I've worked with Gary for over a year in updating my entire audio set up in multiple rooms (receiver, speakers, turntable, McIntosh components, streaming platform, audiophile headphones, and accessories). He's guided me in the selection process and offered excellent advice on alternatives. When it came time to order components, Gary kept me informed on the progress of my orders....as well as contacting factory reps with questions on my behalf. A knowledgeable consultant with great customer service skills. I highly recommend Gary!

I needed help with selecting and installing a home security system. Ben spoke through the best options for me, customized to my home setup. He organized a list of included hardware and installation services so I could review and purchase everything with a few clicks. Geek squad took care of the rest, and I am satisfied with the end result. I would recommend Best Buy's consultation (and installation) services to others who want thorough and efficient services for home security. It is helpful to have an expert to narrow down devices for you.

We wanted an updated sound system due to not being able to update the one we had. We were wanting to be able to do more streaming with the current services that we had subscriptions for on our phones. Mark came in and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or want. He made suggestions, let us purchase from our home, and set up the installation. The technicians that installed our new smart TV and Roko, were great and didn't leave until we understood how to switch from one remote to another. Great service and we will certainly recommend (and have) to our freinds and family,

Andrew is an excellent team member. He was very patient and very helpful in answering any and all questions I had, and it was clear he is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. He took the time to weigh the pros and cons of various different items I had interest in and was completely honest with me, which I really appreciated. He also did not push me to buy anything and I could see that he truly had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend working with Andrew and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

James Bakeman arrived on time and listened to my ideas and desired goals for a home security system. He took me through a very clever and proprietary system design app, while asking my choices and providing options for me to consider. Soon, we were finished. James was able to complete the system, make detailed notes for the installers, order the equipment, and charge the purchase price to my Best Buy account. So pleased with Anthony Quintana's servicing my need for a home security system. He was timely with his appointment and quite professional in his presentation of the options for our home security system. The process was seamless. Tony set up the appointments for the installation and with the Geek Squad who needed to install a new router. The installers of the Ring system and the Geek Squad also were timely, neat, professional, careful with my home and available for any and every question I posed. I recommend Tony and Best Buy without any reservations.

We received help planning and executing a home audio solution including Sonos streaming with a turntable and modern active speakers. Very pleased with the outcome.

We truly enjoyed working with Rebecca. She was always available to us whenever we needed it, and her recommendations for our dishwasher and fridge were on point. I would recommend her to anyone! Now, my only negative experience was with Total Tech. Their multiple deliveries were a pain and not necessary. Best Buy make your 3rd party contractors do their jobs so these deliveries are on time and installed on the scheduled date!

Christavius Simon must be the most consciensious employee at Best Buy. He always answers his phone & has helped us get the Geek Squad out to install new equipment

Deron is great! He's our go to guy at Best Buy. He helped us figure out what we need in the house to get everything set up properly. We have a built in surround system in the house, but nothing for it. So really needed expert advise. That's what we got. After that, we bought many things from him. He was not a pushy sales person or anything. He gave us recommendations and since we needed these things for our new home, we went with what he recommended. Now every time we go back, we look for him. He's very friendly and knowledgeable.

Love my range and micro wave except, it needs simpler instructions on use. Also the micro wave Samsung slim should have a back light for the controls, it is impossible to see if the kitchen is partly dark. Plus the installer did a terrific job "10". Noah was fantastic on helping us get the right appliance fit and showing us all the ranges to pick from, he gets a "100" also. I will be back to see him for any other appliance purchases.

Eric was the greatest employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with at Best Buy. He knew the answer to every question I had and had a solution for every problem we faced. Anything to do with Best Buy, he’s the man!

After trying unsuccessfully to purchase a white dishwasher unless we waited until September, I stopped into our local Best Buy. I spoke with Christopher who referred me to the appliance expert Thompson. He texted Thompson with my cell number and the specifications I wanted. Thompson contacted me the next day and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got me a white dishwasher with all the features I wanted and at a very reasonable price and we received it within just a few days. He has followed up and we are very pleased with his service and with Best Buy.

Alec help us pick appliances for a new home build. He is very knowledgable and helped us get the best price, and manage the order over a many month period as we finished the home. Look no further if you need anything for your home!

We needed help with a return and replacement of a new large flat-screen TV after the one that we bought was declared a lemon by the Totaltech team. Beau Sterling, the Bestbuy home consultation expert, took care of us through the whole process. He arranged the return, credited our account, applied our reward certificates and presented a range of options for a replacement. Extremely happy with the whole process, the customer service at Bestbuy is excellent! New tv is installed, working beautifully and we are happy customers!

David is very informative with great communication

This is the 2nd time Jonathan Rosche has helped us design a home solution. Both experiences have been great as he considered our needs, budgets, and advised us of the best way to approach our needs. He assisted us with a EERO mesh network, TVs, sound and remote programming needs previously and we quickly called him back when we needed some security camera work and a patio TV. The installers(James and Alex I think) were great as well. Everything works well and we won't hesitate to call on Jonathan in the future. All were professional and courteous.

We finally decided to install outside security cameras. The Geek Squad consultant Joseph, arrived and listened to our concerns and designed a system that was both affordable and functional. The install was performed by Jonathan of the Geek Squad. Jonathan was also versed on camera technology and answered all my questions and trained me on their use. The install was clean and neat and as of this righting everything installed is performing well. From start to finish--well done!!

Christian Cisnero is very friendly, responsive and follows up with the final details of projects. I will ask for him the next time I have a problem with our home media.

I don’t believe I have ever worked with a more knowledgeable and friendly consultant than Greg Hodur. He came to my house and assessed the most appropriate home theater for the unusually shaped space available for such a system. He selected and priced out each component of such a system, each one top quality, and didn’t hesitate to adjust the components to fit my budget. Then they installed the entire system perfectly. I would never hesitate to use Best Buy, or Greg, again. They are indeed the best.
