My experience with Magnolia services at Best Buy has been excellent especially given the challenges of the pandemic. Hector worked up a wonderful plan for the tech and audio visual in several rooms of my new house. The service techs have been terrific and the response time has been impressive. Given that Covid has sidelined many of the activities and sources of enjoyment that I was used to, I am so thankful to have theater quality audio and visual right in my living room! Hector and the Best Buy team are just tops! They will give you the service you only dreamed about.

My entire process was really smooth. My home expert (Blake) helped me identify the right TV and set of Best Buy services to get it installed. He was able to get me a great price with an extremely fast turnaround. The installers were professional, efficient, and solid as well. Really happy with how it all went down and would definitely use again. Highly recommended!

Eric Peralta was an excellent home consultant. I had multiple problems from a turntable that was only getting sound out of one speaker, to a sound system that wasn't hooked up to a new TV, to an incredible mess of wires, many of which I was pretty sure I didn't need anymore, He wrote a detailed review of what I needed to buy so that everything would be working again. The pricing was clear. When the Geek Squad came to install what needed installing they knew exactly what to do from Eric's clear directions. I am so pleased with getting good sound from everything and my wire mess is all tidied up!

I was helping my parents buy a new tv when keith stepped up to the plate. He wasn't normally in the store but luckily he chose to be there that day. His sharing of knowledge and personal experience led me to text him (yes he shared his number) when we found our new home. I value his advice and look forward to his continued assistance as we tech up our new place!

We needed help with a new tv set up and smart light switches for our new home. Rich Merritt came and did multiple site visits while we were under construction and advised on the best products and set up that would work for our new space. We have multiple delays and Rich held our prices to the original quote and also scheduled and postponed multiple installation dates. Rich was incredibly understanding and flexible and kind. It was a true pleasure to work with him!

Alec was extremely knowledgable and an excellent listener. He understood the type of dryer I was looking for. I had one brand in mind and he offered a different brand as another option. We compared the pros and cons of the brands and I ended up purchasing the one he recommended. I am very pleased with my purchase. He made the entire transaction smooth and fast.

Chris Brandell came to our home when we were planning to cut the cable and use Apple TV for streaming. We also decided to update a sound system and home theater that was over 10 years old. We explained to Chris what we needed to keep in the transition and what needed to be updated. He was very helpful in determining what we needed and setting up the installation with the Geek Squad. Chris has stayed in touch, and we have reached out to him twice more to purchase other products. He has been helpful to determine what we needed based on what we told him and getting it set up with the Geek Squad.

We wanted an outdoor TV to use from our pool and deck and we got great advice from Javier, who came to the house and evaluated our project. The equipment we ordered arrived promptly and the installation went smoothly. Everyone we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. In an age where many of us did not grow up with technology and don't find it intuitive, we appreciated explanations and answers to our questions. The new modem and mesh system is working beautifully, allowing us to access our devices everywhere in our home and outside. We kissed the cable TV goodbye and love streaming.

I was in the market for new appliances, for my whole house remodel. Troy was able to help me get the best appliances for my budget. He made me feel like a valued customer and gave me his honest opinions. I would normally prefer to shop at a small mom and pop store, but Troy's customer service gave me the same feel. In the multiple times I've been to the store afterwards, he never once forgot my name. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for appliances to go see him. I truly feel like Troy goes above and beyond his job description, which is very difficult to find in this day and age.

We’re elderly people who are intimidated by new technology and have been hesitant to buy a new TV and IPad. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and PATIENT! We felt confident after he left that we had made good choices and there was no pressure to buy while he was here nor even any expectation that we were committed to buying from Best Buy….quite remarkable. We now have the TV, IPad, and new routers and are delighted with our choices and the guidance Dave provided.

We have had previous experience with other home security systems. The Ring system offered the highest quality at reasonable price with personal assistance with Best Buy staff to equip our home. The Geek Squad installed the system and had us hooked up and running. Best Buy offered professional complete service from planning,purchase, and installation. I recommend checking them first.

Romeo was very helpful from the start, made our replacing all our appliances in kitchen an easy process! When things went a little off because of scheduling and measurements he stepped right in, got things together and back on track. I was not aware this service available and encourage anyone trying to purchase appliance or items for home to look into getting a Home Expert!

The home tech service is amazing. I had a difficult tv installation and Victor came to the house, discussed every possibility with me, and helped me decide on a plan. I acquired everything I needed right from my home with the confidence that it would all work. No running back and forth to the store for returns or exchanges. A few days later, everything was installed perfectly. No trying to figure things out with you tube, google, and my wits. I just let the experts take care of it. Most relaxing install ever.

We are happy to have figured a way for getting TV and speakers mounted on the wall. Enjoying the new experience watching Programs with new setup. Thanks to the entire BestBuy team for getting this done on a timely manner.

Joe came to my home and spent an hour and a half discussing and featuring how my new TV might be mounted and situated to best deliver premium viewing and entertainment. I am so pleased with the result! I was unaware of this consult service that Best Buy has available before being introduced to Joe. This service and the expertise that he exhibited are really wonderful! In this day and age of "who cares", Best Buy and Joe excel in rising above the top in entertainment device arena.

Our expert, John, was incredibly helpful from the moment we met him in a Best Buy store near us. He informed us of the capabilities of the tv we were considering and compared it to other brands, explaining why it was a good choice. We went home well-informed to make a decision. We then called him to easily make our purchase over the telephone as John answered our many questions. I asked about HDMI cables; sent him a link to ones I was considering, but he sent me another link to cables that would help us get the best performance from our tv. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and call on John for future technology purchases.

We had older models Washer & Dryer to be replaced and due to the newer units being larger & home space restrictions, we’re uncertain if Best Buy could deliver & Install. Dan re-measured and covered how they would be able to maneuver the tight spaces and provided assurances of a successful installation…he was correct. Del & Install went very smoothly (under 30 mins…including removal of old Wash & Dryer). Very Happy with consultation & Del/Install; everything went seamlessly

Needed new router and modem installed. Tech very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the works I needed to know. Thank you for less stress on tv problems

We were not easy when we had to replace our wall oven. Bad experiences with repair people and manufactures and so many choices for a new oven. Luke helped us, did know the features of ovens and even helped when the new oven didn't function as the manufacture had promised. The current oven is way beyond expectations and much was due to Luke's support.
