Wow, this was my first time using the free consultation and home expert service at Best Buy and I could not be more pleased. It was easy to schedule a consultation, get all my questions answered by a local expert, and get recommendations for my tech needs. Purchasing was so easy through the Home Expert and then I had the Geek Squad come install my new router and mesh wifi system. The whole process saved me time and gave me peace of mind, knowing it was done right. I will definitely use this service again.

My consultant helped my check out the product I wanted to buy over several visits. He identified the best opportunity to buy and then ensured the products were delivered on time

I was looking for good advice in replacing our 26 year old built in refrigerator and I found it with Tyler..

I ordered a new washer and dryer from Best Buy, but none of the delivery teams even tried to get them up the stairs. They never took them off the truck. Arthur came and measured and found washers and dryers of the right dimensions that were not even listed on the website. After one more delivery no-go, a team came that got both washer and dryer up the stairs in five minutes, completely vindicating Arthur's work. Without him, the sale would have been canceled

We had just had installed a 55" sony with a sonos sound bar and a 48" sony on Saturday and we were quite confused how to use it as the first woman that installed it gave us very little info. The 2 gentleman who came 4 days later explained everything and finished installing the Sonos and the wireless channels Took their time with us and we are much happier.

Worked with Josh Jones of the Grand Junction, CO Best Buy Store. My wife and I both suffer from hearing deficits so that TV dialogue is difficult to decipher. Josh was very empathetic with the problem, worked within our budget and provided guidance for our purchases. He then arranged for Geek Squad members to come to the house and tune the TV/speakers to meet our needs. His follow-up was excellent and he came to our rescue when we had a subsequent issue.

Tyler and the installation team provided audio and video solutions and installed them with care and precision. Great experience and professionalism from start to finish! A+

Jon did a terrific job in advising us on what needed for Zoom sessions in our Pavilion complex. We were starting from scratch and he continued to consult with us over a couple of months. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. In addition, knowing that we were price sensitive, he recommended products within our budget and we coulee happier. He’s a great ambassador for Best Buy and we certainly will be buying from Best Buy and Jon again.

They unboxed everything and were very careful. They also made sure I understood all the features and I was happy.

I was looking to upgrade my viewing experience, and requested a home expert to assist. Paul, was simply the Best. He arrived on time, and provided AWESOME recommendation, which we followed. Since then, we are experiencing GREAT entertainment from each of our rooms. In addition, Paul was able to recommend an upgrade to our internet, which is now so much faster, and efficient compare to before. Thanks Paul to you and your entire team. Highly recommended folks.

Best Buy has a brilliant service to aid customers in selecting items that best suit their needs and home. Joe did a great job helping us to narrow down our choices and answered numerous questions so we could select and purchase a new TV. We really appreciated the service, thank you.

I did a virtual consultation with James Gray of the Geek Squad. It was to review issues in moving LG OLED TV to over my fireplace. James was Uber-helpful. He recommended a new annual support program that actually saved me money. He preordered the new mount I needed and went over where best to install a new electrical outlet. After the electrician was finished a quick text to James scheduled the installers out the very next day. These guys were all super professional.

Ryan has helped me with 2 separate projects in the past six months. The first project was installation of a new TV in a new spot over a remodeled fireplace. The second project was problem solving to fix a wifi signal strength problem throughout my house. Ryan had creative solutions to offer and he was very helpful in solving the puzzle of why my TV was pixilating. I have recommended him to a couple of my friends and I would not hesitate to ask him for help in the future.

In the store, the salesperson took time to clearly explain features of tvs. He then gave me name and phone number of Senior Consultant John Bloechl. John clearly, quickly reviewed what I thought I wanted, advised my options and set up the install. The two installers were really nice and knew what they were doing. I contacted John again and he was once again professional, efficient and answered my question. Excellent service from start to finish!!

Jessica is honestly the best person I have ever been able to work with and that’s limited to Best Buy. By FAR the most helpful, caring and knowledge customer service rep. She found issues in my order that would have come up at the time of installation that the people in store didn’t ask about. She even went as far to let me know one of the items I purchased went on sale (we’re talking 500 difference) and made sure it was applied to me. I will never go through anyone but Jessica again, period.

Normally I don’t write reviews; however, Matt and his teams always deliver above and beyond making sure the customer is 200% satisfied. I have been working with Matt and his teams for over 15 years now and just keeps getting better. If your looking to have things done right contact Matt.

James Pacel helped us to select a pair of Klipsch speakers that met our needs perfectly. Our media room is far from ideal acoustically, but the recommended speakers work great.

We recently purchased a microwave, double oven, and refrigerator from Best Buy. The initial “plan” in considering choice, space, etc was made with the help of Joel Milem. Joel had total knowledge of his products, as well as was very courteous and professional. The Geek Squad did a super job - very professional, and they made a point to thoroughly go over all appliance instructions. Everything was seamless. We absolutely consider Best Buy to have been a great choice for us. .
