Wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted in the way of a TV and sound system (already had blu-Ray). Discovered FREE, Best Buy, home consultation by expert, experienced, long-time employee. Chris came out on time and discussed what I wanted while looking at my space for it. No hard sell and no gimmicks. Easy process. At the appointment I actually ordered and paid for the whole system and made an installation appointment. Couldn’t have been easier. Immensely happy with install, and love my whole system. Definitely a Best Buy service I’d highly recommend if you’re not sure what will work best for your home. And you get pro advice in the comfort of your home. Best Buy should advertise this wonderful service more.

We got our new kitchen appliances from Best Buy. Mike was very helpful in helping us get all ordered and set up for a delivery about 45 miles from the store. The refrigerator was delivered on time, but the stove was delayed by almost 4 weeks. Mike helps us try to track down why and stayed in contact with me along the way.

Jeremy helped me upgrade my home audio/video system. His advice was invaluable in choosing the best equipment at the best price point. He was professional, friendly, and kept in touch throughout the process from his assessment until final installation. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Rod helped us figure out which tv and sound system would work best in our kitchen. He assessed the area well, recommended excellent products, and connected us with an installation team that did a great job. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone considering a high end installation. He gives you confidence that your money will be well spent.

We walked in wanting to purchase the same appliances we had purchased a year ago for a different home and one of them was discontinued. Jesus took the time to explain all the options to us and helped us book the install as well. When there was an issue with the install he quickly worked to remedy the problem. Jesus ja very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! We will definitely be requesting Jesus anytime we go into the store for any purchase! It’s nice to have the same associate help us every time we go in!

I needed help with selection of TV and upgrade of audio receiver. Consultant was very helpful and I was very grateful to order everything I needed and set up appointment for installation with the consultant. Also very helpful in answering all my questions about compatibility of devices.

We are so grateful for all the help we received from Bethany at Best Buy Naples. She helped us narrow our selection and find the products that met our lifestyle. She also helped us move our install Dates when our revocation was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. Bethany is kind, caring and follows up! We will be sure to not only recommend her to our friends but also return for all of our electronic / house hold gadgets & buy through her.

First he was extremely helpful when I purchased new appliances and then he was extremely helpful when he and Terrell came to my home for a visit to determine some electronics purchases and installation. I needed to get a security system but there are so many options it can be daunting. Some of the standard name brands, you pay a lot monthly and pay for the name. I wanted something to work without all the fees, but again there are so many options. I did not like the idea of doing this via a chat. Best Buy offering free in home consultation is a valuable tool and I felt they wanted to earn my business. Jon, the consultant, carefully listened to my wishes, looked at my home, and offered a solution that fit my needs the best. He was very professional and has offered assistance after the sale as well. I HIGHLY recommend this and have been spreading the word. Personal customer service is a great thing and glad Best Buy offers this.

My IHA advisor was excellent to work with before, during and after the appointment. He always made time to answer any and all questions, gave great advice and insight without pushing to buy products, and really listened to what I was trying to accomplish. His breadth of knowledge was impressive, but he wasn't too proud to reach out to a colleague for specific advice in a particular area. He followed up with me on numerous occasions after the sale and deliveries, and handled several price matches both before and after the sale. There is literally no reason not to take advantage of a free thorough in-home consultation. Gave me peace of mind that I was doing things right the first time. Couldn't recommend this enough!

All the service people were aqwesome, but to get my old landline taken off my account has been a night mare! We changed it at the store when browsing, making appt for in home estimator. He called the OLD number, said he changed it. The installers called the old number, they would change it. I got my new Best Buy card and put all my information in, as they DID NOT put it on my very old established account. Then we had an issue with the sound system, told them to make sure the correct number was in so we could get a courtesy call before they came. Originally told between noon and 4, at 8:10 am ! Not his fault because he tried to call, yes again, the OLD number! Then I called again they merged my old account with my 'new' account and took away my Rewards points I had just earned, 2549!!!I called to get them back but the person did not know how to do it and had to escalate it! I am beyond mad and disappointed!!!

