We needed to replace the TVs in our two largest conference rooms. Since we already had some equipment in place, having Brandon come out to our office for the consultation was the way to go. We walked through what functionality we needed, what equipment could be re-used, etc. I was very confident after meeting with Brandon that I was buying to the right equipment to meet my company's needs. I wouldn't hesitate to schedule a consultation in the future! And, Best Buy will be always be my first call going forward!

Our consultant Mathew Reyes was extremely helpful in helping us with our printer need. His knowledge of current technology in printers made our choice of the Epson - EcoTank ET-3760 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer is a perfect addition to our office. The printer he recommended is perfect for the office and serves all our needs. We can now print color documents and the scanner has saved us time and effort. His knowledge in networking and audio technology will further assist our office when that need arises.

Our 15-year old Bose Lifestyle surround system was dying. When looking to replace it, we found Bose is selling mostly on line with only one store in northern Virginia, but Best Buy carried some Bose products. Enter Chris Brandell, home advisor. What a great asset to BB he is! Chris showed us options, worked with us to select the right system, ordered the equipment for us, and arranged for two fantastic installers. We could not be more pleased with our Onkyo sound system. Less expensive than Bose and better sound. Thanks, Chris!

Mohamd was a big help. Kitchen appliances are long term choices and having the option to have an experience representative in your kitchen to help you mesure, sort through, and match your kitchen look and budget was invaluable. Thanks Mohamd and Best Buy for a flawless customer service. I love my dishwasher.

Katherine has done an amazing job. Multiple times at helping me the exact tech I needed that fitted my budget and didn't try to oversell me or get me something I didn't need just because it made her better commission. She has made sure to follow-up each time and ensure what i ordered worked for me and met my needs. The rare time it didn't or I had a problem, she was always on top of it and made sure to get the product that met my needs. She really is knowledgeable, very good at her job and cares about her customers!!

Great shopping experience with an skilled expert/advisor. Derek McMaster provided me with professional guidance from product selection to installation. Thank you Derek. I will come back for cables and speakers soon.

Shaun was most cooperative, listened to what I wanted, followed up with communication and completed job as he outlined. Installation crew was every bit responsive.

Justin was an excellent team leader and consultant who assisted us in the selection and installation of a WIFi system for our larger home, replacing an older self-rigged system that was 15+ years old. I was worried about the new technology but he and his team made it painless. We are so glad we put our trust in him and his team and urge anyone considering an upgrade to do the same. I I I am now grateful for him and his team and their ongoing support.

Nelson Massey did an excellent job for us. He answered all of our questions, helped us with the arrangements for our dishwasher and because of his advice, we even ended up saving money in the end. We are very very happy with the service we received in connection with our need to replace our dishwasher.

We were interested in a new TV and were lucky enough to meet Chris. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t make the purchase that day, but went back a few days later. Chris wasn’t working at the time, but were advised to text him so he could arrange for us to buy the item at the price he originally quoted us.

Jeremy was amazing! He helped to guide us without trying to oversell. He listened to all our needs and came up with the perfect solution. After the installation we decided to make a change and he also guided us through the new purchase and credit for the item we returned. He was responsive throughout the entire process.

From sales to installation the teams were very proficient and experienced, good experience. Television worked. Sound was great, love the product.

We needed help with (5) TV mounts and a Wi-Fi correction. Sonny is an exceptional technician. I've owned a business for over 29 years and his knowledge and professionalism is beyond excellent. I was so impressed with his work abilities and ethics. Going forward if able, I will always request him! In my opinion a "bonus" is well deserved for him. Chris Sims did a fantastic job getting us all setup with our new TVs and sound systems. The installers: Adrian and Gordon, also did a wonderful job of completing the installation and answering all of our questions. I’ll reach out to Best Buy the next time we make a major electronics purchase like this.

We needed help in finalizing an 77" OLED TV between Sony and other brands. Got great assist from Taylor Yori to understand various differences and finalized the tv that we wanted. Great services provided by the in home delivery and installation team. They came in and set it up in no time and explained setup queries.

We needed to upgrade our A/V system which is 12 years old. The folks from Best Buy did an outstanding job. We replaced 3 TVs, added a sound bar and replaced some obsolete electronic equipment. Joseph Ledoux came to our home, listened to our needs and helped guide us through equipment selection. Daniel Rainey (Geek Squad) brought all the equipment to our home and installed everything with making a mess...very thoughtful about working in our home. We are delighted with the total process... Well done Joseph and Daniel!

Blake is an excellent consultant. He’s always been prepared with any question I may have. When I have questions he provides enough information for me to make an informed decision. I totally trust Blake when it comes to any decisions I make for my home. If there is an any issue, Blake is always prepared to provide a solution. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Blake, in my opinion, should become an instructor to other consultants, on how to provide true service. He has 100% of my support.

I was lucky on Black Friday when I met Sean working in the store. I was buying a TV and mount for an outdoor use and he cautioned me to consider outdoor tech instead. He came to my home and advised on the size and location. My new Samsung looks great outside and I’m happy that I was paired with someone so knowledgeable.

We needed someone to come in and install our dishwasher. The technician who came in, brought the dishwasher and installed it was professional, kind and timely.

Kelly was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was so great to have someone actually come to my house to help us decide on everything we need. She was also very responsive to any questions. Good job!
