Derick was knowledgeable and extremely helpful to navigate multiple large purchases. He was quick to respond and answered all questions. I would recommend anyone looking for a great consultant to work with Derick. We made 3 large purchases for a refrigerator, washer and dryer and this can come with a lot of stress. Luckily working with Derick made it easy to compare and make the best decision for our needs.

He did not sell us more than we needed and gave us options to choose from to get the best fit. Also, very friendly and comfortable.

We recently moved and needed a lot of help with mounting new TV's, setting up a Ring doorbell, security cameras, smart thermostat, etc. Keith Papini has helped us before so we looked to him again. Keith has always gone above and beyond to help us out. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always thinks about what will serve our needs the best. We highly recommend Keith and the whole Geek squad crew at Best Buy.

Thompson Truong came to my house to discuss a high performance music room surround sound system. He listened to what I said I wanted the end result to sound like and then proposed each component of the system. I am thrilled with the final product - Perfect!. I couldn't be happier. He is an excellent consultant.

We needed help in selecting a new gas range and undercounted range hood. Mayela came to our house, took measurements, and found the best match for us. She coordinated and expedited our installation appointment. The range and range hood have now been installed and we are very happy with them. Mayela displayed great patience with us and we do not hesitate to recommend her highly.

Brittany came out to our house and spent the time need to fully explain the security system we we’re looking for. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. When selling a system. Great Job. Joe helped us when he came to measure or space and understand our needs. He was waiting for us at the store when we showed up at our appointed time. He showed us the selection of Refrigerators and we chose one and paperwork was minimal. Delivery was flawless. Thanks

Jacob Nathandsond helped me when a computer glitch out of his control occured. Throughout the waitlong wait for my TV he kept me informed of progress, even when he went on vacation. This man is a fabulous asset to Best Buy. The techs did a wonderful job installing my TV in a lift cabinet

David came to my home -- measured to be sure all my appliance choices would fit. Checked prices that day before leaving to be sure I was getting any sale prices. Sealed the deal that day. David has a great personality for working up close with customers -- friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this service.

Jesus did a great job helping me purchase a fridge for my new home. I was unsure what to buy because my space was too small to fit a standard width unit, but he was able to recommend some great options that would work. Ended up purchasing a 33” wide LG French door refrigerator that fit perfectly and still had plenty of capacity for fridge and frozen items.

we needed new 55 inch TV hung over fireplace and reattach Bose audio system and have old 50 inch TV moved to basement and reattach gaming systems and audio. Very quick and clean job. Still not completed due to lack of RCA-HDMI converters which I had to purchase but they will come back to complete once available.

Excellent from start to finish! Ordered what we need after consulting with Christian on phone. Geek Squad technician Silviu came to house on time and date. Couldn't ask for a better technician. Polite, patient, and very knowledgeable about what was going on with what we wanted. Called Comcast and got the job started. He answered all questions and made sure everything was connected to wifi and working. Great guys!!!

I bought a tv, surround sound and a cabinet. The 2 installers were great. They provided detail the system setup. The only issue, was it took them 2 1/2 hours to set up the cabinet with 4 hours total time in my house. It would have been great if the cabinet would have been set up before arriving. I ended up being late for work because it took so long.

Always very professional and knowledgeable about the specific task in which they are doing. Quality work done right.
