We needed 3 new TV's installed in our rental house in Cape Cod, MA. Brian Bean, our Home Advisor, located in Waterford, CT, coordinated the purchase, delivery, and installation by the Geek Squad out of Hyannis, MA on Cape Cod. All went smooth, including the installation of the Comcast adapters on the new TV's.

I wanted to prepare for my new home purchase. It was a lot for me going back and forth the the store for measurements and comparing items. I was told about the home advisor and decided to give it a try. I had some issues at the start with Best Buy changing my appointments but once I was assigned to Mohamd, I had no more concerns. He got back to me and broke down everything I needed. He also assisted me with my price adjustments virtually.

Matthew Sparling went above and behind to do whatever I asked him about my kitchen set, always returned my calls, listened al the time what I need it and gave me the best price on the whole set.I will recommend him to friends and family,he is my go to guy for appliances !! Thank you!

I went into the store to purchase a new QLed tv but also needed help/advice with installation location in my family room. Michael came out to my house that very same day within an hour of leaving the store! That never happens!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Super guy! Would highly recommend and will definitely make my next tv/electronic purchase through Michael at Best Buy Dublin OH.

We were looking to upgrade our "sta-cation" home and my new home office. Derek provided excellent suggestions and the Geek Squad team did a great job installing the new entertainment system, and more importantly, the upgrades to our wired network coupled with a new mesh WIFI system. We are extremely happy with the results. I have gig-speed in my office, and blazing fast WIFI to support streaming throughout the house, and into the yard and pool area. Thank you!

We needed help with the speakers throughout the house, Paul and his team worked with us to resolve the issues in a very professional and effective way. Previously he installed the whole house network which works great and then installed new receiver with new speaker system, we hare very happy with all the work and have recommended Paul/Best Buy to our friends and family. Todd is very knowledgeable about Best Buy products. He's also very personable. Very easy to talk to. Listens when I talk & leads me in the right direction for what I need. I don't feel like he is taking advantage of me. I feel I can trust him which is always a BIG, PLUS BONUS!!! He has been to my house before & he is a pleasure to deal with.

MIke was absolutely outstanding!!!! My dryer vent installation was unusual and he came out before the installation to advise on preparation and then after to check that all had gone according to plan. The installers had not leveled the washer and Mike took care of that. Installers were terrible... Mike saved the day... AND THE SALE... Thanks

Brandon's patience and enthusiasm for my home audio/surround sound project was much appreciated. The previous homeowner had a weird system in place that I would not have been able to navigate without his help. Then before we finalized everything he made sure we were comfortable and understood the purpose of everything we were purchasing. Then the team that performed the install was very careful with my floors and newly painted walls.

Great experience working in person with Nabeel on my Sony TV replacement. Only issue is it is near impossible to connect via the phone with Magnolia at the Grapevine, TX store.

Not sure why we waited to do this. It was very easy and so glad we upgraded all our TVs! Adrian helped out big time. We are technically challenged in our old age with no kids to help us. He set us up with what we needed. We even got some extra stuff, knowing that if we did not need it, that we could return it. We did just that 1 or 2 things we did not do at installation. IT was a great overall experience. The installation crew was even AWESOME!

With buying a home recently, I wanted a second set of eyes to make sure that the fridge I was going to big would fit. Despite how minor the task was, the individual who came out approached it with the utmost professionalism and understood what I was hoping to accomplish

Ren was outstanding, saving me as a Best Buy client. When I thought all hope was lost with my home theater installations - Ren provided proactive solutions and uncovered additional needs I didn’t realize I had. Overall, without Ren taking ownership of my situation this review would not be a good one — Ren is a tremendous asset to your firm and won back a top tier client, warranting a raise. Jonathan Samuels was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with on our project. He came to our home and helped us pick out the best option for our cook top due to the size restrictions. It was really nice not having to go to the store and try to make sure we got the right cooktop. With Jonathan coming right to our home eliminated any guess work and getting the wrong size. Thank you so much Jonathan!!

Installation staff was great. They went the "extra mile" to get everything installed properly. We do have two audio issues which are not resolved which are somewhat troubling. One is that many explosions on movies, such as thunder, a bomb, slamming door or other such noise will completely shut off the amplifier. We mentioned this to the tech when they arrived the second time to help resolve issues. They set the system into surround sound, but that did not fix the issues. It happens two or three times for most movies we watch.

We met Keith at the Princess Ann store. Keith was very knowledgeable and we were able to fix the issue with our sound bar. Keith then came to our house and recommended upgrades for our WiFi . Keith arranged for the Geek Squad to install the new system, which was done at no charge under my Total Tech protection plan. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking for expert consolation for home electronics.

Nick from Best Buy was terrific! We invited Nick out to discuss our need when we upgraded from and eight-year old Pioneer Kuro 60" to a 65" Sony XVR A90j. I thought we would need a new receiver and sound bar, but Nick did his homework and told us our current Sony receiver would operate the A90J and that the A90J's front panel serves as a front speaker. Nick delivered great service, saved us money and is very friendly and personable,

Long story shortened, we were having difficulty with our router/modem combination. Nicholas Shippey came to our rescue giving us expert advice/consultation on our situation. He advised on what tv's to purchase and a new router to upgrade our failing system. He was more than patient explaining what each item performed ( we ARE NOT techno savvy people). It was a pleasure doing business with Nick and would highly recommend him.

I needed help with choosing a double oven that would fit into the space currently occupied by an oven and a microwave. Adam Colvin came and measured and helped me choose one that would fit. He set up the installation, kept in-touch and helped me every step of the way. I had several set backs but he had given me his phone number and he solved every problem that I had. I would highly recommend Adam and his team!
