an appropriate appliance to meet our need and expectation. She then followed up to ensure that each unit was delivered properly. In one case, the dishwash came damaged and she made sure we would receive a replacement unit as soon as possible. I also want to thank Best Buy for hiring such a great person. I will continue to buy from Best Buy.

Our internet service was glitchy & affected our music & tv streaming...very frustrating. Gabriel Dow from Best Buy did a thorough analysis of our needs, walked the house & recommended an affordable fix. Since we switched internet provider & purchased the equipment he suggested, our internet experience is soooo much better! He was very patient with all of our questions & answered everything with professionalism & respect. Highly recommend Gabriel!!

We contacted Best Buy for expert assistance regarding large kitchen appliances. Michael Mallon arrived on time and displayed a professional courteous attitude throughout the entire presentation. With Michael's product knowledge and anticipating our needs we also purchased a 65" television with accessories. Michael will also be on the lookout for a PS5 whenever they become available. This service provided by Best Buy is very convenient for people like myself who don't like to go out in public. Thank you Michael.

She was great - took all the guesswork out of the picture. Wanted to make sure, before delivery, that the existing opening would accommodate the cooktop I had purchased. She facilitated the process and changed the order to include a gas line that the phone sales rep had failed to include when the order was placed. She also was able to help me get the installers back the same day to tighten the gas connection after we had to turn the gas valve off due to smelling gas. The best customer service could do was have someone come 3 days later! She was competent, kind, most helpful and has made herself available if we have any further help with our purchases.

We first met Andrew in 2015 when we needed some new home entertainment equipment. He was a store manager at the time and when we ran into a problem with the order, he stepped forward to own it. He resolved our issues and in so doing, garnered our strong respect. Since that time, we have reached out to Andrew, in his new position as an In Home Advisor, on more than one occasion. Our recent decision purchase a TV/sound bar equipment was finalized with the assistance of Andrew and his expertise. I needed help with replacing kitchen appliances. I did not know what would fit in the custom cabinets for the microwave/oven or what to do if the items sold were the right size. I turned out that modifications were needed for my cooktop and microwave/oven combination. I was very happy that the free home consultation gave me options and made me feel confident that my purchases fit. Awesome Consultation program.

I can’t say how thankful I am to Ben for expert advise. He is extremely patient and will give you the best advise. Ben is a gem of a person who works with one goal “customer happiness”. He initially spent 2-3 hours in my media room and then spent another 3 hrs in Magnolia center in Manchester CT. Ben is very knowledgeable and knows all the products in and out. He helped with price match as well with post sales since the prices dropped on Black Friday. I ended up using Best Buy for installation as well and he worked with me to get everything taken care of. Highly advise to anyone going for home theater projects to consult him.
