When I need anything electronic, like my new Envy 2 in 1 laptop and help getting set up and synched with my desktop, my Best Buy home consultant is definitely my go to person along with the GEEK Squad tech who sets and fixes anything I have a problem with. He has helped me select a TV, PC, laptop, mouse, DVR player and probably more I can't remember, taking time with a senior who sometimes isn't sure which item fits her needs best.

Eddie did a great job at providing great advice, education, and guidance in installing sophisticated AV equipment in my house at a decent price. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Had a difficult time dealing with teh store directly, especially with calling the store and being put on hold forever on numerous occasions. Because Matt was involved in handling my home theater purchases, including the measuring, evaluating the adequacy of my new components, and in helping coordinate the purchase and installation, I contacted him and he was able to arrange for my new appliances and TV. Because of his "going the extra mile", he is my "go to guy" for my future purchases during my home remodel.

We recently replaced an old projection TV, set in an enclosure, with a 75" TCL Series 5 flat screen TV. We did not know if it was possible because it was such a unique situation. Our consultant, Adam, suggested the best TV for our needs, arranged for the removal and delivery of the TV's, and followed through making the process work. We are very pleased with the results.

Alex was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient as he answered our many questions. He helped us to properly plan the best entertainment system for us. It is stunning both visually and audibly. We look forward to enjoying our many streaming and live tv shows. We highly recommend him and we will contact him for any future needs.

Buying and scheduling installation of a new washer and dryer was the smoothest and quickest process I’ve ever experienced. Alec helped me, and he made everything easy!! Really pleased with the whole process.

I thought maybe, I had a problem with the ice maker. I found a 2" piece of black plastic in the bottom of my glass after using the ice dispenser. Best Buy's technician did a great job of informing me of his arrival date and time, and he/we determined it was either there already or was a piece of packing material that happened to fall out the 1st time I used it. He did a thorough inspection and everything just worked out fine. He was very clean, safe, professional and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Kerrie was fabulous! She is articulate, knows seemingly everything there is to know about technical equipment and installations, and how to choose the best for the room such things are going in. While she knows a great deal more than her clients, she is able to simplify explanations and give just the right amount of information without overwhelming anyone. All this she does in an upbeat, and most pleasant manner. She left us with smiles on our faces, feeling our needs were totally addressed!

Had a home theater sound system installed and the customer service was excellent from purchase to installation, and even follow-up afterward to check if we had any questions. A week later, Mo dropped by our home after we told him we inadvertently moved the settings and did not know how to fix it. He fixed the settings in less than 5mins! Definitely will purchase future Best Buy electronics with the level of service we experienced.

Lauren visited my home shortly after I purchased it & quickly understood my needs & suggested a workable plan that met my goal & budget. She promptly followed up with a proposal. I was forced to delay twice, first because of unforeseen flooding problems & then due to the pandemic. Lauren was understanding, patient & responded every time I had questions or needed to modify needs because of the delays. Finally was able to proceed with home theater system & it’s great! Lauren was spot on with her recommendations!

We recently purchased a new theater system for our great room and we're very happy with it. At the Mid Rivers, Missouri, store we were guided through the initial phase with Ross and then later on with Jeff for design and install. There were a few minor bumps along the way (from our end) but Jeff helped us resolve the issues with a lot of patience and expertise. Our system was installed by two different Geek Squad teams and they were both competent and helpful setting up the system.

We replaced all of the appliances in our kitchen, all of which were built in. It was a complicated and tricky process. Our Best Buy home consultant Ryan did an exceptional job of ensuring the new appliances met our needs and fit in the existing openings. He arranged for a highly skilled installer to execute the project. The process was painless and the outcome exceeded our expectations.

Sarven, was very patient, hepful, knowledgeable and resourceful with our needs. He knows how to value customer's time with pleasnt attitude. He even went extra mile by providing us copies of specifications and dimensions of the kitchen appliances that we purchased. Also, called him several times and gaciously returned all my callls timely. Kudos to Sarven for excellent customer service. With his assitance we had a great shopping experience.

Our microwave is a tight fit in the space above the oven. Before purchasing a new microwave we requested a consultation to ensure a proper fit. He arrived as scheduled and ensured the microwave he ordered would fit. Microwave was ordered and installation scheduled while he was here. Excellent service.

I needed assistance/advice with my outdoor tv purchase. Brittany Phillips was professional, creative and extremely helpful. I stayed within my budget. All the items purchased are compatible and it even worked with my existing cable. She offered great ideas! I was hesitant because of the pandemic but she was safe, social distant while providing exceptional service. I may have purchased things I didn’t need or that weren’t compatible. I would recommend speaking with her before purchasing anything!!

I needed help with my entertainment system…I could watch tv but the sound was terrible and I couldn’t make the expensive blue ray player work. I was prepared to ditch everything except my tv and build a new system. Justin Simpson came flying in with the big ’S’ on his chest and within 20 minutes, everything was working like a charm and the remotes made sense! I signed up for a harmony remote and the annual membership and know I am in good hands with my tech issues!

Kat helped me stay within budget while addressing every technical concern I had to add a wireless mesh network and a quality home theater system. Kat also made sure all the scheduling fell within a time period that would accommodate my work schedule. Mike and Steve from the installation team came in, installed what was needed, took the time to help me set up apps to maximize and suggested other add ons that may enhance the products Id purchased. The entire experience was stress free.

Our consultant, Josh, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient in walking us thru the steps needed to run on sound system. The installers did an awesome job of installing our system and gave us a quick tutorial, but until we used it a bit we didn't know what questions to ask. Josh listened to us and gave us useful tips on how to best use our system. The online scheduling system was a nightmare, but after talking to Josh he was able to give us direct help and information.

Scott is an excellent home expert! He helped me select kitchen appliances and laundry room appliances. He is very knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile to help customers. He is patient and was always ready to explain the differences between appliances. No hard sell or upselling. I highly recommend him!
