Bought a Samsung 65” tv and Sonos sound system…wow am I happy and loving my new setup. Had very knowledgeable help picking what was best for me and my budget…even had the in-home consultation and he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice of what would best suit my situation. Had them install which went great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

James came to our newly built home and provided valuable insight to help us achieve a pleasant audio-visual environment and also detected weak internet signal and recommended a product (Eero), which significantly improved our Internet coverage. He also helped us exchange television and audio equipment to better meet our needs when the first installation wasn't quite what we expected. Extremely professional in all regards. Highly recommend!

We just moved into a home and wanted advice on how to have surround sound and music play throughout the house. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. It’s nice to have an expert help especially when the world of technology evolves constantly.

With 3 kids all doing online school simultaneously from home due to the pandemic, we needed an internet upgrade. I originally purchased an extender that didn’t work at all. I took it back to Best Buy and they refunded it and suggested a home consultation. The technician showed up right on time, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, evaluated what I already had, and gave me a recommendation. The system we got was a little more expensive than what I was hoping to spend, but we couldn’t be happier with the results. All 3 kids are able to stream their classes simultaneously from anywhere in the house.

I went with Best Buy because I did not have a very good experience with Home Depot. Jacob did an excellent job orchestrating the whole purchasing process and of scheduling the installation and delivery of my Home Appliances. The installers and technicians provided by Best were absolutely awesome! Justin did a 10 plus rating installing the water lines and electrical outlets for my dishwasher and refrigerator. My wife and I are very Happy with our experience with Best Buy. We got a Great Deal too.

Our consultant helped us get a projector, screen, and speaker system that all complemented each other and alerted us to discounts on items we were considering. The installation team was super friendly and took extra time to ensure everything would work from the start, even sticking around to make adjustments after we changed the alignment. I would definitely use the service again.

We set up to have a Best Buy consultant come to our home to help with selecting kitchen appliances. Christian was very knowledgable about the induction cooktops and convection ovens that we were interested in, and helped us make the right decision. In addition, he reviewed our audio/visual setup and provided us with a lot of technical information about how we should set up the system for optimum use as well as selling us the necessary cables and installation services. He has kept in contact with us to confirm that the installations were done correctly and we that are happy with the products and service. I would definitely recommend the Best Buy in-home consulting service with Christian!

I recently bought a new fridge and over the range microwave from Best Buy. I received prompt and friendly service from my consultant. My appts for installation were set up and my installers arrived promptly during my scheduled time frame . They were friendly and after the installation explained the features on both appliances. I’m happy with my service!

The double oven induction Cafe range we wanted was not available - not even on backorder - when we first wanted to order. Eric suggested we order the single oven, just in case the double did not become available in time for our project, and said he would swap out the single for the double when/if it became available. And that's exactly what we did. Now we are looking forward to using our double oven range in our new "in-law" kitchen. Eric was very helpful, practical and accessible.

An outstanding experience!!! They arrived on time and immediately walked through what they were doing where and answered all of my questions before they got started. They dove in and in almost no time the job was done better then I had hoped. Great cable mgmt, everything neat and (more importantly) tested.

I was researching online for a new laptop and the PC Tech sites are just too much info... Best Buy's website, along with its intuitive filters allowed me to narrow the search efficiently and to the specs that I was most interested in. Once I had this, the in-store sales associate provided all the rest of the background details. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase and support from the site and personnel. Well done Best Buy.

Tiffany G was our consultant. She came to our home, made great recommendations based on her considerable knowledge of TV technology. We are extremely happy with the TV. The crew who did the installation, lead by Marcus, was also wonderful, well trained, knowledgeable, personable. I really appreciated there no hard sell, just helped us find the best product for our needs and followed up to make sure everything went as planned.

Lorenzo listened to my vision of what I wanted and brought it to life. He also found me great values in the items selected. The installers were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up after themselves and trained me on using the equipment. There was a glitch in the install too. A Geek Squad tech was sent back out to troubleshoot. All In All - my experience was first class.

He is very knowledgeable in the tech world and has helped me make the right decisions in various departments such as appliances, TV, sound systems, WiFi, washer and dryer, and more. Moved to a new Mobile Home and needed help to install our 65" TV system. BB had just installed this same system in our old home in April of this year so was confident they would do a good job again. Our Home Expert thought he was installing a 55" so when he knew it was larger, he called for help and by the time we got the internet working another agent arrived to help. Also had a problem with our sound stopping and after doing what we were told previously the problem was not corrected. The expert at this appointment identified and fixed the issue.

Needed help with new TV setup with adding Roku to old TV and mounting both. Geek Squad staff were wonderful in communication, working with building, and setting everything up. They were thoughtful, courteous, took their time, and helped with all aspects of this project. They even had extra materials with them for completion of project that required extension, converter, etc despite work to prep in advance. Highly recommend!!!!

Hello BB, just a quick note that working with Sam has been a very positive experience. First he was extremely helpful when I purchased new appliances and then he was extremely helpful when he and Terrell came to my home for a visit to determine some electronics purchases and installation. I needed help in finding a TV mount that would hold an 85 inch tv in an awkward corner of my house. The expert was able to find me something perfect for the spot. I also asked for advice on a soundbar for the room and he provided me several options on a ranging scale from cheap to expensive that would get the job done. I didn't feel like I was being encouraged to just buy the most expensive option, but he told me the benefits of each for my specific room size.
