I'm in the process of building my home. I knew I wanted built in speakers throughout the house. I went to Best Buy and they informed me about their FREE in home consultation program. Donna came out to my house, she was very knowledgeable. I had a million questions and she answered all of them with so much patience. I never felt pressured to buy anything. She found amazing deals and I was able to purchase the items I wanted under the price I thought I would be paying. Needless to say I am a very happy customer who will use this service in the future.

Patrick went above and beyond more times that I can count to help me in resolving my concerns!

I needed help with determining the best size for a new TV and what options I had for a new cooktop. Gabriel calculated a new larger TV could fit in my existing space. He also did a great job explaining all the different types of cooktops and how the installers could use their tools to make them fit into the existing space.

Ryan is great to work with and very knowledgeable in the products and trade-offs of cost vs. features and functions. He also has great follow-up to assure that delivery is completed and there are no issues post-sale. I'd recommend him to all and I will continue to work with Ryan and buy at Best Buy because of his great service.

We sought help for a home security alarm & camera system. The expert was very knowledgeable, helpful and a very good listener. We discussed our concerns and scheduled a home visit. At our home, he offered his recommendations, which proved to be very sound. From the start, he has been very instrumental in coordinating the installation of the system and following up. He truly played a major role in helping us achieve our goal.

We received very good customer service from Jesse at Best Buy when we were purchasing a 4-piece Kitchenaid Appliance Packagae. Jesse came to our home for an in-home consultation and measuring of spaces to make sure of proper fit. Jesse was professional, courteous, and efficient during the entire process. We received 3 of the 4 appliances on time, but had to wait 3 months for the refrigerator due to Covid delays. Jesse was always willing to help with any issues, and we would recommend working with him or Best Buy in the future.

Thank you Mr. King for educating me on the perfect equipment to make my media room a dream come to. My family said my media room is DOPE!

This review is a bit tardy (December 2021 order) but I still wanted to give recognition to Eric Gonzalez. He is very patient and resourceful. During my consultation he answered my questions (there were many) efficiently. Even after initial visit he was very helpful with follow up questions, as a visual person sometimes I need a picture to be painted and he was great at filling in the gaps. Eric is very knowledgeable and has great customer service , I highly recommend him for a consultation.

Jack did a great job helping us configure our smart TV upgrade. We had to upgrade our receiver and DVD player at the same time and Jack pointed us to the best equipment for our system. We have an existing cabinet that was designed for a 52" TV and we wanted to upgrade to 65". Jack showed us how we could do that and the best TV for our system.

Fernando has been great with us. He has come twice to our house to take measurements and to give us advice on what kind of appliances to buy. He came this week again because my husband wanted to buy a bigger tv and Fernando came to take measurements and suggest the right TV for our space. When we have any questions, we text him and he get back to us .

When buying kitchen equipment in BB, we had two diametrically opposite results. One - very upset and left us with bad memories and the second - was an example of high professionalism and ability to work with clients. My wife and I will gladly call this man's name - William Szczerba! After talking with him, we saw that BB has a competent, intelligent and knowledgeable specialist. Big thanks to him! Will Szczerba the best of the best in Evanston IL BB.

Shawn is the man. He never tried to upsell me. He took his time to walk me through all of my options and find the best deal/package for me. I had a great experience and I will be using Shawn to help me finish my setup soon!

We were pleased with all of the personnel ,Daniel,Joe,Steve, and Andre. They were fun to work with and the end result was just as planned. I have no reservations recommending them to my family and friends.

We were in rush to get our AV wiring installed during a remodel and the Magnolia team were extremely quick to respond, very courteous, clean and prompt. The price was exactly as quoted, they had some great suggestions & solutions to what we were looking for and they completed their work ahead of all the other trades. They also followed up to check if everything was completed as we had hoped - we would definitely recommend their services!

I was very pleased with the in-home consultation for a home theater system. We had a pre-wired ceiling 5.1 system (no speakers) that we wanted to optimize into a 7.1 system. The consultant was on-time to the appointment, followed COVID safety protocols, provided expert advice, and helped pick out products that satisfied my expectations both for quality and price points. He was able to find ones that were still on sale. Out of the consultation I ended up picking out ceiling speakers, front and center speakers, subwoofer, and a receiver. (Consultation is free)

Tony was good when I finally found him. I was in the story for 10-12 minutes before I could anyone to talk to. Once I "found" Tony we placed the order in minutes. I came prepared with the model numbers of TV that I wanted. The Greek squad showed up on time, did the work well, cleaned up, and came back in a few days with a special cable that allowed the cable to be hung behind the wall. Ian and Spencer are keepers.

I've embarked on a whole-house audio and video project on my 3,500 sq ft home on a DIY basis. John Pineda continues to be an invaluable resource providing expert advice and pointing me to the right solutions for my project. I couldn't be more impressed with his patience, assistance and product performance.

It was time to upgrade our home entertainment system and we contacted Best Buy where we previously purchased our original setup. Brian Goodwill scheduled a time to come over and evaluate our living room to select to right products for the perfect sound. We are loving every product that Brian matched up to achieve the ultimate sound experience. Sean and Campbell delivered our products and setup the entire room with expertise in a couple of hours which saved me a bunch of frustration. If you want it done correctly then call Best Buy. So happy with everything.

Charlie Uyeno senior consultant at Torrance store is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! We needed help with our television sound. Charlie did an outstanding job explaining how we could improve our sound. He was very patient and explained in terms that we could understand. After trying to solve the sound problem we needed to find a company that would help us. We were somewhat reluctant to try Best Buy. But after experiencing Charlie’s professional and kind manner we became Best Buy grateful customers. Not only will we seek out Charlie and Best Buy for our tech problems, we will recommend Best Buy to everyone. THANK YOU CHARLIE and Best Buy!!

We needed our present refrigerator replaced with a new one. The dimensions of our new refrigerator needed to be confirmed so that we have the appropriate fit. The consultant verified the dimensions I had measured. Once the confirmation of measurements was completed, we ordered our new refrigerator. Refrigerator fit perfectly.
