Conrad made spending money safe ! Ben & team from geek squad didn’t let any unforeseen challenges rain heat and of course me painting. He had a job under control beginning till end .Ben had full knowledge of product operation and grooming new member of job . I have dealt with Best Buy over 75000 worth of business. I am high demand he was that being Ben what geek squad should clone!!!! A nice experience Conrad a very helpful experienced sales associate.

We found Savanna and Daniel very knowledgeable, great at their jobs and a pleasure to work with. The installers (I’ve forgotten their names) and Michael who did follow up were also excellent and a pleasure as well. We’re very glad we updated our home theater and that we decided to go with Best Buy.

Callaghan did a good job helping design a high end 83 inch TV system for an apartment, turns out it is all the right gear for my space and needs.

Alex Osborn was excellent in designing and implementing my home theater set up. He's the man if you are looking for a custom system, or even for a simple question.

Nikolas did a great job in advising and presenting us the options for an induction range, in good amount of details. He went the last mile to find me a rebate for the unpacked (demo) range that I chose. Also, the service for setting up the range was very fair and professional. I've been much enjoying the range since and can highly recommend replacing gas with induction.

Santana was very knowledgeable and quite helpful to us, as we were trying to decide the best setup for our new condo. He didn't try to sell us anything that we weren't keen on. We felt very comfortable working with him, and would recommend him to anybody who wants some good advice.

We were in the market for new kitchen appliances and setting up a consultation was the best decision we made. Richard is incredibly educated in the products and helped us in each step of the process. At one point I wanted to view the appliances in a showroom which was about 50 minutes away and Richard set me up with an equally fantastic individual to help me at another store. Richard was so fantastic that we referred him to a close family friend also in the market for new appliances.

I needed to set up WiFi internet to new computer aspect to work from home. Best Buy sent a individual to review what I wanted to set up and what was did I need to do to complete that. Ashley Glowinski came to my place to review what would be needed to get things to work for me. She was so professional and was able to explain what needed to be understandable. Very easy to communicate with and got the impression she was very knowledgeable about what she does and give the greatest assistance.

I needed help with purchasing TVs and smart home devices for my new home including addressing installation needs. My consultant was super friendly and easy to work with by call, text, and email. I was blown away that this was a free service and will recommend this to all my friends and family. I appreciated that there were no pushy sales approach and I got a menu of options and pricing to consider and help me reach my particular goals for setting up my new home.

Kenneth was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find the best fit for our tv and Sono system. He was able to answer all of our questions and we really felt he knew what he was talking about. Truly appreciated his help and would highly recommend him!

Jack did a great job coordinating our 2 home entertainment system installs. They greatly enhanced our living room set-up, including finding a way to hide the ugly cables. Three of them mounted the huge 86" screen in my man den and then Peyton gave me great instructions on how to use everything. I just wish the wireless speakers for the surround would arrive soon. Nothing they can do about it since all kinds of things are on back order all over the place.

My wife and I needed to see exactly what was necessary for our WiFi signal to reach throughout the house, since there were spots it barely worked at all. Jason took the time to determine what the strength of the signal was in all areas, then recommended an Eero mesh network. In addition to helping us with our WiFi needs, the three of us had quite a fun conversation all about SciFi shows and movies, and by the time Jason left, we felt like a friend was going home.

Bryan Dawursk from Best Buy Milwaukee is a great consultant. Met him in home on a new TV consultation. He was on time, personable and patient with my many questions. He put a lot of time and effort into finding just the right TV model for me. He was good at listening to my needs and went the extra mile in locating the requested model and expediting the order. I would highly recommend him if you’re in need of someone knowledgeable and willing to get you just what you need.

Paul was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with on our project. He came to our home and helped us pick out the best option for our kitchen appliances. It was really nice not having to go to the store and try to make sure we got the right items w/ best price. With Paul coming right to our home eliminated any traveling to any stores. We were looking to get help installing Home theatre to a medium sized room and the Best buy team were very helpful in suggesting the right devics and help with installation. The Geek Squad did not mind coming back to our house 2 nd time , when we did not have the Right equipment for installation. They were very knowledgeable and did a perfect installation job for the room size we have. We are very happy with the decision to go with Best buy for this.

We needed help reinstalling a 70" tv as one of the mount bolts pulled out of the wall. (Installed by a 3rd party installer). This time the store sent out members from the Geek Squad. The girls, Jessica and Kanique, went above and beyond. They were respectful of us and our property. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Much appreciated and very pleased.
