Adam visited for an at-Home consultation and provided excellent service and advice. He spent time reviewing our family’s needs and then recommended a good solution for us which was also cost-effective. He helped me place the order for equipment and even followed up the next day to ensure it had been delivered. The product he recommended is working great! We needed help with a dishwasher, a fridge and a garage fridge. It was such an easy and seamless process when working with our consultant Mike. He helped us feel god about the purchases we were making and were very happy with what we bought. The in home installation went great as well

Jeremy was friendly and efficient in the setup of my smart TV. He set up the the software exactly how I wanted it to be...all streaming...including shortcuts for quick access. He answered all of my questions and even offered followup if I needed it. Thank you Jeremy!

My In-Home advisor was very thorough. He reviewed all the brands I was considering for the various products I wanted to purchase (TV, sound bar, blu-ray player, Apple TV, and TV wall mount). He advised me on what other equipment I needed for the installation and hook-up, including assessing my network. The consultation made it much easier for me to decide what products I wanted to purchase and made for a successful installation by the Geek Squad. I wish I had known about the In-Home consultations before I started the shopping process - it would have saved me a lot of time and uncertainty!

I have been working with Jay for the past 5 years. Just to give you an Idea, I will not buy a single item without consulting with Jay. The knowledge he has is A+++++ . I have referred Jay to many family members and friends and they are extremely happy as well. He is extremely personable. He is very detail and above my knowledge in tv’s , appliances, stereo equipment . Amazing customer service. Thank you for All you have done Jay and made my life so much easier!

We had areas within our home that did not have good Wi-Fi coverage. The consultant added another router to correct the problem.

My experience with Best Buy has been wonderful. Gabriel Dow was our at home advisor. He has been at our home twice and every time he has given us professional advice. He recommended the Eero mesh for better WiFi signal throughout the house. We also installed two ring cameras. James was the technician who did the installation. I bought and mounted an 86” screen and sound bar. Nick and his team did the installation. My wife and I are very with everything. Thank you again Gabriel

The first French door refrigerator never reached temperature lower than 48. Freezer never was cold. Eric made sure to order a replacement and sent us a small refrigerator freezer to use for the 3 weeks till second unit arrived. Team that brought first unit did not totally install the unit. The second team was awesome

Todd was excellent in consultation and gave appropriate guidance. He was responsive to emails and phone calls.However , things went horribly wrong in terms of scheduling delivery which messed up my personal relocation plans causing financial and mental pain. The schedule mess up was mainly by customer care . However I felt that the BBY systems are not integrated which makes things difficult for large scale delivery and installation. Would appreciate more customer focussed improvement on the overall process.

We have used Alex Markovic for our new construction build. We ordered all appliances, home security system, Sonos entertainment system, and mesh wifi from him. Alex is very patient, a great listener and took the time to understand our needs. We placed a very large order through him and we could not be happier! I would highly recommend him for any project that you may be considering. He is a true expert and we sincerely appreciate him going above and beyond for us!

We recently remodeled and purchased all new appliances and TV. Our home consult/coordinator made this extremely easy, measuring, and ensuring we got the best pricing. He was extremely receptive to our questions, could not imagine navigating this remodel without him!

Our tech, Nicholas was professional and extremely polite with their service! They installed two wall mounts for our tv’s which enhanced the viewing of programs in two rooms! Nicholas and his assistant were knowledgeable, efficient and clean with their work! Thank-you, guys!

Taylor was very knowledgeable about the audio visual products. She made recommendations that met our needs and was very helpful in finding the final solution that met our needs and fit our budget. She was very diligent in making the price match to get us the best price.

We needed help with a TV purchase and a laptop purchase. Chris was very helpful explaining features of the TV. He also took the time to walk us over to speak with a Lap Top Specialist and stayed with us as the computer sales person educated us on lap tops. He was very helpful, not pushy and explained the service plans etc. and did not oversell me, which I appreciated.

We needed audio installed for our pre-wired media room. Having a limited knowledge of the requirements, we wanted some expert advice and suggestions. The consultant came out and listened to what we wanted. He provided us a reasonable priced and quality solution for installation. We are so happy with our professional results. The sound quality is amazing. Best decision I could have made in seeking help from the Best Buy “Geek Squad”.

Blake Martinez, our home advisor, was always there for us during our kitchen remodel. We purchased a new microwave and stove from him and his exact measurements for the stove was critical to insure a great fit. Thank you Blake for helping us with a great choice. When the washing machine “expired” we called Blake again and he helped us pick out a great washer for the small laundry room. We would like to call on him again in the future for our appliance needs.

Tyler is an AMAZING Tech Advisor. We have worked with him on two different occasions within the past year and both times he has been phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable with all the products and gives his best advice on which product you should go with. He is always professional and very prompt with returning calls and quick to answer any questions that you have. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tyler and we would absolutely 100% recommend having him as your advisor!

Our consultant did a great job of communicating with us before and after the consultation. He gave us a quote which was on the high end of possible solutions but made it very clear that this could be adjusted if we didn't want to go that route. We really appreciate that he was able to come to our house so that he could see firsthand how best to server our needs.
