We had an consultant out while deciding on a new washer and dryer and could be happier with the experience. He was very knowledgably, asked us great questions to ensure we did not get anything more then we needed. While in the house he also took the time to answer any question on other appliances and even took the time to look for any needed changes/updates that might be required for future appliance purchases. Highly recommend the in house consultation service.

We were looking to improve our internet WiFi connectivity throughout the house to address some areas where the signal was poor or simply nonexistent. Sean evaluated the signal throughout the house and made the suggestion to use a mesh system after asking us a few questions about how we use WiFi. We asked him about the need to replace other items, such as our router and what we advantages we should expect from the mesh system. Sean gave us objective advice and ran thru a couple of solutions to our problems. He was personable as well as highly professional.

James did a great job in putting together an entire entertainment and sound system in our home. I have a great sounding surround system for movie watching on my new LG television, great sound for music throughout the entire first floor thanks to the Marantz Amp and Sonance ceiling speaker system. The icing on the cake is how fast he made my internet work throughout the entire home, including the garage. James is an expert in his field who works with great enthusiasm to make everything right for his customers.

Our TVs were outdated and we wanted to upgrade. Shaughn came to our home and gave us great advice. We are very satisfied with the items we selected. We're glad we did the home consultation, Shaughn could get a better idea of the layout as opposed to trying to figure this out in the store. He gave us the pros and cons of the different options available. Also the crew that came to do the install was excellent. They explained how the new equipment worked and we were up and running in no time. Highly recommend this service!

I was looking for someone with all the expertise to look at my homes total system, not just a piece of equipment and James was all that and more. Expert technical knowledge, listened to what I wanted, offered solutions that would be best for me, was responsive and honest. It was great working him and will contact him again.

Luke was fantastic in sharing what best works for our home and giving us options based on our preferences! I'd absolutely work with him again to understand what major purchases would best suit us.

First of all, my wife and I appreciated the short wait time in getting customer service. William assisted in our efforts to purchase an LG washer dryer, and answered all our questions in a friendly, easy going, informative manner. For example, he recommended that we allow the washer door to remain open for a short period of time after use to prevent mildew that could accrue after years of use. If we buy an appliance in the future through BB we hope that we can work with William for his advice and recommendations. Thanks, William.

Victoria Salas was very helpful. She was ontime, had good ideas, helped us determine which accessories we needed, set up installation and was very friendly. A consultation with her was MUCH better than going to the Forum and trying to get help from a sales person. At the store, you sign in and have to wait...they told me up to 40 minutes for a sales person. Then, you don't even know if that person sells computers, TVs or toasters! Victoria seemed very knowledgeable. Much better experience.

I needed a new TV for my living room. The help I received regarding TV's was great. I also needed professional installation of my tv on a stone wall, Anthony was extremely helpful in helping assist me with setting this up and making sure this was something that could be done. On the day of installation I was greeted by an extremely polite gentlemen VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Did my install and cleaned up and showed me how to work my new tv. This was the first time I needed help from Geek Squad and all I can say is I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!

We started in the retail store to begin our selection of kitchen appliances. While the store employees were helpful, it wasn't until the Home Expert came to our place that the order of 3 appliances was fine tuned and savings located. In addition, the communication updates from Best Buy were excellent.

In early November I had a new TV mounted on the wall, I can’t say enough what an easy process it was. Doug Schneider was my consultant. He arranged everything for me and sent the installer (Steve) to do the job. (Due to paneling, it was slightly more complicated). Steve explained everything and did a great job. Doug kept me in the loop as to appointment times, etc. As I”m a senior, its refreshing for me to have this kind of customer service these days, I would definitely recommend them again.

Zac was extremely helpful when we downsized from our family home of 35 years to a Condo. We are "older" and not as savvy with all the new technology. Zac was knowledgeable, patient, kind, enthusiastic and never made us feel like our questions were not important. He had many suggestions and made the process easy for us. We felt that Zac always had our best interests at heart. He is a good man, a family man, a generous and kind person. Best Buy is very lucky to have him as an employee. Christian was truly amazing. He was organized, detailed and professional. We bought 4 appliances from Best Buy and Christian handled them all. Whenever I visited the store he always remembered my name and what I had ordered. He helped us move around delivery dates (we had some home construction issues) and was constantly checking to see if the items had arrived at the warehouse. As you know there were several issues with delays at the ports, etc. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We moved into a new home and needed 3 TV’s, 3 Rings and an Eero system installed….Kyle came out and gave us advice on the size, type and placement of these systems…he was also gratuitous enough to give me his personal cell number and he called him several times during the move and he either answers or called me right back…he is very knowledgeable and personable…a highly recommend using him for everything electronic and will definitely ask for him the next time we need anything from Best Buy

Technicians arrived on time and spent 4 hours installing ceiling speakers and a new television. Attic was very hard to maneuver in - I give them kudos for their efforts! They then showed me how to operate the system and went over it several times to be sure I understood. Left the room cleaner than it was before they arrived.

We thought we were getting a new refrigerator because the 1st delivered one was unlevel and couldn't be adjusted. Because it was to be replaced, original deliverymen did a temporary set up. Follow up happened with my husband as I had an appointment. Instead of the new refrigerator, the new guy said it was level, drilled a hole to make it more level rather than give us the new refrigerator. The "temp"/now permanent refrigerator still has strapping tape inside holding light in place and a piece taped to fruit bin that hasn't been installed.

David was pleasure working with to evaluate my space for my KitchenAid refrigerator. He recommended that items that needed to done prior to the delivery. Once it was done asked if he could come again to remeasure which he did and ALL IS WELL and went very smoothly. Yes I am enjoy my new refrigerator. Thank you, David

With so many online options for tech purchases, Best Buy sets itself apart by offering personal consultations with Home Experts. I couldn't have been happier with my interaction with Brandon. He was respectful, kind and above all extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of tech products. He asked probing questions to determine my needs, but then guided me in an unexpected direction that ultimately led in me being extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Nicholas Estrela, our expert consultant, was extremely helpful to me in choosing the correct T.V. and Sound Bar to be installed on my wall. He is very knowledgeable about the products and pairing them correctly. He choose the correct brackets and placed the order. Nick was very patient and eager to answer all my questions. The Geek Squad found the order complete & installed it for me. I had a great experience. I would certainly contact Nick again for future electronic needs & recommend him to others.
