Jacob Nathansen has worked tirelessly with us to ensure we had a complete set of (4) kitchen appliances since November 2023. Although the issues we’ve experienced weren’t his fault he kept lines of communication open and continues to ensure we’re satisfied customers. I have to commend him for his hard work.

Isaac was great and the only good part of the experience of getting my appliances delivered. Actually Best Buy was great, it is the delivery company that was not great. They just drove by my building the first time, even though I told them I was waiting at the loading dock and then they canceled the delivery. Best Buy should hire their own delivery people. If it were not for Isaac correcting the issue and calling the delivery company I would still not have my appliances.

We have had a couple of installation services, but if this is regarding our initial free consultation with Alex from the Arlington store, he was great. Arrived when expected, was very nice and understood our issues, very sharp, was making notes on his phone while we talked and walked thru the house. He was great. We purchased what he recommended to solve our wi-fi issues and it's working fine.

Our families Best Buy buying and service experience with Blanca was second to none. We recently moved across the country and outfitted our new home with all new Kitchenaid appliances, computers and TVs. Even from five States away she was able to get us taken care of even with limited supply across the country. When there was any issue she was quick to resolve it and make things right! She will forever be our Best Buy consultant. Thank you Blanca for you commitment to the customer!

We purchased a 65 inch flat-screen television recently. The representative who came to deliver the television and the consultant who installed were both very nice. The installer was very helpful and explained how to use the product. He answered all my questions.

Austin Worrell was excellent and Professional. He trouble-shot problems from prior original install and facilitated return of a recently purchased Yamaha Receiver that was found to be unnecessary because prior Yamaha Receiver was working well. Austin shows great depth in in technical skills.

We needed to be sure that the washer and dryer that we chose would fit in the space we had. The consultant measured and told us that we needed to remove a countertop we had. He then measured for a new dishwasher so when we are ready, we knew that what we chose would work. We were very satisfied and pleased to know how to prepare for the new appliances.

Perry was knowledgeable and very helpful, looking at the features of the room and designing the best system for it. He did not try to upsell us and gave us great advice about how incorporate what we already had. i can't believe this is a free serive, but makes sense since every fits and works well together.

Victor was great to work with. He answered my questions and added his valuable insight to help me make the right decision. And no pressure. Keeping his info for my next trip to Bestbuy

Edge is great! We’ve been working with him for about a year now. We had many appliance mishaps since the start of quarantine, starting with the dishwasher. I had anticipated a nightmare situation, after working with PC Richards for a fridge. I wish I could travel back in time and done the fridge with Edge too. There is nothing he can’t do, including making our lives easier during a time when nothing is easy. We’ve since gotten a few AC units and a new home theater system with Edge. Next stop is a monitor.

I have worked with Andrew Olson multiple times over the last six (probably more) months as I was selecting new appliances for our new home. Andrew has been very responsive and helpful. He has offered suggestions and helped me get the most for my money. He and his employees have helped to reduce the amount of stress that comes with building a new home. I equate these consultant services as important as having a decorator when building a home. I would highly recommend that people use these services!!!

I have had an extremely enjoyable and professional relationship with the Best Buy folks over the course of purchasing and having installed a full audio and TV entertainment center for my home. My Advisor and installer were 2nd to none. I highly recommend their service and will absolutely use them for all future tech service I need in the future. Additionally, I have found their follow-up to be very welcoming including their genuine desire to help with any future questions or concerns I might have.

We wanted to improve our wireless network, as well as run some ethernet cables in the house. Our consultant was excellent, Kurt answered all of our questions, and helped us fine tune the scope and equipment selection. Installation and set up went great. We are very happy with our new network.

I had the great fortune and pleasure of working with Andres when I went to the WLA Best Buy location in need of a new washing machine. He was patient, thorough and informative. He helped me figure out which features were most essential based on my lifestyle and what made the most sense financially including taking advantage of rebates for water & power where possible. His follow up was excellent and he even helped me complete my order outside of his work hours - he definitely went above and beyond!

We wanted outside security cameras and Ambrose came and told us what we needed to upgrade our internet and suggested which system would be best for us, he did a great job explaining everything. Daniel installed our new modem and other parts and he was excellent, making sure that everything here worked. He went above and beyond making sure that we were happy, The men who showed up to install the outdoor units got them in place, but I am still working out some small problems.

Adam was wonderful and helping me find errors in my account charges that weren’t supposed to be there in credits that weren’t put there. He was efficient, helpful and very nice.

If your looking for someone to put together the best theatre system according to you budget, but won’t sell you junk, just to make sale, he knows you’ll be part of Best Buy for years to come! Trust worthy and honest! Hard to find in any company! You’ll know this the first time you talk to him.

We needed help with home theater set up. Alex was great. He set us up and got us started very quickly. He was prompt, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the product. He made the experience very easy

Danny has helped us with several audio/visual projects in our old 1930 home which presents unique challenges. He and his techs are professional, competent and always get us what we need!

Joseph Jambrone, an "in home consultant" for Best Buy did an outstanding job providing me with important things to consider when purchasing a TV. He was extremely knowledgable about all the brands, their features and benefits, along with size recommendations for my wall. In addition to the visit to my house, I called him a couple of times with questions. He responded in a courteous and timely fashion and made my TV choice an easy decision.
