Ryan Boyer is incredible! I would use him for any Video, entertainment, or appliance purchase at Best Buy. His knowledge and expertise were able to get the appliance we needed as a replacement versus having to spend money to have the cabinets altered. Plus, he is so knowledgeable I will use him for several major purchase yet this year.

We needed a new range. Our consultant Nick gave us several options after having asked us about our preferences and price range. We found a range at a competing store and asked him if he carried it and could match the price. He said yes and was able to deliver within the same week we placed the order. The delivery was more than punctual and the driver was courteous, professional and kind. The entire experience was wonderful.

The whole install went smoothly. Zach was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions and solve every difficulty that came up. The scheduling process was very straightforward and accommodating.

We had two in home setups within a week. The two TV installers were professional and friendly and were finished quickly. They were very informative. He followed me through the fist step of purchase until delivery. The appliances were damaged upon arrival. Joshua made sure I received replacement items the same week, despite it difficult to locate replacements. I highly recommend Joshua. He is a wonderful asset to the Best Buy team.

Well, after much thought, I was able to combine my old projector mount with the new one and get the projector operational. I am very happy with the image, it is outstanding! Thanks for coming to my house to look at my room & recommending the Epson LS12000. I am a satisfied customer!

I needed help updating my home entertainment system. My consultant, Nathan and the agents, Michael and Blake were amazing. I've been enrolled in Best Buys Total Tech for several years. I've been extremely happy with the services that I have received. Without the support of the specialists and consultants I would be too intimidated to take advantage of the many new technologies that I enjoy in my home.

The home expert Taylor came to my home measured all the areas where I needed to I stall new kitchen appliances 4 in total. I was worried about new appliances fitting in the space . She measured each had the specs on the Samsung I liked. The quality was what I wanted and the installation was free. Best Buy provided best product and lowest pricing from all other stores. Could not have been more satisfied!

Thanks to Kurt Manning, our A/V system is headed in the right direction. Kurt evaluated our current devices, advised as to what we can still work with, and also what to retire. We were admittedly behind behind the curve in keeping up with changing tech. Kurt also offered tips on what we may consider for "next steps" and industry insights. This experience was well worth the time and effort. He turned a chronic headache into a practical solution that works.

We need help buying a range and possibly a microwave. Our Home Consultant was very informative and had great suggestion for us. We were undecided and the consultant allowed us to linger and shop around, not pushy. We shopped several days and ended back at Best Buy. As it turns out we purchased a range and matching microwave.

We needed help with determining which microwave and trim kit would fit our needs. The consultant that visited us today was Deron. He listened to my concerns and started reviewing which Mircrowaves and trim kits would be appropriate for our needs. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. i really appreciated his help. I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with these types of issues to contact Deron.

Keswick Durden was very helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate the time he took to share information about the televisions that we were looking at. He also made sure we purchased the correct wall mount and also a rack to hold the sound bar. When the Geek Squad came to hang the equipment they made sure we ordered the correct surge protector not only for the new television but for and existing one also. Great experience. Thank you!

David was excellent!!! Great technical product knowledge. He asked what I wanted to have in my upgraded TV room and had good suggestions on some items that I hadn't thought about in my TV room upgrade. You can tell he is an expert in this area. As a result we added several additional components and services to make sure that the end result is what I want. Looking forward to when everything is installed next week

Hi I would like to give Benjamin Abert an outstanding review! He was extremely helpful when he came to our house to do an evaluation. We are building a new house and he did each room what size TV, the correct bracket in speakers to go with it. Prices were reasonable and even on sale. He was very professional and has gotten back to me very quickly with all the details on delivery and set up. I have already recommended him to friends. Great experience so far!

we appreciate all the help that Rome gave us. His insight and knowledge on all of our appliance purchases was extremely helpful. In the few issues that came up with the appliances, he was on top of it and had the problems rectified very quickly.

Came in for a dyson curling iron and walked out with a dyson vacuum a toaster and more just because the gentlemen that helped me kept answering all my question and got up every time to go check, that's the kind of service that will always keep me happy so thank you to him

Michael Contrucci helped us select a new laptop and new tv plus blu ray player and sound bar both in the store and in our home. My husband and I thought that he did a terrific job of helping us select products for our use and avoid errors in purchasing. He answered our many questions and explained technical things in terms that we could understand.

Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything we needed to set our home up for our new internet service. He also helped us with upgrading our tvs to smart samsung tvs. With new internet and 4 new samsung smart tvs we are very happy with everything. We worked with Jim McCurtain as an In Home Advisor and he exceeded our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the type of appliances that are available, the features, and what would work in the spaces that we have in our kitchen. He was flexible with working with our schedule to meet at the Kennesaw store to show us the appliances that would work for us. When he was not available to meet on another day, he arranged for another highly qualified Best Buy associate to meet with us. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Jim McCurtain and the In Home Advisor program.
