Lorenzo listened to my vision of what I wanted and brought it to life. He also found me great values in the items selected. The installers were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up after themselves and trained me on using the equipment. There was a glitch in the install too. A Geek Squad tech was sent back out to troubleshoot. All In All - my experience was first class.

Nick Brubaker and his team did an excellent job of working with ask and designing the perfect outdoor TV’s experience on our top deck of our houseboat. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone with entertainment needs.

Mike Ost did a wonderful job for me. He gave me great advice, he listened to me and suggested what I was looking for and not something more than I needed. I took his advice and purchased everything on the list. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not understanding to use the proposal he gave me and I ordered it through the local store, so Mike did not get the credit for the purchase, but it was thanks to Mike that I made the purchase. I have not had a chance to install yet, but looking forward to the amazing new home theater!

I asked a question on a new LG TV that was coming out soon. Rob, a Best Buy home consultant offered to come to my home and educate my wife and I on the best TV setup for us given the room size and lighting, and introduced us to an awesome sound system. His knowledge of balancing a TV and the best sound system for us is greatly appreciated. What we have because of him is the best I have ever had, and the sound system is fantastic. I enjoyed his professional service and knowledge. We made the purchase on the spot.

The Geek Squad installers did an amazing job on our home theater! I am super picky and I was worried that they wouldn’t install our seven in-ceiling speakers perfectly. Well, they installed them perfectly and I love the speakers and the high-end audio receiver. The team was super professional and helpful. I spent a lot of money to have our home theater upgraded. I am COMPLETELY satisfied and would absolutely use Best Buy/Geek Squad in the future. Everything looks and sounds amazing! Thank you for doing fantastic work!

Daniel McKin was excellent at helping us decide which range would work best for our needs. As he came to our home he could see what we could use well. He answered or returned all of my calls immediately and solved every situation. He made my Best Buy experience so easy. I would want everyone to be able to be serviced by him.

James came to our newly built home and provided valuable insight to help us achieve a pleasant audio-visual environment and also detected weak internet signal and recommended a product (Eero), which significantly improved our Internet coverage. He also helped us exchange television and audio equipment to better meet our needs when the first installation wasn't quite what we expected. Extremely professional in all regards. Highly recommend!

We wanted to make sure that we could rely on someone to help us plan our new Home Theater system from design, system components to the final install. We wanted a high quality audio/video system that gave us the best sound for TV, sports, music and movies, along with excellent video viewing. The system has a zone 2 component and price was also important to us to meet our budget goals. After looking around for some alternatives, we selected the Magnolia room from Best Buy. Gerard came on site to our home and upon his visit recommended a final design, along with the components we previously reviewed at the Magnolia room store near us. The system is in the process of being installed in two phases and so far it has meet or exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience with the installers of our tv over the fireplace! They did a fantastic job and were very professional. We have had the great service with our appliances in the past. I highly recommend Best Buy for all you appliance and electronic needs.

I needed help getting internet coverage through out my home and universal remotes to eliminate the clutter of multiple units laying around. Appointment was made with Marvelin Ruiz who called the day prior with an appointment window that was kept the day specified. She looked at equipment, walked home with me to understand the need and then gave me suggested equipment. She promised and delivered the pricing estimate shortly thereafter and once approved, set up installation at my convenience. All equipment has worked to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the entire transaction.

I was researching online for a new laptop and the PC Tech sites are just too much info... Best Buy's website, along with its intuitive filters allowed me to narrow the search efficiently and to the specs that I was most interested in. Once I had this, the in-store sales associate provided all the rest of the background details. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase and support from the site and personnel. Well done Best Buy.

Tiffany G was our consultant. She came to our home, made great recommendations based on her considerable knowledge of TV technology. We are extremely happy with the TV. The crew who did the installation, lead by Marcus, was also wonderful, well trained, knowledgeable, personable. I really appreciated there no hard sell, just helped us find the best product for our needs and followed up to make sure everything went as planned.

Received very personalized help to measure for appliances, pick out features and explore different options. It really made me feel good about my choices. After delivery of TV and appliances I have had excellent service from Adolfo, my in-home advisor. He has scheduled follow-up appointments to resolve issues, added on protection plans over the phone, and he even stopped by while he was in the area to resolve an issue with my sound bar. I haven't had such professional and personalized customer service like this at any time in my life. I would definitely use Best Buy's In-Home Advisor service for any future purchases.

I came into the Joliet store looking for a new TV and some home theater seating. Arturo was the first sales associate to see if I needed assistance and let me tell you he made my shopping experience amazing! He was able to throughly and confidently explain the differences of each TV and benefits of each one. By the end of it, I was sold on an LG C2 OLED and some premium home theater seating and I’m not regretting my purchase at all! Thank you again Arturo! 10/10 experience!

Athena is super helpful! I was in the process of closing escrow and she gave me a heads up that it’ll affect my loan approval if I apply for a credit card. Instead she put a price lock on the appliances I want to buy and was able to buy it after my escrow closed. She is fantastic to work with!

I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy but the installers would not hook up the water line to a saddle valve which best buy provided and I paid the fee therefore. The refrigerator installers claimed a regular knob valve was required. Best Buy sent another water line installer out (not a plumber) and who said the first line installed was sufficient. Yet the refrigerator installers would not assume liability for the saddle valve water line. Very confusing!!!

We took advantage of the consultation for security systems because we had just purchased a 3-pack wireless security system for the office and weren't sure how happy we were with it. After a very thorough review of our wants and needs and the current system, the consultant encouraged us to keep the system that we already had. He recommended ways that we could add to the system for additional coverage, but felt that we were achieving our objective and he was right. It didn't result in a sale for him (Best Buy) but we very much appreciated his professionalism, his thorough review of what we had and recommendations to meet our needs. He called the day before to confirm, he called when he was on his way and he showed up on time. We were very pleased!!!

Needed help with new TV setup with adding Roku to old TV and mounting both. Geek Squad staff were wonderful in communication, working with building, and setting everything up. They were thoughtful, courteous, took their time, and helped with all aspects of this project. They even had extra materials with them for completion of project that required extension, converter, etc despite work to prep in advance. Highly recommend!!!!
