We needed to know which machine to buy, because we wanted to avoid having to have costly electrical changes made for a new dishwasher. The first one we bought would have necessitated those changes. We sent it back and had a very nice and helpful young man come out and advise us.

Ross has been amazingly helpful and responsive to our in-home install. He has helped me set the right price points and purchase the right products, even as my system evolves.

Purchased all new kitchen appliances. Great service! Installation was also great. Highly recommend Best Buy!

I needed help selecting a TV for our new home. Grant Prater did an excellent job of describing the differences and features. Most importantly, he didn't "oversell" me features I didn't need. He was also very helpful in connecting me with Mark Powell who promptly scheduled the home installation/mounting so we could start enjoying the TV asap! Thanks Guys!!

We had the lucky opportunity to have Dalton assist us with everything for our house. Fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, tv and anything else! Dalton was exceptional. I wasn’t planning on buying at Best Buy, but wanted to see the big screen TV’s and hear them explained to me. Taylor was so helpful and knowledgeable, I changed my mind. He walked me through the process and we’re so happy about our purchase and the install from Totaltech. I can’t recommend Taylor enough to anyone who is looking to buy a TV.

We wanted surround sound speakers installed in ceiling and electronic components hooked up to new receiver. The service technicians were very professional. Installation took a bit longer than expected and they were able to contact another technician to help complete the install. I’m extremely happy with the installation.

Rebecca Braxton (Becki) is the only reason we purchased our refrigerator from Best buy. Not only was she very knowledgeable but also extremely professional, courteous and made us feel like she really cared for our concern. Very few times do we find people like Becki - keep her happy else I will take her away in my organization... LOL! Thamk you Becki - we will see you soon - need a microwave.

I contacted Best Buy and Joel to get my parents upgraded and updated in terms of their tv system set up. Joel was amazing with me ans my parents. Super helpful, clear, approachable, and not pushy or salesy! He laid out the process and gave them options and showed them all they needed to know. This is my 2nd experience with Best Buy people and I have been more than satisfied. Joel was really great to work with and would def recommend his service.

Alex provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable and helped guide us to the best solution for us. Then he come back to make sure everything was setup and he showed us how to best use the equipment. I highly recommend Alex for anyone that needs consulting assistance.

Bryan was awesome!! He explained all the items and went though options for different choices. I recommend Bryan highly to help you through your Best Buy purchases.

We were shopping for two new flat screen tvs, and wanted to "cut the cord" and go streaming. Dan was very patient with us; my wife and I are two very senior citizens with limited tech savvy. Dan was very knowledgable, informative, friendly, and put us at ease in what we were trying to do. He never pressured us to buy something we didn't need, he only tried to meet our needs with the best product available. We will be requesting Dan for any future tech needs! He's awesome!

Omar did an OUTSTANDING JOB! From start to finish, he set our expectations, was incredibly knowledgeable, and gave us time to understand and ask any questions we had. We found great value in Omar and know that the process would not have been as smooth without him. He checked in prior to and after delivery and installation and made sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase and selection. We would definitely recommend using a home expert, and specifically Omar!

The consultant listened to my ideas and that I wanted to spend in the mid-price range. He is also working with the contractor to get the specs for the equipment correct. He did a great job in my other home with speakers. He also introduced me to Sonos which I love. He has helped get reasonable appointments with the Geek Squad. They are very good but the appointment times are really poor and have been for years. If I had a better choice I would use it.

Andrew provided the best customer service in finding a TV that meets our expectations. He went through the options and we quickly made a choice.

Home Expert Lem Tirado was awesome in helping me choose my new kitchen appliances. He closely listened to what features I was looking for and carefully measured my kitchen spaces to determine my options and give me recommendations. I am extremely pleased with my new electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher and over the range microwave. Lem's assistance was fantastic.

We were in search of a new gas range and John Regan provided the best service out of any other appliance store we looked at. His knowledge, advice, professionalism, and zero-pressure support were superior to any customer support I've received in longer than I can remember. I would highly recommend Best Buy as a result.
