From the salesperson, Trevor; to the in home consultation with James and the installation with Brandon... I couldn’t be happier. They all listened to our families needs, my concerns for hiding wires, and hooking up to the internet and my Sonos to the new Samsung TV in the living room, wall mounted. They made sure all my previous apps from my other Samsung TV were installed, and transferred my older Samsung into the den, wall mounted.

Outstanding customer support is the only way to describe Dave and how he treats his clients. He makes no attempt to "over" sell you during his in home visit. Dave has been to my home 3 times over the last 6 years so I feel very qualified to give him a five star rating. Whether you need assistance optimizing WiFi or purchasing top of the line Magnolia home theatre equipment, this is the guy you need for the best advice on what to purchase.

Ben is knowledgeable and friendly. I followed his recommendation and his advice was spot-on. I'm amazed and delighted that Best Buy has a consulting service; it gave me confidence to make an expensive purchase. I will seek advice from Best Buy for future needs and will be a customer forever.

I was in great need of a new range as my old gas range decided it would unexpectedly turn on by itself. Time for a new LG gas Range! Blake was very helpful, and the most surprising and delightful thing - the range I wanted was in stock and could be delivered on the following Sunday! - just four days after my order was placed! Best Buy is a great store and Blake was a fantastic representative!

Ross Weathersly was excellent to work with on our TV as nd soundbar for two TV. He explained all the tech features of the products and answered all of my questions.

Jeff Dauby did an outstanding job in consulting us on our appliance purchases. He came to our home and told us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. He made sure that the appliances we were interested in could be fitted into our kitchen and gave us excellent advice. He also worked with us to help us get the best deals on our appliances. Frank has followed up on not only the equipment purchases, but the installations as well on all Equipment purchased from Best buy at my house and at one of my Daughters house. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about all the electronic equipment purchased. What makes Frank so unique, is his unwavering commitment to the customer to get things done right. My home expert Aaron helped me to transition into our new home with personal on site visits even while the home was not quite ready. I needed a new wifi/modem set up along with smart TVs of various sizes to be hung on the walls. He met me at Best Buy to review the recommendations and we went from there. I had to make some modifications but he worked with me on those areas that fit my need. Very knowledgeable with great customer service skills.

In home advisor Brianna Davis showed up and walked through various options for Wi-Fi and mounting TVs on the walls. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She had finished an appointment early, called to see if she could come earlier than our scheduled time ( how option does that happen?) and arrived ready to listen to our questions and provide options for us to consider. Not pushy at all to "sell" us something.

I needed help with a washer/dryer which I was buying as a gift for my mother. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to look for and the different kinds of products out there. I am SO happy that Khia asked if we needed help (even though I was hesitant to say yes bc I thought I had it lol). Khia was so knowledgeable on all of the products, he was very very helpful, so friendly, and he made himself available to us. Thank you so much!!

Andrew helped us set up the sound system & television for our new home. He worked within our budget to get the best equipment for our needs. He was in contact with us several times to inform us and we felt like he really cared that we got the best set up for us. The techs who came to install were awesome! Very helpful, efficient, neat and courteous!

JD and his team were very professional from the start. JD helped me trouble shoot my McIntosh MC275 as well as my Control 4. JD quoted me a replacement remote system, the Savant. Quote was reasonable, installation was on time and my wife even commented that she loves the new remote. Excellent service, great response time and job well done. Magnolia is my only source for AV. I needed to upgrade my entire system to 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, Atmos, etc., plus get new speakers. Ray came to my apartment to inspect the layout, and made great suggestions for each component. He also helped me avoid things I *didn't* need, which was very impressive. His advice was right on target and I'm really enjoying my new system!

Ray was very Professional and Knowledgeable about not only the Sony TV we purchased but also gave us all the information needed to feel comfortable with purchasing our first sound bar system we have ever owned. We purchased the Sonos Arc and Subwoofer for its ease of use, great sound, and because of my husband's hearing problems, he does not have to have the TV turned up so loud to hear. Thanks

Best Buy continues to be my first choice for home and backyard sound systems. Brian came over to help design my systems and pick out equipment. The install crew was very professional and did a clean job. Brian stopped by later to help me when I had questions about how best to operate the equipment. Full service and nice people. I’ve used the Best Buy guys for over 20 years and have always been happy with the results
