I went to BBuy and Lowes to compare refrigerators and Douglas met me in Best Buy and helped me work thru a few options. He explained the issues with the open box refrig I was admiring and he finally did sell it to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he sent me a quote immediately and stayed in touch. The delivery guys, Ed and companion, were terrific too! They were prompt, careful and made sure I was happy before they left. They balanced the refrig for me to straighten out the doors. They were professional and a great rep for Best Buy Geek Squad. We had a great experience with Best Buy- Cheers!

Over the past few years, we've fully equipped our entire home and our backyard outdoor speaker project is in process. Ken Gardner has been there all along the way through everything. He is so helpful, gives great advice and has great follow through.

Three appliances were ordered with the help of Andres Vega. While there were some manufacturer (not BB) issues, Andres answered all of my questions patiently and handled everything with tremendous professionalism, courtesy, respect, attention to detail and steadfastly followed up on everything. He is the reason I would shop here again!

Tyler was very patient and listened to our needs, understood we are first timers to home theatre setup and suggested products that were top class for the bugdget we are ok with. Gave usefull suggestions and was able to accomodate our customization requests and saved money on bunch of places wrt to installation and product recommendation. On a whole i am so much happy to have worked with Tyler and team for the complete home theatre setup from consulation to installation. I worked with Jordan during our Home consultations with Best Buy to order the right size of Dish Washer. He is very knowledgable and patient with answering all questions. During his Visit to our Property, he was able to figure out the correct size and Model which would work best for us. We had some Plumbing issues due to winter storm which Plumber company had fixed. However, we wanted to make sure that the area will be ready for new Dish washer install. He was able to figure out every thing and put the right size and brand to be the best match. We strongly recommand him to any body. Thank you

We wanted a new TV and audio system to fit with our recent remodel. Our consultant Aaron Anderson was extremely helpful selecting all of the pieces that best met our needs, scheduling installation, and helping us work through all of the delays our remodel project experienced. Now that they system has been installed by the BestBuy Geek Squad (quickly and beautifully, by the way), the new system is perfect - could not be happier with the products and the experience.

I needed help with a new stackable washer and dryer as I live in a condominium which has limited space. James McNarie, consultant, came over to check the specifications for a washer & dryer to replace my old one. He was very friendly and informative and was able to find the perfect replacement for me. Thank you, James! I will not be receiving the new washer and dryer for another 5 weeks, so I'm not able to comment on it yet.

Derek was excellent! He came out to my house and tirelessly looked for a nearly non-existent option for the replacement of my washer and dryer which needed to be a very specific size. After searching forever, he finally found them, which saved me tons of $$ in altering my laundry room to make the other appliances fit. I was soooo appreciative and would use him again in a heartbeat for his vast knowledge and patience with me for finding the perfect fit for my special needs. He is a define asset to Best Buy and I will be using and recommending him in the future for sure. Thanks so much Derek; you’re the best!

Josh was awesome. It was a small world tour of contact centers before I got to him but once I did, it was smooth sailing. At one point, we got disconnected and I was going to give up... but then my phone rang and it was him! It was an easy and extremely informative discussion. He answered all my questions and provided additional info that was helpful. In the end, he placed the order for me and was even able to improve the price based on an old sale price. I could not have asked for more... except maybe getting to him quicker. But now that I am aware of the service, i expect I’ll go to it directly. Thanks Josh!

I can't speak highly enough about Mitch Slayden. His knowledge and experience helped us think through our options and avoid making decisions we would have regretted, but what we appreciated most about Mr. Slayden was his exceptional attitude. It is rare to find people today that take his level of pride in their work and that actually seem to enjoy providing great service. He got back to us when he said he would and followed through on every commitment. We will definitely return to Best Buy because of our experience and will be recommending Mr. Slayden and Best Buy to all our friends.

Ms. Tiffany Gilliland, Came to our home for a new refrig that would have to fit in a specific place with specific measurements. She understood exactly what we needed, got the measurments and was so much help in finding the frig that would fit in the space and serve our needs. When the frig was delivered it fit just like she indicated that it would and did just what she indicated in giving us what we had wanted. It now has been over 2 weeks and I can truly say we are happy and would rcommend the survice along with Ms. Gilliland for the home consultation, honest and knew her information.

Christian Olive is Definitely our Go-To Guy for home entertainment needs. He gives honest advice based on knowledge and experience. He recommends equipment based on your room's environment and the way you will use the system components. He follows up after the visit, makes sure the installation is correct and is available to answer your future questions and help you years down the road. We couldn't be more pleased with our Best Buy relationship because of Christian.

It was great working with Michael. He assessed our cabinet space from all angles, even removing the old appliance to see if the new one (which was a different brand) would fit. It would not without some major work on our cabinets so He showed us some alternative options and that worked great. There was no need to do anything to our cabinets and the new appliance slid right into the old space. It was nice to work with someone who took there time and knew what he was doing. He also answered some other questions regarding other things we may want to do in the future.

The representative was very friendly, helpful, and patient with us. It did take us a while to find this representative but once we did things sailed along. Some of the other staff there did not seem to have much interest in serving us and continued to talk among themselves for 15 minutes or more so we are glad that this particular representative found us. He even helped with a request once we what ordered our fridge and left the store to change it to a different model.

I purchased the LG 77" G5 OLED that didn't needed mounting and asked for a TV relocation (previous TV to another room). The delivery team were unaware of the TV relocation even though I confirmed the day before the delivery with the Best Buy store.

We needed help with our televisions/service/accessories/internet - just about anything technical in our house. We are not even close to being up to date with today’s technology. Alex came to our home and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and we felt very confident that we made good choices, based on his suggestions. We could not have done this without his service. He did not try to “talk us into” any equipment or services; we made our decisions based on his information. Feel confident that we made good choices. We appreciate that we had this opportunity.

This is my third purchase Nest Biy utilizing the Total Tech option. Each time a representative assisted in the decision making of the product I have been looking for. The ease of having someone come out and measure for the 2 TV’s I needed n all the other products needed to have them mounted. It was a stop shop in the comfort of my home and he wasn’t pressed for time. My last purchase was a refrigerator and I wanted to unsure it was measured properly and it met my needs.

Guys were fabulous, clean and super knowledgeable and friendly.
