Rebecca goes above and beyond in ensuring every detail is taken care of. She was instrumental in helping us with selections for our new home and on top of every aspect of that order to ensure there were no issues with deliveries. She is very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or concerns. We cannot recommend her enough!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and we did not know if it could be repaired. The consultant came and discussed options for a new refrigerator. She was very professional, helpful, and followed up a couple times. Ultimately they fixed our refrigerator and we did not need a new one. I would call her again if we need similar help.

Jeff M. had helped me out last month as I was in need of a new stove. When I needed to upgrade my modem and router I remembered that Jeff said if I needed anything else he'd be glad to help. Once again I reached out to him and he spent time finding the right equipment for me and explaining what I needed. He was also there to help set up service for me to make sure everything worked like it should! Great to work with. When I had a question he immediately found the answer for me. Gets back with you in a very timely manner and doesn't try to push extras on you.

Everyone was great, from Jordan the greeter to the two young men who delivered the refrigerator . Dave and Tate made the experience easier than I expected. I got wrong one the first go round with Dave who helped me with the credit card. My wife came back the next day and got the right one. Tate helped us with that one. I needed appliances & Samuel Hernandez was awesome! (New Braunfels, San Antonio & Austin area) After much, too much, research, I was thoroughly confused as to what to buy. I was looking at 5-6 appliances - a complete kitchen package. He came to the house, measured all spaces, listened to my "wants" and helped me with my needs for the new kitchen/new house. He narrowed down my choices, showed me the benefits of each brand, got me the best prices and, arranged for delivery and installation. PERFECT ! One-Stop-Shopping. I can't thank him enough. I haven't yet used any of the appliances other than the refrigerator's ice maker but they LOOK MARVELOUS!! I have since referred him and Best Buy to several others new to the neighborhood.

Steven Milazzo was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was readily available to take our text messages and calls. He worked diligently to get us the best deal for our outdoor TV project. He knew every angle to help us save and optimize our purchase by price matching, setting up the Best Buy credit card, taking advantage of account points, etc. Our order was a bit complicated and he navigated the Best Buy system to place our order accurately and keep all the different items consolidated on one order. We will work with Steven on our next project!

We needed to replace a Sony TV with a Samsung no glare tv in our living room because of window glare. Great Job by Jason at the Best Buy in Houston Galleria area. He oversaw and made sure everything was perfect!

We needed assistance with home theatre malfunctions and sought out the Geek Squad. Jonathan was recommended to suggest options. The consultation resulted in an upgrade to mesh Wi-Fi, patio entertainment system as well as the upgrade to home entertainment and repair of ‘man cave’ equipment. Jonathan listened, recommended various options and remained in dialogue throughout the installation. I will recommend Jonathan to others in need of consultation.

Travis and his team, Mitch and Curtis were great. Had a slight issue and Travis came right out and took care of it. Would recommend them and also will use them again!

We got home theater in the basement. We were assigned Kyle to help us with the options. He was great and extremely knowledgeable. We guided throughout the process, gave us the best pricing option, explained the pros and cons of different options and followed thru the installation process. Highly recommend going thru consultation process.

Our consultant Jeff and Michelle was excellent during our purchase of a new 85" 8k TV to compliment our home entertainment system. They were very knowlegable of the products and necessary accessories. They evaluated our home environment and made sure the Geek Squad had everything they needed for a successful installation which went very well. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them for any consultation activities.

We needed to purchase an 85" TV for a sunny room and needed advice. Diego Garcia identified the correct TV and involved Magnolia to help with the installation of two TV,'s, and our ceiling mount speakers, amplifiers, and more. Diego was also able to secure a correct undermount refrigerator/freezer for a condo we had in San Diego. His help was amazing and I can highly recommend him for his very efficient, prompt, and selfless demeanor. He was a joy to work with.

Elvis was terrific. We did have a significant issue with an extremely rude appliance installer and Elvis responded promptly and correctly. He also handle a few other bumps in the road effectively. He can not be responsible for the actions of others, but was responsible for seeing that satisfaction was reinstated. I would recommend Elvis to anyone. Also, the Geek Squad team members that worked with Elvis were equally effective and empathetic with the poor service of others and also went out of their way to be accountable.

We needed help with our home theater and TV set up for our bright living room. Rendee knew all the latest and best tech, provided us with a bunch of options that she thought worked well. She really listens to what you are looking for and tailors a list of best products for your space. Rendee is the absolute best and I’ll never buy anything without consulting with her first

I needed help with two memberships on the same email address. The problem did not allow me to use current rewards. The consultant found the problem and proposed two solutions to correct it. He was very helpful and called back an hour later to check if one solution worked. I am very impressed with the consultation with the home expert.

We needed all new kitchen appliances, a not large sound system, tvs for living rooms and a way to communicate throughout the house (three stories). Our needs were taken into consideration and I never felt pushed in a direction I didn't want to go. It was a good experience and our home expert was very knowledgeable. I will use this program again when we are ready to add more devices to our home.
