Kim Dang is our Best Buy Home Expert and it is because of her that we shop at Best Buy. Because we trust Kim's knowledge, honesty and attention to detail, we feel comfortable with her guidance in buying major appliances. In the last year she has helped us purchase a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and and new TV. Each choice of what model, etc. would meet our needs and each installation has gone very smoothly because Kim has been there to help and has been so willing to answer questions.

Alec was excellent and helped us with all aspects of our purchase of two new appliances, a TV, and installation and mounting of our existing TVs. He was a true expert and we'd look for him again.

We needed new appliances for our newly built home, and Kristin was accommodating, and was always willing to help us out with everything, from recommending appliances, to scheduling our delivery date, which we charged a few times due to changing completion date. . Thank you Kristin, for a wonderful and pleasant experience!

Anthony was amazing! He helped me with a price match at a company that had a lower price and made the whole experience of appliance shopping smooth and easy. He accommodated a last minute addition and coordinated things to come on the same day. I was giddy to have a new washer and dryer on the same day! The communication for delivery was fabulous and delivery people were kind and wore masks. Thanks, guys!

We needed help with a complex home theater installation with huge 150" projector and screen and 4k 3840*2160 resolution. Geordy is my point of contact and he has been an amazing help right from the beginning, deciding the right projector, screen and dolby atmos speakers, finding the optimal locations for everything. I was really happy with the consultation, Geordy went above and beyond my expectations, i was very comfortable to ask every simple question and he has been very patient through out the process.

The Home Advisor, Mackenzie, that assisted us was very respectful, friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable about the electronics we sought to purchase. She brought to our attention various relevant options and made appropriate recommendations. She was not "pushy" and was patient, even though store was busy. We have always received good customer service from Best Buy but this time it was GREAT, definitely gets an "A+". We will definitely return to make another purchase as "satisfied customers".

First time buyer for new tv since 2005 went to best buy was looking at the tv's and an worker came over to me and asked did i need help i said yes and we must have talked about 30min. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything he made me feel very comfortable a very professional and patient young man well i bought the tv and it is great! No regrets

Dave did a great job. After stopping by and reviewing our needs, he set me up with quotes for 3 different appliance packages to review in our price range. This simplified the amount of investigation and brand comparison I would have to do. He also made sure the quoted items were available. He helped us get a great value in our price range plus instructed how to take advantage of the upcoming Memorial Day sales and Best Buys price match policy for additional savings. Good experience.

Sameer was excellent. What differentiate consultants is if they can make things happen and take care of you even after you purchase. Sameer managed to get us the dishwasher we needed and was very helpful and patient all the time. I commend Sameer! The only problem I had was with the installation of the appliances. That was a pretty bad experience. Had to re order my microwave since it got damaged during installation and had other issues with the rest too.

Andres Vegas is not only knowledgeable and professional, he is a proactive and takes the extra effort and time to understand my needs. This applies both as to my conversations with him for my personal home and the homes that I am in contract to build. His follow through is exceptional and I appreciate his comprehensive knowledge and his enthusiasm.

The WiFi in my house was terrible even after I had purchased high end routers and extenders,Matthew From Best Buy came out to our house for a consultation on our WiFi he was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to to do to fix my issue, He talked me thru what needed to be done and with his help the poor WiFi issue was resolved. I would highly recommend using this service if you are in need of technical assistance.

We moved into a new home recently and in these times it was not very to get the simplest things done. We had the pleasure of working with Kyle who helped us pick with everything from appliances to home security. His knowledge of obscure products to deliver solutions to common problems was incredible. I have already referred him to multiple fiends and family members since he was so helpful! In short, the reason I keep coming back to Best Buy and not Amazon is because of the service from Kyle and his consultant team.

It started out fine, but became a nightmare rapidly. There were a multitude of issues, but finally, after the lies, the lazy installers, five visits, the costly unnecessary plumbing service, the washer/dryer was installed. I went to the store with my story and proof of my experience and was refunded $700 for my distress. Marvin was good and the refund was good, but nothing could truly compensate for the three week mess this was for just a W/D swap for which I paid in advance....

Everything about this process was smooth as silk. The Initial store contact with Sal set a very positive tone for the whole experience. The Consult with Brian Bean was quick and professional. What a one-two punch. To finish off the experience the installer was amazing. He made a tricky installation look like child's play. What a terrific trio of young men.Take a bow men

Our consultant, EJW, did a wonderful job in upgrading our sound system and Not over-selling the service! He was very thorough, polite and professional in his approach with both my wife and I! I highly recommend his future consultations and I've already gone back to him on our wi-fi upgrade as well.

I needed help understanding how a new EERO router, Arris cable modem, Ring door bell, Ring floodlight cameras, Alexa Echo and other products could all work together. Xavier was very helpful with my purchase and setting up the Geek Squad installation in my home. I would never have made the purchase without his patient assistance.

We were looking to replace an old refrigerator and Alec had helped us last year with upgrading our dryer. Once we told Alec the features we wanted, he had several models to recommend. We love our dryer and trust Best Buy for their warranty service and Alec for his knowledge. We've love our new refrigerator and will call Alec at Best Buy for our next appliance upgrade.

I cannot say enough good things about Omar. He was such a help getting all my kitchen appliances and more items for my home. Without him, I would've never known about promotions and rebates that were offered. He went the extra so many times answering my texts throughout the weeks during the remodeling of my home. He scheduled deliveries, ordered items, and even called the Rewards Department for me when we had issues with the Rewards Program. Omar is definitely the Go-To guy when shopping at Best Buy.
