I didn't know where to begin with a home theater project. I was lucky enough to meet Anthony. I gave him a conservative budget and he delivered the ultimate home theater experience without a hitch. He knew exactly what he was doing from the beginning. He is very professional, patient, and answered every phone call, text message and email in a reasonable amount of time. I've used his services again since meeting him and will do so in the future.

I needed assistance with the purchase of a washer and dryer. A consultant, Richard, came to my house, at no additional cost, and helped me select the set that best suited my family. Both the salesperson and the consultant were very friendly and helpful.

Linsey Hurst was a blessing to work with & was able to explore many options with tremendous knowledge. It was not a typical sell as much as you can for the highest price & for the highest profitability. Linsey listened & understood our wants & needs along with our budget & provided her experience of products as well as seeing our location & recommending what would work best. Even the installers who were excellent recommended Linsey with high regard.

Andrew, Shawn and another guy were helpful installing two wall mounts and one new 65 TV. They also were helpful setting up our new fiber-optic connection and streaming sites. Andrew recommended products to purchase to make our new network work most efficiently. These Geek Squad installers are talented and professional.

It has been a smooth process with Yvette right from specialist visit to sale . She has deep knowledge about the products and gave us great recommendations inside our budget and did not come across as salesy. She also helped in doing price match for items came on discount during thanksgiving and has always been responsive during the whole process. There was a small hiccup during the install day when the agent was not able to do the complete install which could be a small miscommunication in logistics. Overall we are happy that Yvette helped us and would definitely recommend her name to our friends.

Our 20 year plus dishwasher finally bit the dust. We were not sure where to buy, how to buy, what to buy. Dan DeLong made it easy! Once we chose the model he recommended, we felt relieved. The new dishwasher was delivered on time AND because we'd had the in home consultation, we were eligible to have the old unit picked up by best buy. That happened on time as well!! Definitely recommend this in home Geek Squad consult service!

Henry at Best Buy visited our home and helped us select a washer and dryer that works for us; even after we ordered, and we vacillated between stacking or not stacking, color, and what seemed like a zillion other trivial concerns and questions, Henry was always prompt with a response, ready with excellent suggestions, and encouraging with his support. I am an elderly single female. I had looked at various TVs at different stores. The sales person at Best Buy encouraged me to have a hime visit. Andy called to confirm the details of his visit. I explained I was renovating the ancesteral family home (purchased my great grandparents in the 1880s). My questions at the time were about existing structure related to age, wall thickness, room size, wiring etc. Andy explained options and made suggestions. His knowledge and explanation has given me the basis to make an informed decision.

I needed help transitioning from Comcast Cable to Roku and App TV. Brian was extremely helpful in getting the equipment I needed at the best price. He listened to me to find out exactly what I wanted to accomplish than provided me with what I needed. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me anything except what I needed and wanted.

Josh was very professional. He listened to our needs and presented a good plan. His followup was excellent. I would highly recommend him for your home technology needs.

This was a great experience from the conversation in the store to the in home consultation to the installation. The sales rep was there for us all the way through the process. Highly recommend using Best Buy for your appliance purchases and installation.

Shawn has been our "go-to" Best Buy home expert, and he has been our guide through numerous challenges. During our technical journeys with Shawn, Shawn has always given us good advice. Not only has Shawn been instrumental in helping us avoid conflicts with cable providers, but also he has been prompt in responding to our numerous questions. If anyone were to ask for a home expert recommendation, unquestionably we would point them in the direction of Shawn.

Cal was confident and patient in putting together our entertainment, appliances, and security, for our new home. He was punctual and attentive in our first meeting. He committed our order to memory during the walk through and in store , which was impressive and charming (however — proved to be an issue later on) when our order came, we were missing a mount for a massive tv (who doesn’t mount a giant flatscreen). and our smart thermostat system that Cal specifically recommended over a google nest. Also, both at the store and during the walk through we were assured programming of Alexa’s. I’ve texted Cal about the smart thermostat (the phenomenal installation team grabbed a mount from the store so issues resolved there albeit an extra 300$ on top) and still haven’t gotten a response. Being in sales myself — details trump personality on executive. Unfortunately, Cal was great to engage with, install team top notch, poor execution that must be chalked up to not being cognizant of details via a pen and paper,

We had a glitch with first installment, but Best Buy’s Kyle came back promptly and reset the system and it’s flawless. Thanks, guys.

Please reward him with an SUV, in that tiny Chevy Spark he must be buffeted by the powerful Chicago winds!

I appreciate Matt's professionalism and advice. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable and helped me make the appropriate choices for several kitchen appliances for my 2 homes. I appreciate his patience as I spent time evaluating all options. When suddenly a washer/dryer package could not be delivered at the last moment due to it being unavailable Matt was able to offer an upgrade at no cost that was available and saved the day! Brett Greenberg is that guy. He is the sole reason why I brought my 5 digit purchase to Best Buy. There is no one more professional, knowledgeable and straight up honest. Walked with me the entire in home consultation and gave a real opinion. Also helps he is just a nice person. Highly recommended and I will never go anywhere else for electronics as long as he is there. I also have never met him before this and this is a fair and honest review.

Warren Shani was extremely helpful on Black Friday. Answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. Showed professionalism and expertise throughout the whole process. We were out of the store in no time and had our new refrigerator installed in less than 2 weeks.
