We are transitioning from cable to streaming TV. We purchased a modem/router and Roku equipment for the process. Additionally, we bought Sonos tv sound bar and speakers for enhanced in wired auditory experience. We needed a lot of guidance to bring this all to completion. The Geek Squad lead by Andrew Hummel were succinct and comprehensive in getting all the systems integrated and instructing us in how to work with all these new components

Mark Murphy sold me a 55" Samsung Frame TV in October and in November Mark sold me a HP Printer 9210e. I specifically asked for Mark's help in November because he was so helpful in October. I will continue to count Best Buy as my first place to shop for appliances as long as I can reach Mark Murphy. I will also suggest him to my family and friends. He works in Florence, KY and is the best salesman I have had there.l

We went to Best Buy to look for a new tv and sound system and found out BB will send out a person specifically trained for in home applications! Ryan Wyatt came to our home to help us figure out not only which tv/sound system to purchase but how and where to install them. He gave us options we had not thought of and recommendations best suited to our home. The end result was terrific!! This is a wonderful (and free!) service and Ryan was great!

Casey helped me find exactly what I need and even helped when I had questions setting things up. Sound system and tvs look and sound great! Couldn’t have done it without him.

Keith made a huge difference in ensuring our appliances were delivered promptly after a missed appt. We were going to have to reschedule for a month out and he stepped in and made it happen in 3 business days. That's remarkable compared to my past experiences without having him assigned as a Home Expert. His response time is impeccable as well.

Martin was exceptionally helpful helping us chose our TV and accessories. The communication from Best Buy was excellent regarding delivery and accommodated a couple schedule changes on our part. The gentlemen who delivered and set up our new tv were courteous, neat, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service and our new tv!

Kriti was remarkably responsive and eager to ensure every step of the process was to my full satisfaction. I have never interacted with a more helpful and professional sales representative. Because of Kriti’s attention to detail and excellent customer service, I canceled a large order I had with one of your competitors and directed all my purchases through her. Matthew Steinberg was excellent to work with from start to finish! He is so professional, personable, a great listener and is super responsive. I had a question a week after the installation and he called me right back with the right answer! I highly recommend Matt and Best Buy!

I had a great experience all around. Kyle did a great job of consulting me on what I needed for my entertainment system and basement projector setup. He brought up things that I didn't think of and saved me a lot of future headache. Gabe and his team went above and beyond on the install. They stayed with me until I understood everything that they had done and how to work it. It was a great experience all around.

Third/final installation team (Alan and ??) were amazing! They were sent after two previous teams could not remove old and install new refrigerator/freezer. The second team clearly had no desire to put in the extra effort required to remove doors from the fridge and get it through some pretty tight spaces. But the third crew led by Alan were amazing problem solvers and got it done without a scratch. Thank you, and to your supervisor, whom I spoke with and assigned you as the "problem solver team".

Terrence from Magnolia was able to successfully resolve my short throw projector issue . He was very accommodating with moving around his schedule to fit me in. My short throw required elevating the projector screen and taking all new , perfect measurements to align the image (up to two hours worth). I never thought we would be able to resolve the issue but he did !

We were shopping for several appliances for a remodel job for our home. We bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher from Best Buy. The minute we met Bryan Dawursk in the store we felt we were with someone who was very knowledgable. Bryan was very professional and helped guide has through purchasing the best appliances for our needs and budget. We highly recommend Bryan working with you to feel confident with your purchase.

We loved working with Michelle, our Home Expert. We purchased a new home and needed tvs, sound, security and appliances. With her help, we were able to streamline our decision process. She saved us both time, and a great deal of money. She was quick to respond and always helpful! We would highly recommend the Best Buy Home Expert services!

Nathan Mizzi was an absolutely superb consultant to work with in picking out an entertainment system tailored to our hearing and technology impaired needs. The system he designed is very easy to operate and we find we do not need our hearing aids to here voices clearly. Nathan was very knowledgeable as well as very patient and personable. He also saved us a lot of money by his price matching shopping. If you go Best Buy, go Nathan.

Ashley was amazing to work with. We were moving into a new home and I counted on her to help me with selecting the right product at the right prices. She even help me set up the right Geek Squad team for the installation of TV's, cameras and security items.

Best Buy really helped me with a cable box set up issue and surround sound connections. Techs were very professional and through.

Everything went great. But an unauthorized refund was issued without me being aware of it so I had to reorder and the package is now taking longer than expected to get to me.
