The installers were excellent, they respected our home, was considerate of the virus, listened and understood what I had to say and did a clean and working installation. Very competent. The consulation was appropriate and the solution envisioned properly. The invoicing detail however, is confusing. Items not received are added to the invoice to make the bottom charge a certain amount. A customer looks at that with a confused and nontrusting eye. The invoice should be clear, simple and itemized for only what you are getting. That is not too much to ask. It has been this way since I first purchased total tech. Your prices should also be reviewed for fair value. no other product do i purchase where the invoice does not represent what was received.

I was very pleased that BB were willing to come out to our rural address. So many times services are restricted to Wichita and we cannot benefit from that but BB includes all of us! Timothy did a great job. I was sent information and a photo of him. He contacted me before coming and along the way. Then of course he did a great job getting my new equipment set up and giving me info on setting up equipment yet to arrrive. All has worked well. All of these things added up to great service and I am enjoying my BB purchases much more because of them. thanks a bunch

Taylor and the Best Buy Team were incredible to work with. We had some challenges with our space and a mix of old and new technology that Taylor & Zeb worked together on as a team to ensure we had the supplies needed to make everything work together successfully. It was a great experience for our organization and Zeb and Taylor went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely reach out to them in the future for similar needs should they arise.

I needed advice on the proper setup of a new TV and surround sound based on my current living area and what i was looking to replace. I was given good advice based on what i was wanting in the new system as to what brands etc to purchase.

I was purchasing a TV for my husband and wanted to ensure I purchased something he would like and enjoy. I did a consultation first in the store with Sergio. Man was he awesome!! Very Knowledgeable and advised me every step of the way. He even provided me with a business card. Next, the gentlemen that did the installation, I could not ask for a more efficient and effective team. I would use the exact team for any other in home installation I have.

We just moved into a new house and needed a TV, Security System and some new computers. I called Best Buy because I was totally confused about what to buy and how to install it. I scheduled a consultation, and Neville Watts came to our house and told us what we needed, got us the best deals, and arranged delivery and installation. A few days later, the Geeks showed up and set up our Ring, moved all our data to the new computers, mounted our TV, and explained how everything worked. We were extremely happy with the price, friendliness and skills of the Best Buy employees, and the quality of the products.

Rahim was accommodating to my needs. I messed up by double booking on the day of my appointment. Rahim and Bernadette were fast to assist and set me up on a day and time that worked better for me. The consultation at my home was very professional And fast. The after care was fast, curious and professional. The delivery crew was amazing, clean and curtious as well.

The team demonstrated great care in relocating an existing tv to a different room and mounting a new larger tv in its place. Also confirmed everything (audio, apps, remotes) worked as expected and provided an overview of the additional settings to make the viewing experience awesome.

Eric was great to work with, easy communication and ordering of several speakers and AV equipment.

I needed a washer/ drier and a refrigerator. Luke spent time going over details online, helping me go over specs and to find the best options, best reviews and best pricing. Honest, conscientious and attentive.

Charlie and Dave provided excellent customer service. The gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail and making sure everything was in place and working to our satisfaction.

Santiago was extremely helpful in getting my new office setup with a TV, computer, printer and a few other items. He was very honest, detailed and patient as he answered all of my questions and listened to exactly what I was looking for! As a new small business owner, he recommended products to get my office up and running which made my life so much easier and my office much more efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better home expert than Santiago, and I’d be glad to deal with him again in the future for any of my business or home needs.

We had a great experience working with Jeff on purchasing our new fridge, washer, and dryer! Jeff was very patient with us and helped us make the best decisions. He is fantastic in all aspects. He is very knowledgeable and knows all the ins and outs of the business, which allows him to put his clients in the best position possible. You are in the best hands with Jeff. He will work with you and find what you want and need and make the process as easy as possible.

Che was very patient with a "non-techie" who was so concerned about security needs! He advised me expertly on what I needed! I plan to call him after Christmas for hopefully one more visit to go over everything. I don't totally understand each of the devices, but I feel secure in that my iPhone alerts me when there is motion at any of my cameras. Che is perfect for his job -- professional, friendly, and informative! Best Buy is blessed to have him in the complex task of explaining a whole set of technology that is foreign to the customer!!

Just moved into a new condo and bought our new TV and sound bar from Best Buy. The guys came out and set it all up for us, showed us how everything worked and made sure we knew what we were doing with the remotes before they left. They were exceptional! They were incredibly careful as they brought everything in and unloaded it, set it all up and cleaned up and took away all the boxes and packaging. We couldn't be happier with our techs. They were polite, very friendly and very diligent. Very professional job all around!!

Michelle Lockhart came over to our home and accessed our wants and our needs with quality suggestion's. Michelle set up and appointment at the store with us and went over TV's and sound bars, mountings and other wanted equipment for our home. Gave us a price sheet and checked in when prices were adjusted or responding to our questions before our installation appointment came up. It was a pleasure working with her and I can truly say she "Knows her stuff...very well. She deserves a raise for the awesome service she gave us! Highly-qualified for sure!!

It was an exceptional experience to work with Ghazal. She came to my home to check out the kitchen space and walked me through all the steps from A through Z. She’s very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. She was very helpful to all of our kitchen needs. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted or needed at first. Ghazal made a very easy and smooth transition to having everything we needed installed and ready to use. We are very pleased with all of the appliances. Ask for Ghazal!

Working with Jon really simplifies the process of purchasing new tech - and more importantly, getting the choices correct. For example, in this instance I was purchasing a new notebook computer for my wife. Jon questioned me to clarity and recommended 1) an appropriate computer and 2) saved me money with his recommendation to purchase Student Office instead of Office 365

Beltchin is so very helpful with my choice of new kitchen appliances. He took so much time in explaining the appliances I chose! Even my contractor who installed them were very impressed on the exact measurements of the appliances. Beltchin knows what he is doing! Thank you Beltchin! I will contact you again once I am ready to purchase the big screen 65 inches TV!
