We just moved to our new home and needed help with planning electronics, appliances, sound systems and more. We were not sure where to start until we met with William. William is very knowledgeable, he knows what he is talking about and give suggestions tailored to your home. Our home is filled with all Best Buy goods and we are very lucky to have an expert back on this. Would highly recommend Best Buy to friends and family and all this is because of William. Thank you again.

He was friendly and knowledgeable. And he liked dogs! He made excellent recommendations. We had a very difficult and nagging problem with wifi in our house, despite top grade expensive equipment that was recently upgraded. We put in a new system at his recommendation and it has worked PERFECTLY for the last week. First time we've had got service everywhere for years. (Plus I have sold my old equipment on ebay to recoup the loss - it really was pretty new.) Good recommendations. Problem solved. Definitely worth having him come for a home assessment. I feel much more confident about our decision.

Our in-store representative Terry was able to help us find the washer, dryer, refrigerator, and TV we needed. He was very friendly and helpful and always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions. The installation of all these was very professional. They did damage a door way bringing in the appliances but immediately reported it to the people who take care of this, and they got back to us quickly to arrange to fix the damage. This was a very satisfying experience.

I was stumped on which TV, sound bar and even the mounting equipment I should get for my new apartment. Manny took the time to show me all the many options Best Buy has to choose from he really knows his electronics! (unlike an other store who has about the same stuff) Anyway, it was a pleasure to spend my time and money with him. Because of his undivided efforts and help, I’ll buy ALL my electronics from him and Best Buy.

When we had some recently purchased items installed, we had some questions about other items we were considering purchasing but was not sure it would be possible to install in our home. Our installer mentioned about the In-Home Consultant and before he left, he had reached out to advise of Trudy. She came to the home and let us know what options we had for the items we were looking at. In listening to us, she also gave us quotes for other items mentioned during the discussion which included all except taxes. There were 3 things listed and we have already purchased 2 of them!!

Best Buy's Ivan Rojas made sure that I chose the perfect LG washer & dryer & that installation would be an easy procedure. Ivan measured the space himself & assured me that the machines would fit in the tight area. He made everything easy & that's why I will now always go to Best Buy first for all of my new appliance purchases.

The plan for upgrading and simplifying my home entertainment systems was personalized and cost conscious. Mark and Dave were very professional, technically competent, and personable.

Dominic Pulignani installed a security system for us. He was a real pleasure to work with. He was always available and patient with my questions. When I texted him, he contacted me right away and helped me walk through the issues. I would not go to anyone else but Dominic if I had a problem. He is a real asset to your company, and believe me, I've dealt with a few of the unsatisfactory ones. Out of all of them, Dominic is the only technician I've dealt with at Geek Squad who is responsive and is willing to help. I'll stick with Dominic Pulignani!

My refrigerator died several days before Thanksgiving. I had set up an in-store consultation , but that would have delayed delivery further. I was contacted by Douglas and everything was completed via phone and mail in less than 24 hours My refrigerator was delivered and installed the day before Thanksgiving. Besides quick and efficient delivery, I got it on sale!

Eddie was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly what to purchase for my outdoor living space! Highly recommend him and this great service from Best Buy!

Jim and I can not talk highly enough on the treatment and expert advice that we received from Best Buy. From dealing with Brian/Bryce and especially Jeff and Sam. I love the attention that they paid to our needs and details. For our current system to what our future needs will be and still giving us the best deal and especially training on how to get the most out of our new system . I love the system!!!! Guys, you are awesome!!!

We had to replace our wall oven as it stopped functioning after 30 years. We contacted Best Buy and the next day had someone at our home who could help answer questions about what appliance would fit our existing cabinet for the wall oven and our options. Given how hard it is to purchase appliances right now, it was great having someone in our home who could answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is looking to purchase a new appliance from Best Buy.

Scott was extremely helpful in my experience of selecting a new Smart TV. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the selection of the TV I purchased.

I met Kyle at the Best buy store looking to put a theater room in my home. I had the TV picked out, but knew nothing about the audio side. We set up an appointment and he came out and put two options together. He spent time explaining everything to me and I set up an installation date. They called before coming to tell me they were on the way. The installation team did a great job and cleaned up the area after they completed the project. We love the system and would highly recommend that you have them come out to your house to give you a price

Many thanks to Orlandy Perez, who helped us not only find the perfect appliances for our kitchen, but also for his assistance through a difficult and frustrating delivery process! He was prompt in responding to our needs and questions, always professional and knowledgeable. Orlandy assisted us in scheduling our first delivery, as well as the next four appointments to address problems of a damaged range among other issues. I would have given up on Best Buy if not for Orlandy's support over the weeks it took to finish our project. Thank you, Orlandy!!!

most of the experience, dealing with my kitchen renovation was a nightmare… Except for Norma from Best Buy. she was so kind, so patient and just so amazing. She helped me to choose each appliance, listening carefully to what I wanted and giving me clear advice. Then due to contractors I had to change the install date so many times. She was so wonderful about it. If you ever need to buy appliances, buy them from Norma at Pacific sales.

I would like to say I was going to buy a 85 inch tv for my media room and I spoke with Matt Baker for my home visit. We had a great talk about QLEDs and Projection TVs. After our discussion I went with projection and I am so happy about my choice. Matt was great and listened to every question and provided answers. In addition, I have contacted him after our meeting to ask questions about other products not related to my projection TV and he always has good advice. Matt makes you feel like you have been friends for years. I would recommend everyone ask for Matt. He is a great person.

Matt helped me determine everything I needed for a wide range of new tech including two monitors, dock, sonos home sound system, and Phillips hue light set up for my home. He was very pleasant to work with and a genuinely cool dude. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He was even willing to field questions after the sale via text on his personal time. Overall it was a great experience working with him and I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

I had a home theater installed some years ago, from Best Buy. Had some issues with it and stopped using it. I had to rearrange my living room during some renovations and decided to get it set back up again. I went to Best Buy and spoke with a sales person who recommended an in home consultation. Kelly immediately understood what I needed which the previous salesperson did not. Kelly reconfigured the system, made recommendations and after the Geek Squad set it up it was perfectly what I wanted. She did a totally professional job...very happy.

Our installers, Brandon and Alyssa, did a great job hooking us up with both new and old components for stereo, TV's, and music in a three story townhouse. The home already had some built-in systems that were in need of upgrading. We've elected to fine tune some of the systems since then, but their work was terrific. Our Geek Squad contact, Noah, was a great communicator and helped us immensely. Prices were definitely competitive, and no problem with returning any items we determined weren't what we finally needed. Thank you so much.
