Justin listened to my needs and priorities and made suggestions that fit. Gave honest feedback on my questions and was technically savvy but still easy to connect with. Excellent communication and followup, and made himself available at the store for in-person support. When I reached out on a price match situation, had a credit processed after hours on a holiday weekend. Run, do not walk, to Justin if you have tech or probably any other needs.

Tyler was a great help in getting a fireplace/TV wall planned. He helped us determine the size and quality of TV that would work best on the wall so that we could order a fireplace that would coordinate to the dimensions of the TV and still get us space for furniture on the wall. He made sure we had the best soundbar, woofer, etc. as well as the correct mounting brackets. The installation was quick and access to the rear of the TV easy. We are very pleased with our selections and the results.

Megan has be absolutely fantastic. During the past 6 months we have ordered all of our kitchen appliances, home security/home automation , LG 3500 washer and dryer , 4K 85” Sony 950H TV and 7 speaker sound system from Best Buy with Megan’s help . Megan has been very responsive. She has called us back after hours and on the weekends. We know we can count on her to resolve any issue and find us the best price and tge best fit . We did have a couple of defects and she quickly scheduled the replacement. I would highly recommend Megan and Best Buy .

There’s been a few things that I needed moving into a new home. Had not considered using Best Buy for the tech in the home but was advised by a friend to call Che to get advice. Turned out to be the best decision I could have made. First class service in every way. He consistently makes things happen and this has turned into a long term relationship where I’ve been able to make three major groups of purchase over the last 18 months. Evvon Boxill was our home expert who guided us through the process of picking our new TV and upgrading our old surround sound system. He was terrific! He listened and understood exactly what we wanted. He figured out how to use existing hardware to save us money and get an awesome system and TV. The techs were great and when there was something that it turned out they didn't need, I called Evvon and he quickly arranged to get it returned. As soon as the other TV we want is in stock, we will be right back to Evvon.

I had installation of a home t.v in a built in cabinet that was challenging. My tech made sure he had all the equipment needed prior to coming to my home, he also thought through my purchase and tweaked my products so I would have the most ideal set up. Polite, intelligent and very capable tech!!

Anthony has helped me with five major appliance purchases in the past few months and with each he has shown a high level of knowledge. He has set up virtual calls to verify the install space and present the best appliance options. He streamlines the purchase and delivery process. He is always willing to assist and dig into the details as well as assisting in overcoming an issue. He even follows up with me after delivery to make sure all was well. Working with Anthony has been a completely satisfying and great experience.

Tariq was not only deeply knowledgable on the overall portfolio and facilitated the end to end process, when 'life happened' and I could not be available for the scheduled install date due to a health emergency, all I had to was send him a text and he took care of notification and rescheduling. At the end, everything is received, installed, being enjoyed. Highly satisfied by this experience and why I still go to Best Buy vs. online 'only' options

First time using Best Buy Home Consultants. Loved the experience. Was looking to create a small media room and improve the size and quality of the TV and sound in my living room. Loved the personal attention and having someone come into my home to see where I would actually be using the equipment. Came back a second time for follow-up. Entire installation took some time due to back ordering and COVID. Had some minor problems with scheduling, but Best Buy reps stepped up to address the issues. Will seriously use this service again.

I inherited my mother's home in Jan 2020. I had it remodeled and wanted to start fresh as far as AV equipment, computer, and appliances. In-Home AV consultant Justin Palmiscno (Greensburg store) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If I want to place an order through Best Buy I contact Justin first, for consultation. I referred him to a friend who also recently started over. He was very impressed with all the equipment he purchased and he really appreciated Justin's help through the buying and setting up process.

Grace was not only a pleasure, her work ethic was outstanding. I have sang her praises to my family, and I also live in a senior community so I have recommended her to everyone she is the best. Her recommendations were exactly what I needed and I am enjoying my washer and dryer plus a new TV that I needed to get.

Anthony Fatigate helped us tremendously in picking out a TV and a soundbar. We had him over for an in-house consultation and he did a great job explaining what setup would work best (in-wall mounting, etc). Great experience overall! Happy with the whole process :) Appreciate the help Anthony!

We absolutely enjoyed working with the Best Buy team in Savannah for our Samsung 75” UHD 4K TV and sound system. Special kudos to Jeremy Stettler for consulting with us and selecting the best option for what we were hoping for. We added the geek squad installation services and would NOT hesitate to recommend. They say you get what you pay for and the extra spend has been well worth it! Great Job Best Buy and thanks to Mr. Kitchens and Jeremy Stettler and the geek squad team assigned to out installation.

We needed help with a home security product and had no clue as to what to get. The salesperson at the store told us about the home consolation service and set us up with an appointment. The Home Expert was able to come to our house yet that day. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went with his recommendations and made the purchase from our home and received it the next day. We were able to install it based on his instructions and love it. We highly recommend the Home Expert service and will use the service in the future

Marcus helped us so much in purchasing our wonderful new stove top, oven, microwave, hood. He was always available whenever we had questions or concerns. We will keep Marcus as our go to guy in Best Buy.

Hunter was amazing . On time and assessed my appliance needs , took the measurements . We discussed my options and I'm so very pleased with everything. He went out of his way to take care of me when the LG washer/dryer could not be delivered on expected date. Within a few days Hunter had me a new and even better washer/dryer. The home expect service should be offered to all Customers , it awesome and so is Hunter!!!! I have already told neighbors and friends about this service and how they should take advantage of it when buying new appliances

We were looking for a new washer and we were unfamiliar with many of the new washer features since we hadn't bought one in over 20 years! Marvin was extremely helpful to us in explaining the different options. He made the whole process of choosing a new model very easy and comfortable for us, and we are pleased with our purchase. Marvin was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. I wish more salespeople were like him!

The techs that arrived to my home here in Lake Havasu City on 12/27/2021 were excellent. Both Jessie and Angel from the Yuma, AZ. Best Buy Store, first thing, they were on time. Second, they were very knowledgeable as to how my whole system was supposed to be set up. Once everything was up and running. They took their time in assisting me and showing me as to how everything works. I was very pleased with there professionalism, and customer service. I’m now a life time Best Buy Customer…

I sought to replace my microwave/oven unit and am very pleased with the results from Best Buy. Consultant recommended staying with the same brand to more likely achieve a "same fit" and he was spot on. The installation took less than one hour with no need for any cabinet alterations. I love all the new tech features.