The double oven induction Cafe range we wanted was not available - not even on backorder - when we first wanted to order. Eric suggested we order the single oven, just in case the double did not become available in time for our project, and said he would swap out the single for the double when/if it became available. And that's exactly what we did. Now we are looking forward to using our double oven range in our new "in-law" kitchen. Eric was very helpful, practical and accessible.

I decided to create my smart home and had conducted my own research before I finally went into the store so I already had an idea of what I wanted. After being talked into trying the In-Home Consultation I was skeptical because I already knew what I wanted. However, I am very glad I went with the service!!! The consultant was spot on with everything I knew and he even had a few tid bits of information regarding compatibility of the various systems that I was unaware of. He saved me a lot of headaches and consternation so I whole heartedly recommend trying this service if you are thinking of upgrading your home. There was no pressure to buy and the consultant stated I could piecemeal my project as I went along if I wanted. Awesome service!!!!

The guys were very helpful showed me how to work my new tv as well as new apps I love my new TV and the set up it’s amazing and I already got a lot of compliments thank you guys so much awesome work and I greatly recommend they had great team work I give them both a 10 outta 10 thank you !!

I needed help in finding a TV mount that would hold an 85 inch tv in an awkward corner of my house. The expert was able to find me something perfect for the spot. I also asked for advice on a soundbar for the room and he provided me several options on a ranging scale from cheap to expensive that would get the job done. I didn't feel like I was being encouraged to just buy the most expensive option, but he told me the benefits of each for my specific room size.

We had a fantastic experience at Best Buy in Burbank thanks to the great help we received from Sarven Gobel. He spent time with us, explained features, warranties, help set up delivery, payments, Best Buy rewards, and My Best Buy Total membership plan. Will definitely use his services again in the future and recommend to friends.

Jess Kordash came to consult on our refrigeration choice, and our in-home Security system. She also brought a specialist from the Appliance dept of the store. Both were extremely knowledgable and we were able to close the deal in the first visit. When the refrigerator came our installers were efficient and knowledgable. The installers of the Security cameras were experienced and very helpful. All in all, the entire experience was smooth, timely and stress-free. This is our second use of the In Home Consultation Services, and we will not purchase anything without it! In fact, we've been talking it up so much, while she was here, our neighbor got Jess's card and is planning to use the service as well. The Geek Squad is A++!!!!!

This service is just what I needed. I’m not very tech savvy, so to have a subject matter expert come to my house and give advice on my current equipment and make recommendations on needed equipment was very helpful. Rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It wasn’t high pressure and he didn’t try to talk me into buying anything. He left there without me making any purchases, and was totally cool with that. And, yes, it really is free!! I am very brand loyal to Best Buy and buy pretty much all my electronics there, so I ended up making several recommended purchases a couple weeks later. He left his cell number so he was available for consult even after the fact. My only criticism was that he recommended a much more expensive system than I needed. I was looking to boost my WiFi, so he recommended the Velop system for $500. I ended up buying the google system for almost half that cost. Overall a great experience and excellent idea from Best Buy!

It was good overall.The agents were very nice and professional. However, the agent gave me some misleading information. I was planning to purchase a security camera system. I had done some research and was between the Arlo Pro and the Arlo Pro2, because I was looking for wireless cameras. I asked about the feature that allows you to create a custom detection zone (you can basically set up the area you want to secure). He told me that yes, you can set it up with the Pro 2. I found out after I purchased the product that this was only possible if the cameras were plugged in. The agent knew that I was going to install the cameras wireless. He either did not know or conveniently left that detail out. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he forgot or did not know. Luckily that was not a determining factor, although it would have been a nice feature to have. Otherwise the service was very good. They answered a lot of questions that helped me with my decision.
