I had multiple requests and I'm a disabled senior. She was respectful, explained how complex things have become and how to make things work with each other and what I needed to buy. I ended up spending more than I expected, but that is because she knew what I wanted to buy would conflict with my other technology. Very friendly, very up-to-date, and understands how intimidating technology can be to seniors.

Jack was outstanding in his evaluation of our needs and his recommendations were spot on! The pricing was VERY competitive as well. We were able to design actually 2 systems… One was for our media/play room with surround sound for TV and Audio. Most AWESOME! The second system covers 4 different Zones (inside and outside) plus integrated 4 separate TV’s. Absolutely AMAZING! The only thing better than Jack’s design was the installers! They took Jack’s vision and made it better! They left the house spotless after install. 100% happy and will HIGH recommend Jack and Best Buy.

I have to buy a gas range, I picked out a stove I wanted and was advised a consultant will be available to come to my apartment. I was surprised since there is no additional charge. The clerk took my contact number and the next day a consultant called and set up an appointment. Nelson came on time , measured the stove and the doorway and asked if I picked out a stove and I gave him the picture , he ordered and I picked out a delivery date and I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Best Buy to all my friends.

I needed a washer and dryer installed in a very small closet on the third floor of an old Victorian house built in the 1800s. I had already ordered and returned two different versions and needed someone to check out the space before I ordered again. The consultation was very helpful. It proved that we could install the original washer dryer combo I had ordered.

Love my new frame TLC tv. I have wanting one for quite awhile. Best Buy had the 'BEST' price. So glad i finally treated myself.

We needed help making sure a home theater with surround sound was going to be the perfect fit for our living room. Our consultant Matt Brown was amazing! He came to our home, made great recommendations based on our budget and needs. He accommodated us with additional recommendations in store and demo'd several products to make sure what we were getting was going to be perfect. We got everything that we wanted and it's wonderful! 10/10! would recommend :D

Jesse and the crew that came to our home did a wonderful job of recommending and installing the new TVs and sound bars. Jesse did an amazing job of helping us to understand the geometry of the installations, and the Geek Squad install was FANTASTIC. The crew who came in was courteous and well-informed, and they answered every single question we had. They did multiple TV installs quickly and professionally, and even recommended a revised internet router and boosters that we also had them install. Our new house is complete now that they came in to mount the fantastic new Samsung products Jesse recommended.

I was completely lost on trying to figure out a setup for our new home. Noah from the Bentonville location was superb and put me on to Jordan for a home consultation. Jordan was amazing and treated me like a friend who was coming over to help. He understood my budget needs and helped me get the perfect setup for a home theatre. He did so amazing I went ahead and pulled the trigger on my outdoor system as well! If you’re looking at getting some new toys or upgrading your existing, I highly recommend going through the consultation. If your up in the NWA, ask for Jordan.... no... demand it! :)

Doug was super helpful with getting me all set up with everything I needed for the purchase of my new TV and wall mount. I appreciate that he followed up with a text to see how the install went. The Geek Squad installers, Marty and Drew, were also really great. They really went the extra mile getting my cable up and running. Great guys! Thank you all very much.

We are unfamiliar with new technology. After explaining to Anthony what we wanted, he showed us our options. He helped us choose the products. He did a terrific job at explaining everything and making it all easy to understand. He coordinated the service crew for installation and all went well. It looks like we are making some changes and Anthony is again being very helpful. We are very pleased with his help and expertise. Outstanding!! Would recommend him and the Geek Squad in a heartbeat.

TJ ( Tim) Campbell my design and installation consultant was excellent from start to finish. Equipment recommendation was thoughtful, thorough, and commensurate to my budget and needs. TJ also managed the scheduling process in the same manner, helping not just with the media and with my separate appliance order as well. Finally, his follow up and communication was extremely timely and professional. I am very impressed with Best Buy services and will be recommending his team to my friends and clients!

We wanted to upgrade our Wi-Fi service and get better TVs in hopes of one day getting faster internet speed so we could stream. Adolpho was very knowledgeable, he helped up get equipment from Best Buy to enhance our Wi-Fi. Also, he helped us understand that our lack of internet speed would not allow us to stream as we hoped, so that was good to know. Then we went with a free space antenna option, which is a work in progress. The TV's he chose for us have great pictures so that was well done on his part. I loved the warranties Best Buy offers also.

Ismael did a fantastic job making sure I had everything I needed for my hi-fi system. He was able to answer my questions in a timely manner and fulfilled my requests when needed. Highly recommend.

We were looking to get Surround Sound installed in our newly built home. Found out Best Buy was able to help, requested a consult, and the next day Garson reached out and scheduled. We had no idea what we needed or wanted, and Garson was there to step us through the options, make a recommendation that would work best for our home, and when the first option wasn't available at a price that was reasonable, he worked to get an equal quality system for a better price. We felt heard, taken care of, and confident in the expertise of Garson. Would recommend him to all friends and family. Thank you so much!

Praneel was amazing to work with. He was very flexible to work around our schedules and met earlier than we had our first appointment, then took the time to do the measurements for which appliances would work for our space constraints and how multiple appliances would go together in the kitchen overhaul. Praneel kindly also shared his recommendations but left the final choice for us. Lastly, Praneel ensured the delivery and installation appointments were set based on our availability and followed up later to ensure the work landed as expected. Fantastic experience and thank you, Praneel!

We needed a new fridge and stackable washer and dryer. having Keven come out to the house to measure and double check our choices was in the end very useful. The counter depth fridge we picked would have been restricted on a one side. Instead with his help we switched to full depth, so more space less cost. He also got us the best deal, better than online. The rewards money from the purchase paid for a new vacuum cleaner with more left over. This service is worth it, he did not up sell, was professional and friendly. Very happy, will go back to Best Buy.

The guidance through this complicated process of a new in-home theater system was greatly facilitated by Paulo Castillo. We started working together in March and worked through installation in November. He was also greatly helpful after the salesman when there was a credit card problem. He was the only one who was able to fix it!!! The installation team was outstanding and got everything done in a timely fashion. The installation greatly reduce the stress of me trying to do this by myself. I would recommend Paulo and the installation team to anyone at any time! A job well done by all hands!
