We needed someone to program a new universal remote MX-990 to control several devices. Jason Price did the job quickly, was professional, friendly, courteous. Jason is definitely a Geek Squad Double Agent!

While I did have issues with the scheduling problems, Chris was wonderful to work with. Every time I had a scheduling problem, he was right on the spot to try to take care of it.

The delivery team was EXCELLENT once the actual delivery happened... However I would rate the scheduling very low. I had made a special trip from out-of-town for the delivery. The window was 2:30-6:30, and the window kept getting later and later as the day went on. Then they basically CANCELLED on my at 7:30 and I spent over 2 hours trying to connect with someone to reschedule. It was very frustrating because I had to make a SECOND trip from out-of-town to be there for the delivery. So while the two that delivered were EXCELLENT (5-star) I'm only rating this poorly because I felt that this was handled poorly from the way they just sent me an automated message that they cancelled, to how poorly it was to reach a human to get this rescheduled. I will say that once I got connected to Karen A., I was finally talking to someone who could understand my frustration. So I would rate her EXCELLENT as well. I'm just giving a low rating overall because it was truly an inconvenience to have to arrange TWICE to come to town to get this delivery!

We needed help with setting up a home theater in our home. It was all new to us. There were so many options! The result was a space where we can enjoy movies, documentaries, gaming, TV shows, our own home videos, photographs, and all kinds of entertainment with our family and friends. The quality is the very best. We use it almost every day. It has really made a difference in our lives and we do not have to leave the house! We can enjoy all of this right at home.

I decided to upgrade my AVR / Speakers. I contacted Best Buy support and Connor Hanson replied with in the hour and arranged the quote purchase and shipping. I had technical questions about the Marantz Cinema 40 and received clear answers, in laymen's terms. I did purchase the product.

Dave Bortz was thoughtful and thorough in reviewing my current situation and then gave me great advice. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and looked for sale items when possible. I was able to upgrade all my old TV/audio and get rid of some unnecessary excess. Streamlined my setup yet enhanced it at the same time. Thanks Dave!!

The sales person that looked at my requirements and sold me the AV system was knowledgeable and helpful. The techs that installed my system were efficient, professional, and very familiar with the equipment and setup. I did have some problems with my system and they were very professional and diagnosed the problems in a timely fashion. I had a very positive experience buying the last AV system I will ever need! I would highly recommend Bestbuy for all your electronic needs.

Jonathan was very helpful. the original oven came in damaged, but we needed an oven. Jonathan worked with us to install a temporary oven until a new, undamaged oven came in. He then had the new oven installed. they took a bad situation and made the best of it. THanks and good job

We changed over to You tube TV, and the technicians were very good that came out and installed. Ben who sold us all the equipment needed was very knowledgably and explained everything very good. It is hard to find good service and to be knowledgably about all these products.

Ivan Rojas approached us while we were looking at refrigerators. He was very friendly and knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. Once we made our decision, he was very thorough when doing the bill as the goods were being shipped to the Bahamas. We highly recommend Ivan. He was very professional and thorough. I was extremely happy with the Geek who came to fix our two problems. He was courteous, extremely capable, and walked me through everything so I would understand what had been involved. if possible I would ask for him again if I needed a Geek in the future. I'd give him a 10 plus.

We needed help with connecting a device to enable us to use hearing aids. Joe was successful with the connection. We had had our previous tvs calibrated. Our new one did not require calibration. Joe showed us how to tweak the picture so we had green grass and natural skin colors.

We're in the midst of a remodel, Dave's expertise was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best solution for mounting a TV in our new fireplace area. He assessed the space and advised that our setup was perfect for a Frame TV, which we ended up choosing. Thank you!

Matt was great in helping us get set up with Google Wi-Fi Mesh router. He reached out to us the day before and we discussed our issues with the internet in our home and he made the recommendation. He also let the in store clerk know we were on our way to pick it up. He then followed up with us on the day we installed the router and then again after I had my Zoom meeting which had told him about earlier. Should I have any issues in the future, Matt will be our "go to" guy!

I purchased a dish washer, dryer and cooktop from Best Buy and Micquel was my consultant. He offered good suggestions on the products I wanted to purchase. He was also very responsive in his communications regarding the delivery of these products. It was a pleasure working with him.

We needed to find multiple appliances after moving and as we were wandering the store, Scott came over and calmly and confidently pointed us in the right direction. Later, we reached out to Scott for additional help with multiple televisions. Once again, he was a true pro. He is now our “go to” and we are very thankful we ran into him!!
