Hi Ben, Thank you so much for making my tv selection for my new home so easy! Am loving every minute! But, do not know where the menu button is on my remote and my sound is weird I had some trouble with the power shutting down my tv’s and now there is an echo. My neighbor wants a new tv and I recommended that she contact you. Also, Joe and Jesus were so wonderful! Thanks to each of you. Maybe you could call me and tell me how to get rid of this echo. All else is perfect! Nancy

We wanted to buy a new sound bar for the tv and had no idea what to choose, so the sales rep suggested an in-home consultation. What a great idea. The visit was at no additional charge. Rob, the consultant , called several times to confirm the appointment and indicate he was on his way. Once he arrived, he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions based on that. We decided on products, he ordered them then, processed our payment right then and had the items shipped to us. He also set up the appointment for the installation. Before leaving, he gave us his phone number and said to contact him any time we had questions, even if it was about totally different products or issues. What a truly enjoyable experience.

We needed to replace our busted 13 yrs old 55" TV in family room. There were so many choices and new models to choose from, so we went didn't buy one from the store. I had a lot of questions to ask so have our own Advisor coming to our house, he answered all our questions. He was very patient with us, provided great suggestions, extremely polite and also suggested upgrading our Wifi system for better coverage. Very professional and knowledgeable and in end made it easier to select the TV we finally got. We know who to contact and count on for any future tech purchases. We are very happy having an in-house consultation. Thank you Best Buy.

I needed a hood fan that would work for a new gas range, higher BTU's. The consultant was very helpful in choosing what was needed. The rotten part was that it was back ordered, for 7 months, I was charged & had to make payments on something I didn't have. Unfortunately, I received another phone call that it was back ordered until NEXT year, 2023 w/no guarantee that it would be available then. I canceled the order @ that point. ZERO stars for availability. Looking elsewhere.

Matt was really great… He broke the equipment down to where I could understand it and how it would apply to my home did a nice job it’s all working very well we had some issues about different kinds of products that we couldn’t get and we got them and we changed them and Best Buy was pretty good about it the install team was pretty good it’s all working very well I would like to talk to Matt I have some other things I’d like to talk to you about and I have reached out but have not heard back I did get a credit on the extra items that I had to order because other things one available

My first experience with having an in home consultant. A trip to the store and I met a sales agent named Adam , who assisted me and made the recommendation of Jason . This led to meeting Mikayla , Eppi, Bryan and others who all assisted in helping me with a 85 inch screen. Mikayla brought me a receipt( Paper) which I wanted.. Thoughtful!

We've been without an oven for several months. Spoke to David Farinias at the Pleasant Hill store and he gave us a realistic evaluation of what to expect and the difficulties in getting a 27" oven, along with suggesting which ovens may work best for our use. He ordered the oven (and a built-in microwave) for us and it arrived and was installed last week. We're very happy with the process, Dave's expert knowledge and advice and the installation.

All purchasing experiences should be this easy. Elianny's professionalism and experience were displayed from the first phone call to confirm our appointment. But, her timeliness, knowledge and capacity to understand what I was looking for to upgrade my kitchen were what made me comfortable with her recommendations and proposals. Open to my ideas as well as explained thoroughly the additional survey, savings (love saving money), waiting time and Geek Squad benefits. Sold!!! Sure hope everything else works out this well. Delivery, installation and set up of my new 65in Sony TV and sound system was fabulous. Chris and Eric were so helpful, friendly and made sure I understood all the features of my new TV system. Also, after purchasing a new HP laptop, Wilson and Eric came out as scheduled to set it up. They did a great job and took time to ensure I was familiar with all the features of my new laptop. Great customer service! Thanks to both teams.

It was super easy to schedule an in-home consultation and when Joel arrived, he was very knowledgeable about TVs and helped me make a choice about what would work best for our home and viewing preferences. I did several more transactions for additional electronics in our home and received guidance from Joel. He was also able to facilitate my orders on the Bestbuy website and ensure I was ordering all the appropriate components. Very responsive and super nice. I highly recommend Joel and this service

I had several questions about equipment, compatibility, setup and use. It’s very hard to discuss those things in the store since the sales person has to rely on your detailed explanation of your situation. The best thing I did was agree to an in-home consultation. The consultant was very knowledgeable about my equipment and listened carefully to what I wanted to accomplish. He thoroughly researched equipment specifications and product details to ensure that his recommendations would be the best solution. There was no pressure to buy - everything in the end was up to me. Once everything was installed, it worked exactly as he said it would. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The geek squad was professional. They put shoe covers on so as not to make the house dirty. They told us what the problem was with the mount and suggested a solution. They were careful in drilling holes into the wall. They patched the holes created incorrectly by the first team.

Victor was extremely helpful; we can't say enough positives for his assistance. Although some warned us that such a consultation would be focused on selling us the most expensive product, we did not find that to be the case. Victor's assessment of our needs, after seeing our room and the system we were currently using, was similar to ours (except that after hearing of our options for a soundbar, we chose one more expensive than his initial recommendation).

Excellent! Excellent! Omar, was wonderful and outstanding with his professionalism who has your best interest in whatever you are trying to buy, so you will be happy and content in your purchase. Omar was excellent and he help me so much that if I didn’t ask for a free home consultation, I would have made a major mistake in ordering my new refrigerator. I had an in-home consultation for an entire home entertainment system and install. The advisor (Josh Diesman) was patient and thorough and knowledgeable and guided me to a system that appears will meet my requirements. He was available to assist in the purchase process and arrange delivery and installation. He even assured that that although there was a 3-month delay in going forward with the order all the original prices were honored or bettered! I have not had all the components delivered and the install has not been completed but I look forward to a good experience based on my experience thus far.
