My overall experience could have been better but my experience with you personally was very good. It would have been a disaster without having your assistance. Any of those who answer the 1-800 number are of no help or assistance. Its a waste of time dealing with them. You and the installation guy were the only 2 who were helpful and got things right. I appreciate you both for doing a great job. I am happy with my purchase now that it's working. Going through you or another home expert is the only way to go.

Tiffany is absolutely the best! She walked us through exactly what we needed immidiately and also made suggestions for our future needs. She made sure each detail was covered and clear. The install team was also really great, they were on time, let us know when they were on the way and took care with our installation. Will absolutely use this service again!!

BestBuy helped me to diagnose the steaming I was having with Spectrum. Breanna was a tremendous help helping me to purchase the correct equipment to resolve my issues. Steaming to all my devices has improved 100%, and my "buffering " issues 98%. The agent who installed my new equipment was excellent. He helped me to understand how all the caponents of my new equipment work. P S. Spectrum referred me to BestBuy.

We needed to improve wifi service throughout our house. I called Jeremy (who handle previous projects). Jeremy explained exactly what needed to be done then handled the Eero Pro 6 wifi mesh system equipment purchase and setting up an install appointment. Justin installed the new wifi equipment, made sure all our devices were connected to the new Eero Pro 6 system and gave us a refresher on how to operate our Sonos system.

Tim Stoltz was the best salesperson I have dealt with in years. He went over and above to help me with my every concern. The last installers, Michael and Luis were heads above the previous ones. Excellent. I will recommend Best Buy because of this.

Crew was very professional and knew their job. They took the time to show us how the system worked. There is still a lot to learn on this new TV but we are getting used to it. The crew made sure we felt good about the placement and setup. Anthony did the pre walk thru and helped us decide on the correct size TV for the wall and room space. We went from an 85 to 75 and glade we made the change.

We moved into a new home and needed TV and music (ceiling speakers already installed) figured out. Tyler did a home consult and gave us professional advice and recommendations for everything. He helped us order all of the necessary items and set up installation -- which was done seamlessly, professionally and with neat work! Working with Jesse Ballard was an absolute pleasure. He answered every question I had well and left me informed. He made my decision making quite challenging because of all the great information he was able to give me. Having said that I’m glad he did and he was ultimately able to guide me to exactly the experience I was looking for and I’m beyond satisfied.

I was very happy with the service provided by Justin and the Magnolia/Geek Squad to help me setup my Dolby Atmos Home Theater system in my basement and connect all the wiring of all the speakers. I did not have my two Subwoofers on their initial visit and Justin advised me not to go cheap on the Subwoofers and go for two. I did that and am glad he talked me into it as now the system is an awesome experience.

We needed guidance with a few projects in our home. The theater room and with kitchen appliances. Terry came out and helped us make well informed decisions based on his expertise.

Gavin and the Geek squad provided excellent service from start to finish. Gavin came out to our home, made some great recommendations, placed my order. Best Buy sent regular updates on the shipment of my items. The day before the installation Gavin and his crew confirmed the time they were going to show up, The crew spent 8 hours in our home and when they were finished they cleaned up their mess and most importantly everything was working.

I needed help with creating a media room and went to Best Buy. They sent me a consultant that very knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions after i explained what i wanted to do and how much was my budget. He suggested all the necessary items and made recommendations that were on point

We had a couple sets of technicians. The first two got all of the tv's etc placed but not working properly. The largest challenge was with our sound system throughout the house. Once we got Terry and Taylor we were able to get all the problems resolved. They were diligent and thorough. We appreciated the design by TylerBrinton and he was a delight to work with as well. Follow up has been good but has taken quite a bit of time getting people back to finish.

I was communicated with from time of purchase to day of delivery - updated along the way. On the day of delivery, driver called and said they might be a few minutes late due to traffic - but get there on time anyway. Greatly Appreciated the heads-up. Were quick and professional in the setup, and they went over the major features. All in all a great experience.

Needed help selecting a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Sales senior consultant Brandon Fulton was extremely helpful and made scheduling delivery easy. Excellent communication. Delivery was also efficient and fast.

After spending a year researching online about security systems, I called geek squad for some help. I was paired up with Henry and I could not have been happier. He solved all of our problems and answered all of my questions in about 30 minutes. He set us up with a installer ordered what we needed and it was truly a painless process!
