Jon was terrific from concept to completion of a state-of-the art home entertainment system. He came to my house to see the room and patiently explained the various product options. At my request he did several quotes on different product brands and combinations. I challenged him at times over the next few weeks on cost or alternatives and he always promptly responded. He's a great guy to work with. The result is an awesome system that even my wife loves, appearance included!

Adam Moulton was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable during the replacement of my 1991 oven with a new microwave combination oven. He always responded quickly, and provided all the information that my carpenter and electrician needed. I'd definitely want him to help on any future projects!

Julian proposed some great solutions for our somewhat unusually designed house that works very well. I was skeptical about the sound solution but he said I would be happy with it and I'm thrilled by the sound of the Sonos Arc he recommended. My wife was most concerned about a solution that showed no wires anywhere which was a challenge because our house is so open. Nevertheless, Julian's solutions accomplished that goal. Plus, he's fun to work with!

It was incredible having Thomas guide us through the process. It was like having our own personal concierge. Given that we had ordered a stovetop and a downdraft exhaust for a very small space, he helped get us someone to measure the space before we started to install everything and we were prepared to have someone cut the granite if necessary. Thankfully it wasn't necessary. Thank you Thomas for your patience and excellent customer service. It made the process smooth as silk!

I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for help with my backyard audio system. Ben Devoll was a tremendous help on the design and purchase side. The Geek Squad was amazing with the installation. Great customer service and the entire team went above and beyond our expectations. Btw, we purchased the Sonance outdoor Audio system with the Sonos brains behind it. Saved thousands with Bestbuy on both the system and installation. We’ve since added to the system with garage speakers.

Kairen came into our house and helped us pick out the things we were thinking about. He went over plus and minus of each item we were interested in. Then he set up a sample demo of our choices so we could see and evaluate the products before we bought them. He was also very helpful in arranging the visits with the tech who came to do the installation.

Dave was very helpful. Provided alternatives and assisted in getting the best for our setup. He also helped resolve minor issues after installation.

Dominic and Jesse were beyond amazing!! Wish I could remember the names of the other associates who participated in our seamless complicated install so I could thank them as well!!

Nick came out to our house, listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some great ideas/options. After talking through those options, he measured different aspects of our kitchen to make sure the choices we had made could be easily implemented. Then he took care of scheduling all the installations (4 appliances). He made it so easy! Can't recommend him highly enough!

Keith Taylor has assisted me with two upgrades within my home in the last couple of months. He was an invaluable asset picking out a TV for my living room. He recently assisted me with picking out a new laundry unit for my home. He has exceptional knowledge of Best Buy products and is extremely professional, enthusiastic to help, and a pleasure to work with.

Our Home Expert, Anthony, was outstanding! He did a wonderful job of listening to our list of requirements and wanted outcomes, then made perfect suggestions to compliment our ideas. Once our TV was installed, Anthony insured we received our proper credit when we saw the TV had gone on sale 2 weeks after our original purchase. No that’s service!

James Monteleone with the Burlington NC Geeks, provided an EXCELLENT and detailed consultation. He thoroughly explained how my big TV required a custom installation to be mounted over my fireplace and everything worked out as he said. Mounting an additional TV went as he outlined and the wires are neatly hidden in the wall. The Geeks are true professionals and I’m EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome of both mounted TVs!

i would like to acknowledge Bret for his beyond professional commitment. It is because of him and 2 others my family has spent over $8000. When something went wrong he took immediate action and quickly resolved our issue. Because of him family of ours came from out of state to buy products he suggested. My hope in writing this review is that Bret ( team member John and a young lady whom i cant remember her name ) gets the appropriate recognition he and they deserve.

I was in need of a washer and dryer quickly. The associate was very helpful and got me a great deal. I had left Home Depot because of the bad serve and Best Buy took good care of me.

Alexander was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all areas related to my media room design. The only part that disappointed me was the geek squad communication as they didn't have the correct scope of work and had to come to my house on 3 different occasions. Alexander also helped ensure they prioritize my house after they wanted to schedule for late December. Thank you Alexander, I'm extremely happy with my setup.
