The geek squad was professional. They put shoe covers on so as not to make the house dirty. They told us what the problem was with the mount and suggested a solution. They were careful in drilling holes into the wall. They patched the holes created incorrectly by the first team.

My experience for my home theater installation with BestBuy was excellent, they walked me through from the very beginning of what supposed to happened and give me a good recommendation of the right equipment that work within my budget. The crew were professional and respectful, they teach me how to operate my system before they left. My family are now enjoying the home theater, Thanks to Daniel, JD, Deion Anthony and Depak the best home theater installer.

My 17 year old washer died and because of Covid19, I didn’t want to visit the store for a new W/D. So I had a phone consultation after emailing pictures and dimensions. Between the time we started the consultation and I was ready to place the order, Best Buy was no longer able to install and remove the old machines. So we did not proceed. After weeks went by, and I was getting desperate, I learned a big box home improvement store was providing the services we required and ordered the same machines BB recommended from them. I really would have preferred to have purchased the washer/dryer from Best Buy, as the consultant was so helpful and professional and I’m sure the service provided by Best Buy would have also been thorough and professional, which it was not from The big box store. I’ll be back to Best Buy when the pandemic has passed, as my kitchen appliances are getting tired.

I went into the store to ask questions about outdoor speakers. After a few minutes of discussion, the sales rep mentioned that he would recommend a consultation. We scheduled it. At the time I had no idea of the value I was going to experience. Rachel showed up and walked me through her recommendations. She was knowledgeable about all of the products and made the experience easy! I’m happy to have my own personal sales rep at Best Buy. I’ve used this service a few more times and have recommended Rachel to multiple friends.

I was skeptical at first thinking I knew just what I wanted since all I was wanting was ceiling speakers for my home theater, but when the consultant came he really laid out some diverse options along with many other home theater ideas. Being the only guy in my house I generally don’t have anyone to talk home theater with, and this gentleman didn’t disappoint. He was knowledgeable, considerate, and open to my views. We got to bounce many ideas off of each other and at the end of the consultation, he “kept the door open” by mentioning that there are many other things that geek squad is able to assist with, some being options I had never heard of

I bought a whole kitchen set including a microwave. My problem was the staircase width. Jorge Gonzales helped pick out the refrigerator that would fit. He helped understand the benefits and make the most out of my purchases. I came back almost a year later to get another appliance for another unit with little effort on my side he took care of everything.

You will not find a more knowledgeable young lady who has all the knowledge, skills and abilities to make things happen. It took me about a year to evaluate her prowless and her articulate atttention to details and she has more than exceeded my expectations, and that's hard to do. Get her if she's still available because she's headed for much greater offers.

No matter my type of purchase need, he's knowledgeable and his products and service suggestions are always on-point making my purchases more easily. Every time a family or friend needs anything that Best Buy sells, I always give them Hector's contact info and they're satisfied as well with his Top of The Line Service. Bought a Samsung 65” tv and Sonos sound system…wow am I happy and loving my new setup. Had very knowledgeable help picking what was best for me and my budget…even had the in-home consultation and he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice of what would best suit my situation. Had them install which went great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I was confused with my settings and he drove to my house to make sure I understood my new product! Very impressed with the support Matthew displayed! His dedication to his customers and Best Buy definitely showed! I am proud to be a Best Buy customer with people like Matthew representing them!

It was important to me to ensure appliance would fit and work correctly. Having Best Buy provide a free consultation ensured all my selections would fit. A recommended plumbing upgrade was also something I would have missed. Delivery and install were on time, and the product fit and worked on the first time. Having a consultant was pain free and ensured a smooth nstall.

We were preparing to move into a new home. Wanted a new Smart TV for the living room and had 3 other TVs' to install and needed sound equipment. Russell made recommendations for our purchases, set up the install and got it all in motion. In between, the TV we planned on went on sale. We contacted him and got the change in the order for the sale price. We got the "A" team for installation. They reviewed all of the functions, set up the best audio on the TV and made sure we were good with all of the workings room by room.

I recently bought a new fridge and over the range microwave from Best Buy. I received prompt and friendly service from my consultant. My appts for installation were set up and my installers arrived promptly during my scheduled time frame . They were friendly and after the installation explained the features on both appliances. I’m happy with my service!

We needed to have our new bedroom TV mounted. The agents were super polite and helped us with the best location and position. They even took the time to make sure we knew how to program the tv with our Roku stick. They were respectful of our home by wearing masks and plastic covering for their shoes (it was raining). AND they called us the next day to make sure all went well with the programming! Couldn't have asked for better technicians.

I needed a new refrigerator, and Ms. Green was my consultant. She came to my home and took measurements of the space for the refrigerator and entry door opening. She patiently reviewed my options with me and shared reviews of other customers. Her expertise and patience played a pivotal role in my final purchase decision. She made a tough decision easy!! She is the BEST!!!!!!

My wife and I (age 70) needed help with our sound system of mixed ages and brands and multiple remotes. Our Best Buy consultant was happy to help, came out to our home (1 hr away) and went through the system item by item He did not push tech on us, spoke patiently to a couple vaguely familiar with electronics and gave us several good suggestions. We don't need tech right now, but when we return from the South next Spring, we know just how to restore our system. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again

Quickly advised me and helped place my order for home delivery. He also helped me via phone when I ran into trouble installing the net: quirks in its app. Very professional and personable. We bought an older house that needed new kitchen appliances and a home theatre update. We had been thinking about putting more security around the house. Since we didn't know where to start, we thought it would be a good idea to have a consultation from one of your experts. Your representative had many good suggestions. After the consultation, I investigated the internet possibilities available to us and found no one could furnish the necessary internet that was needed. About two or three weeks later, I finally found an internet connection that could probably handle advanced security. Now we are into the busy Christmas season and have not had a chance to restart this process. May have a chance after Christmas, depending on our medical appointments and recovery times.
