I decided to get an alarm system and Tom Gillesse was the person who came to my house to give me some options. He was terrific! He gave me the most effective plans in various price ranges. I decided which one I wanted and Tom was so helpful getting my order submitted. And, he kept in touch until my system was installed and continues to check in. I really appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness!

Delivery of new refrigerator was perfect. I can’t say enough good things. They had pre-installed the add-on ice maker. Saved lots of time. They were very careful with my floors. 12 out of ten stars. Most importantly, I live in a high rise condo and the building management asked who they were because they had been so careful and thoughtful

Jeff was very professional and very knowledgeable about the system. He took his time to explain the various options and shepherded us through an informed buying decision.

Chris Landrum did an AWESOME job coming out to our home to discuss which theatre option was good for us. Did not know Best Buy offered this free service and he did a great job of walking us through our options and which items to choose. He showed up at installation and made sure all was done well. Zack Hood did an exceptional job helping us plan for our smart home project. His depth of knowledge and understanding of what we wanted to accomplish with our tech upgrades lead us to the absolute perfect solution for our home. The mesh Wi-Fi, the incorporation of smart switches, and the addition of Amazon Alexa could not have been better planned or better managed. We would recommend Zack and his professionalism to anyone. We had a complex and unusual project and Tuula Bennett listened to our goals and guided the Magnolia and Best Buy team to do a masterful job taking our home audio, video and internet to the highest level, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend them.

We changed from Spectrum TV to Dish TV and were completely befuddled about hooking up the surround sound. Megan was great. Got it all figured out and even suggested a better remote that would make it easier for my husband to easily move from TV, to Smart TV, to DVD and back again!

We worked with Thomas Wilson for a year on home theater/audio and all new appliances for the house we were renovating. What a positive experience! This is definitely the way to go. Thomas came to the house three times, made suggestions, got the best prices, coordinated deliveries, ran interference and supervised the home theater/audio installation. There is no additional charge for this service. I highly recommend taking advantage of this service.

Extremely happy w/ the service we received from Zei. He was respectful, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. It's nice to see professionalism in the service industry, because it seems to be something that's hard to come by these days (for whatever reason!). I'm also thrilled to see Best Buy offering a free of charge in-home consult for items in the technological department. I didn't know they offered this & was super happy to hear about it.

I needed help choosing the best TV that fit my needs, and Ruminder was nice enough to explain some TV options that suited our needs. We also had some questions about buying a PC. We didn't go with a TV at this time as we needed a PC right away. Ruminder was helpful, understanding, and seemed like an expert in everything electronic. I will continue to use Best Buy for my future electronic purchases because of representatives like him.

We were looking for a tv, sound system and alarm system for our home. Jon Hatcher did a stellar job listening to our needs. He also did a comprehensive job customizing the technology we needed while staying within our budget. Keenan also did a fantastic job with the installation of our electronics. I was thoroughly satisfied with his work. He paid very close attention to detail. Jon and Keenan are top notch!

I had a great experience with Luke Smith and am looking forward to purchasing more home equipment via him moving forward. Also, was very happy with the whole installation process and the team that came to my home to do the install(s). Magnolia/BB should advertise its expert home solutions people like Luke Smith more actively in their advertising, as I dont think the public is aware of this Program and would use it if more knoegeabke about it.

Shawn was extremely helpful with helping me make a decision on a first time buy of hi fidelity speakers. He is very knowledgeable and explained the differences between wired and wireless choices. I went with a pair of KEF R3s and. Yamaha receiver that has many features I didn’t even know existed but I now am glad I have. Shawn is friendly and low key and easy to talk with. I am very happy with my purchase.

Sam did a great job looking at our space, identifying our needs, and recommending the perfect tech that we needed. The installation team did a fantastic job, especially with their work running cables through our wall and drop ceiling. The end product looked very professional, and sounded great.

We had a new TV and DVD player installed, an existing TV moved and reinstalled in a different room, and an existing TV hauled away. The technicians did a great job installing/mounting the TVs, and Austin was especially helpful with setting up all of the A/V connections and explaining the functionality and operation of the new TV. Very professional service and helpful information.

We have worked with Michael before. We needed to upgrade our router and Wi-Fi to accommodate our NEST system. Our situation was difficult because of the property, but Michael was able to assist in providing a solution with the Netgear Orbi system. He is professional and helpful along every step of the way and is highly recommended.

Russ gave his advice on the best downdraft cooktop for my installation. His measurements were exact and he told me the installer would need to make the opening in my counter a fraction of an inch larger. The cooktop actually arrived on time and the installer, after enlarging the hole a fraction of an inch, did an excellent job of installing it. The next time I need advice on a home appliance installation, I will call Russ first.
