Needed new 65” Samsung TV complete turnkey installed. Excellent installation by a professional crew. Very pleased.

My husband and I are not tech minded and we’ve owned a complicated tv/Bose system which is a wiring nightmare. The components are well removed from the tv and we didn’t know where to begin with replacing our system. Kelly visited our home in a timely manner, quickly assessed our needs, and helped us put together a system appropriate for our home. She is the ultimate professional and has endless patience. We highly recommend her.

We were in, Ed of help deciding on both a new tv and replacing the internet support for the tv and the rest of the house. We found our in-house agent knowledgeable on both topics giving us suggestions on both. He went above and beyond to look for the best price as well. We would highly recommend the in home service; productive, saved us money and was there if we ran into issues. Great work Best Buy supporting such a program

We needed help purchasing three TV's for our Home. Calling Best Buy for an in Home Consultation was certainly a good move for us. He was "spot on" in everything he said, and answered all of our questions. To me he was the most knowledgeable person that we had ever had. We are now enjoying our TV's and sound system just the way we expected it to be.

I have been working with Ruminder for about a year now and I have truly been blessed to encounter this young man. I run projects for my contracting business and he is by far the easiest person to work with in terms of purchasing products throughout all of our accounts. Not only do we love our new TV and Sonos surround system in our Family Room, the service provided by Luke, our installer and Jebb, our A/V Designer was superb!! We weren't sure what we wanted exactly and Jebb walked us through several options and made all our final decisions very easy. We would highly recommend this team of professionals!!

Thomas Wilson, once again, provided excellent guidance to our family in the purchase of a new washer and dryer and their successful installation and removal of the old machines. Thomas is a real pro that I trust implicitly with all my appliance and TV purchases. I just recommended a good friend to him with help on a new gas grill and microwave and am sure she will be both pleased and impressed. Best Buy is fortunate to have him.

Jason - Brentwood store was excellent, very knowledgeable & he delivered a perfect complex solution that solved all our requirements. We needed a technical, theatre room & surround room house projects for our new house. He diagrammed the solution per room, floor & house specs. Perfect bandwidth, coverage & performance for our personal/business work/services. I now use Best Buy & Jason for the majority of our purchases since the initial installation.

Charlie is 100% professional. We are pleased with our experience with him and Best Buy. We were looking to upgrade to 4K for the first time and decided to have 2 TVs and a soundbar installed. Unfortunately, the soundbar was defective upon installation, Charlie went out of his way to deliver a replacement the following day. Thanks!

We were purchasing a refrigerator for a new home and needed a consult on the type of fridge and the size we could fit in our home. Becca called me quickly and set up a time to come by our home. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable of appliances. She was very attentive and followed up to get us the best fridge ordered. Because of Becca we now have a fridge we love

WiFi in our house was spotty due to thick interior walls and additions over the years. Brett was punctual and designed a mesh system that works flawlessly to serve the various devices and locations across a series of rooms both upstairs and downstairs. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has been readily available to answer follow-up questions as well as inquiries regarding other Best Buy products and services, He is a definite resource!

We needed help to set up surround sound speakers as well as speakers in the bedroom and master bath. Michael and his team also installed a TV in a second bedroom. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with.

Chris was wonderful, professional and was able to answer ALL of our questions! That was a feat in it's own. He's incredibly knowledgeable about modern technology, and didn't make us feel rushed. I highly suggest anyone with any questions or suggestions see him!

We moved into a new house and had several ideas of things we wanted. Jim was great in walking us through each item, measuring walls, suggesting ideas and even placing all the orders. It made the process so much easier. We placed several orders over time as we were ready and Jim was with us every step of the way, checking in and making adjustments as our needs changed. We needed help in diagnosing an audio failure in our home theater system. Andrew Camacho determined the old receiver needed to be replaced and provided us with replacement product options and helpful guidance. We are waiting on a home to be complete. Needing many appliances, Tv's and a few other items. It was overwhelming for us and Aaron is amazing in helping take that stress from us. He educated us and shared his knowledge with products making it clear when we made our choices. I have never had this type of service anywhere else.
