Collin has been wonderful to work with! With his initial home consultation to review options after looking at the layout of the house, he suggested great items that we initially moved forward with. However, we decided to upgrade from one of the suggestions last minute, and he helped with that process with zero hassle. He also ensured that we knew to reach out if there were any problems, which is overall a great customer service prospect!

Luke was sincere, communicative, and professional. He assisted me throughout the entire process from consultation to purchasing my television and various items, including facilitating the installation, not to mention answering the myriad of questions I texted him before and after everything was completed. Alec Meneses is a huge asset to your business. He visited our home and met me in the store on a few occasions to review 2 TV’s, sound bar, outside speakers and my new laptop. He guided me through my options with his expertise and I felt very comfortable spending my $$$ on the equipment for my home. Everything turned out better than my expectations and it all started with Alec and ended with the wonderful Geek Squad installation team. we remodeled our kitchen = all new appliances = we shopped all over springfield = we found our best deals and were treated with kindness and respect @ best buy = we felt that brady and the sales staff new what they were doing and went out of their way to help us = it took 2 or 3 visits but they were happy to see us each time = then issac and crew took charge with delivery and set up = great crew = when ever we have needed something we have checked to see if best buy has it. thanks to brady, issac and the gang doug & patty

Was not sure what to expect with the free consultation from Best Buy. We are so happy that we made this appt. Nicholas was amazing with the presentation of what he recommended for our surround sound system. Eventually we went all in with the the system. From Nicholas with the presentation, communication and follow-up to the Geek Squad install, going out to the movie theater is now going downstairs to our rec room to watch a movie. Was unaware of Dolby Atmos surround sound. Now we have it! The cherry on top is the the Best Buy price match guarantee.

Tyler was a huge help in helping design/plan our installation of our home theater system. The installation team was terrific in regards to install , cleanliness and communication.

The 2 Techs were very knowledgeable. After the work was completed they wanted to make sure everything worked properly and that I was satisfied with the results.

The technicians that came out and did the installation were great. They called me when they finished a previous job and advised on the expected travel time to my home. Upon their arrival, they were very friendly and introduced themselves. I proceeded to show them the area where the work was to be done. After a quick assessment they brought in the equipment and tools and kept the workspace well organized and cleaned up after the install was completed. I'd welcome them back to my house on any future work.

Our install team of Sean and Geli we’re fantastic. They were clean and very efficient. In addition, they went through the new systems we bought. We would highly recommend them.

I was not aware of this service provided by Best Buy until I was shopping in the appliance Dept. in Reno in December. The sales clerk recommended that we have Megan visit our home to help us through the process of replacing an old built in appliance. Megan has been absolutely fabulous. She was prompt, thorough and had recommendations that we had not even thought of. We ended up following her recommendations, and even after the purchase she was quick to respond to further questions and needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Megan and this personal service offered by Best Buy.

Justin Heitman and his assistant Jason mounted our TV above our brick fireplace. They arrived at exactly the time specified and mounted the TV in a professional and efficient manner. They were very cordial and answered all my questions. Justin also programmed my remotes so that I could operate my TV, sound bar, and cable from just one remote. Upon leaving, Justin provided me with his business card and told me to call him on her personal cell phone if I had any problems/questions. I would highly recommend Justin for any future work!

John was extremely helpful. He came to the house and worked with us to pick out exactly what we wanted that would work in our kitchen. He built out several different options. Once we figured out the products we wanted he worked with us to get a very good price. He was available whenever we needed to reach him and he ensured everything was under control when the delivery occurred. I will buy future appliances from Best Buy because of him!

We needed advice on a small smart tv for our bedroom and a new remote for the main room tv. Earl came by promptly, advised us on a tv and set up a new remote. In a conversation about all our cds he suggested an affordable sound set up. It is exactly what we needed and no more. Earl is friendly and informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. He also came by when the set up squad was here to make sure all went well.

Over the past two years, I have worked with Derrick on multiple purchases including electronics and furniture for a Theater Room (TV, 6 theater chairs, risers) and Sonos speakers throughout the main level of our house. He does an outstanding job scoping out the project and providing technical advice. He is highly responsive, excellent on follow up and works quickly to resolve any issues. I would highly recommend working with Derrick. He is very professional and an excellent communicator. He represents the Best Buy brand extremely well.

Anthony Smuda provided an in-home consultation, and he was excellent! He is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. We also spoke a number of times via phone & text. I plan on working with him on some future projects and would highly recommend him. The installations were seamless (flat screen tv & mini fridge). The lead Geek Squad installer Bill for the tv did an excellent job as well. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience, actually the best I have had over many years of purchases from Best Buy. I really appreciate Anthony's personal touch.

Wow, Best Buy has a service called "Magnolia" that cleans up Star Power's messes! They are awesome, nice, capable, friendly, handle follow ups in a timely manner, leave your space clean and tidy and genuinely want to do a good job. How refreshing in today's age to find a whole team of helpful people. Sooo happy with the service. Especially Jordan who answered the phone on a Sunday and helped us with a question. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them to any friend, neighbor or customer.
