I met with Casey Queenan, System Designer, who provided outstanding service in helping us to select a Samsung 65" LED TV and Sonos surround sound system for our living room with high ceiling sound and lighting challenges. He also coordinated with install team of Sal and Sherman who did an equally outstanding job on installation and setup. I could not have been more pleased with the total Best Buy experience.

We needed to improve control of the sound system in our family room so we called upon Best Buy to provide us with an expert to help us with the products we needed. Daniel Baran was that expert and he guided us very logically and thoroughly through the process of determining our needs. Daniel is very knowledgeable and gave us a wide array of options. In the end, we changed out the receiver, the TV and had a new remote installed. We are very happy with the result. Daniel made the process easy and understandable.

Wow, this technician went over our 10,000+ square foot home and took the time to get acquanted with our home, and realize exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone with multple tv and projector needs. And theese guys can design about any audio, video, electrical system/need you may have. He returned a quote to us with 14+ televisions and a projector and screen for the theater room in less than 1.5 hours from the time he left our locatiom.

Keith and the entire Geek Squad team are absolutely fantastic! I used their services when building a new home and everything from the consultation to the install was seamless. I emphasized that I needed an audio system that would sound great and be user friendly for the whole family. A year later I can honestly say that they nailed it! It was a pleasure working with Kenneth. He arranged his schedule to meet with us at our house when it was convenient for us. Kenneth guided us through the appliances that we needed and the options we had based on our budget. When the delivery date needed to be changed he was able to set that up right away.

When we decided we would like to have a great sound system I started looking around to learn our options. I went to see what Best Buy had and found the Magnolia Room was the perfect place. I met Gary and James. They were a wealth of information and we were able to hear first hand the difference of several components to decide what our ear liked best. It made shopping for a sound system very simple. They arranged to have the system we chose installed in our home and now enjoy it every day.

We needed help with of a new home theater and intertainment system. We contacted BestBuy to help with our project. Having an expert such Dillon made all the differences in the world for us by having a single point of contact and one person that was responsible for our entire project. Dillon was that expert and we were very pleased with his professionalism and extensive technical expertises. I would highly recommend Dillon to anyone.

Michael contacted me a couple days before the appointment to confirm. The day of the appointment he called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and he explained my options for my TV. He suggested a great option that worked great for my house. He scheduled the install and that was done the following week. I'm very happy with the results, it was perfect for the room! I would recommend him, and would not hesitate to call him back here if the need arises. Very professional, and friendly!!

Excellent recommendations from the consultant for my home theater, audio, tv sound system and in ceiling speakers. Anthony shared his on the pros and cons of each approach and the design for the entire home. He offered to come and check to make sure that the speaker wires are set at the right places for installation…very helpful associate and get the best value for money. Brady, Thank you, We appreciate you helping us choose a security system. Your knowledge of the technology is outstanding. The communication between all of us was very good. One of the motion sensors in the living room fell off the wall twice. We went and bought some two sided tape and the problem was solved.

We wanted advice on tv size and sound acoustics for our sunny, 20 ft ceiling, extremely sunny great room (with tv above fireplace mantle) Knowledgeable and receptive of our needs and questions about running streaming only tv. We had a tight time- line and Elvis got us an installation date before we were leaving town, else we may have had to wait 3 months for the project (or just canceled for a do-over) He was readily available and supportive in all of his suggestions and efforts to make the project a success

When it came time to buy a home theater, we didn't have to think twice. We called Keith with geek squad. He helped us outfit our kitchen with all new appliances in 2021. His recommendations worked out perfect. He was here the same day we called him and he explained everything involved to help us make the best choice.

Christopher Aghjayan, I have used him twice now, 1st time replaced all four kitchen appliances. This time replaced washer and dryer. Nice to have someone come to your home and provide product details for comparison, and make sure they will fit in spaces, help set up delivery details. Much more comfortable than going to the store.

We were interested in purchasing kitchen appliances. we reached out to Best Buy. Donnie Mendez scheduled an appointment. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a better direction in our inquiry to purchase. Once we purchased what he suggested he had the Geek Squad come out to ensure we were satisfied customers. Donnie has been such a great representative of Best Buy, We decided to purchase a washer and dryer, because of the confidence we have in Donnie Mendez. Great, outstanding representative of Best Buy.

Charles Paulson was wonderful to work with. I started planning for my home theatre months ago and Charles was very helpful in the planning, design and setting up the right equipment to purchase from the beginning. The install crew was fantastic and I really appreciate everything the whole team did to make it a reality. This was a basement project and I was impressed that team members visited my home on multiple occasions to assist in speaker/wire run placement, optimal TV size and performance expectations.

Andrew was great. He suggested the right receiver and remote. Very knowledgable and professional. The installers were also great.

Anthony was very helpful in helping me decide what I needed to upgrade our 2 ancient televisions. His suggestion to first contact DISH which resulted in free DISH hardware upgrades. Anthony was patient with me in making decision as I am not up to date with all these new technologies. I feel Anthony gave me advice on some additional items I should be procure, besides the 2 TV's, but I never felt like he was just trying to sell me things but had my best interests in mind.

I needed some help re-configuring my Bose sound system, and also to have a 70" TV wall mounted. I was connected to Joshua Rios-Perez who came over to see what I needed and give me a quote. He is a pleasant person to deal with and very friendly. He arranged the job to be done about a week later. The Techs who came to the house were also just as nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. It was an overall pleasure to deal with everyone from Best Buy. I also bought all my equipment from them as well. Highly recommended!
