First of all I didn’t know Best Buy had this type of service. Santiago took the time to tell me about the service that Best Buy‘s provides when it comes to home expert advice. In addition, Santiago was very knowledgeable of the kitchen appliances that I needed for the remodeling of my kitchen. He knew products value and what will work based on what I was looking for. Santiago even called back to ensure delivery dates and checked if I was satisfied with the kitchen appliances that I had bought.

Service was very very special all my needs was met Andrew Boudrea was very professional ' he made very easy to work with I would like to thank the company for having him for help me.

My personal shopper Dustin & his personal installer (Josh?) were great! My new TV took special installation & I’m very happy with it. I also learned from installer my internet system wasn’t functioning correctly, hence much down time, so Dustin & Josh helped me upgrade system. Works awesomely! Good job Guys! And thank you Best Buy for providing Personal Shopper assistance!

Outstanding! Hung 5 TV’s and hooked up everything perfectly. Very professional, punctual and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Kenneth was just terrific!

Robert Tashian, our senior consultant, was extremely helpful. We purchased 6 different GE Cafe kitchen appliances. Before we arrived at our final orders, we had to change a few to get the one we liked the most. Robert was more than patient and helpful in processing our exchanges. He responded quickly to my emails or texts. I plan on consulting with him again when we replace our washer dryer

Billy was awesome. He listened to my thoughts on what I would like to see for our basement and then recommended the products to make it happen. He wasn’t trying to oversell me on anything but also didn’t recommend anything that would be to cheap and had hardly any value. I haven’t spent as much time in my basement since living in my home than the last couple of weeks and I still get excited to see what the system can do and what it sounds like.

Chris is fantastic as a consultant for Best Buy. Chris guided us through our purchase of all our Kitchen appliances for our complete Kitchen renovation project. Chris was extremely helpful during post installation process resolving issues. I highly recommend Chris.

Our consultant, Charlie Uyeno was amazing. He is a wealth of knowledge on the products. Spent time to go over all the details and differences of the products. Listened to what we were looking for . Did not pressure us. And we walked away with a great product. But even after we left, he followed up to see if we were enjoying the tv. Which of course we did. Can’t say enough about his expertise. Will refer my friends to go and visit him . Thank you Charlie.

I recently moved to the Denver area, knew virtually no one and I needed assistance with a TV and an associated sound bar, woofer, and Blue Ray. It was suggested that I contact Best Buy. Cynthia listened and applied all the right advice and assistance. She knows her stuff, she is smart, professional, friendly, and quick to provide assistance and response. Her visit and response has allowed me to view Best Buy in a very professional, helpful and cost effective manner.

They did a good job to install my new tv. However they were not user/customer friendly. Also delivery and installation work was pricey to say the least.

I needed help in updating my home theater. Ricjkard Desir was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed updated and worked with me to get the best price. Michael and Holly who installed my new system were equally as knowledgeable and helpful, and made sure I knew how to operate the system before leaving. I will contact Ricjkard in the future when I am ready to upgrade my TV. It is so gratifying to be able to find friendly, knowledgeable and helpful technicians.

Last year I decided to update my sound system and this year add the surround sound. The whole process was definitely a learning situation. Because of Covid I ordered something just online and that was a mistake and it was returned. Then when I was able to go in and actually listen to the different sound systems and get the expert advice in the home theater department it made all the difference. Then to complement my system I added the Definitive Technology surround speakers this year.

We needed help resolving a months-long issue to complete final set-up of our home theater. It was a matter of the right part, a decent schedule, etc. Shawn Smith made it happen. I think it was very smart of Best Buy to have an in-home consultant to make recommendations based on each customers particular needs and then make it happen. Not everyone is as tech-savvy as you guys and so having someone who could speak at our level, understand, and make simple, practical solutions is priceless.

Keith did an excellent job recommending what I needed. He's very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him!

Jeff is a very professional and patient home design salesperson, he helped me find my washer and dryer sizes for a perfect fit in my limited washing area when doing a home measurement. He arranges the appointment very well, and when problems come up, he is right there to help solve them. Highly recommend him when you are trying to move into a new house and know limited about appliances. I appreciate his work and am very satisfied with the purchases.

Gabriel and the rest of the Best Buy staff were all very knowledgeable and patient with us when helping us select a new TV and sound system for our home. They thoroughly explained all of the differences in the televisions and sound system options. Their staff was willing to help us set everything up and they trained us to use it properly.

My wife and I needed recommendations on updating our 28 year old surround sound system and needed a new TV. Andrew was just wonderful and it was a pleasure working with him. Was extremely polite and obviously very knowledgeable on the subjects we needed help on. I’m 62 years old and in my lifetime I’ve experienced maybe 2 people I would recommend for things I’ve had done in my life so by that you can tell I’m very picky. Well, Andrew makes 3 I can now recommend. Our new tv and sound system is fantastic.

I can not say enough praise about my entire experience with Best Buy! John couldn’t have been any nicer and professional! He explained everything to me and went through all options - he truly cared! Jason and Bill the technicians , installed the audio system yesterday- and the same , very nice, very professional! Explained the system to me and just made me feel very comfortable! Not to mention John called me back right away and scheduled a meeting promptly! I am very thankful!
