Jordan Fuchs helped with the design and set up of our media room set up. His was punctual, knowledgeable and provided a candid assessment of nice to have vs must have features. He patiently answered my questions and got back to me when he said he would. He would do his research in product availability in various stores and made sure that we had the best associates from Geek Squad on the job. I highly recommend him!

Overall service was awesome! From the onsite visit to the install, clean up and start up. It looks and sounds amazing. I am beyond pleased. It's a true game changer.

Hector was very timely and knowledgeable about the new Nvidia RTX 4080 I was considering, and helped me with choosing a suitable upgraded video card for my pc. And the Geek Squad techs that worked on my computer were just as good. I am enjoying my flight simulator @ twice or more fps now! Thank you!

Recently bought a townhouse in Myrtle Beach,SC. I wanted the new home to set up electronically and a family suggested Best Buy in home services. Michelle Lockhart and her team at Geek Squad were so helpful with the recent purchase of a new laptop. They even transferred all of my information from my old laptop and got everything set up perfectly. They were also very helpful 3 years ago when I needed 2 smart TVs, the set up and sound quality were amazing! A very trusted group of people I will definitely be using for all future tech needs.

We were seeking expert advice for the transition of TVs in our home. Matt was extremely helpful and was able to guide us in the right direction. After his comments and suggestions we agreed to proceed as he suggested. As for the installation by Geek Squad, it was every bit as good as the initial suggestions. The install technicians (Rick V. & his assistant) did an outstanding job going above & beyond our expectations.

Rob came to my home on time (called when he was on the way) He was very professional. He recommended the perfect fitting television. I have built in bookshelves so finding the right fit was difficult. He also recommended a mount for the tv which solved the problem. I would highly recommend Rob to others. I plan to use his services again when I purchase a television for the basement.

Philip Kennedy Jr. did an awesome job getting our TVs working correctly through the Savant system. He was professional, competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our problem, ordered the replacement part needed, and returned within a few days to install the new part. It has worked perfectly since. I highly recommend Phillip for your home entertainment system needs.

We were looking for new TV with home theatre system and zoned speakers for the patio. Working with Brian Goodwill was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable and gave us several options after we discussed our desires. What I appreciated the most was his availability and willingness to answer questions even to the point of stopping by the house to insure we got exactly what we wanted. Ours was a great experience.

We needed help with getting a new TV with a sound system. Rachel came over to our house and advised us on what to get. We don’t understand a lot of this tech stuff so she made it easy on us. She was always honest about the way she presented the facts on her suggestions. It’s now complete and we are so happy with our choices and loving the TV, sound bar with multiple speakers. Great job!

For my 80th birthday all I wanted was a new, slightly larger TV. I had purchased the one I had at Best Buy for my 70th birthday. I must say that In Home Advisor, Alexandra (Nikki) Jones served us very well. She had helped us replace a TV in our main room last year and we have been very pleased. I am enjoying this newest TV which I also use as my pc monitor. I plan to continue doing business with Best Buy.

Chris has helped me 2x now and I won't use anyone else for consult. Not only he's friendly and helpful, I think he is truly an expert with appliances and home technology. I don't really need to go to Bestbuy anymore. I just call him and we can pick out what I need from looking at Bestbuy site if I want to see other options.

The service provided by Zach is not only excellent but will surpass your expectations. We are Best Buy only clients and the experience with Zach not only assured us that they have the best products but that they really care about making the client happy. Since then Zach has helped us with 2 different houses and soon will take on a 3rd one. We won’t with anyone else only Best Buy and Zach

Terry did an awesome job of evaluating our existing system and recommending new pieces to best fit our Great Room. He was always responsive and was a great listener. He worked with us through price matching and deals and got us a great package we are very happy with. I would highly recommend working with Terry.
