Home consult for all new kitchen appliances was wonderful! Christopher measured and showed us what would work in our kitchen. Such a pleasant experience knowing that what we chose would fit. Everything matched and had all the features we were looking for. Great prices and delivery the next week. We would not hesitate to use Home Expert in the future.

Our installer was pleasant and fixed our stereo system and with that , our WiFi throughout our home! My only wish is that he could have explained some of the quirky aspects of running the Sonos system from my cell phone. Had to look it all up myself, which added a little stress before I figured it out by doing my own research.

I have used the Best Buy home consult program twice. Both times the end result was exactly as I had hoped for - my system upgrades were done professionally and on time. The team who came to my house arrived as scheduled, did the full job, communicated well and were very knowledgable. My latest appointment was last week and both guys wore masks without me having to ask which I greatly appreciated. Well done Best Buy!

We recently moved and knew we’d need Best Buy’s help in setting up our TVs along with new surround sound. The rep came out to give me a quote in upgrading to a more streamlined viewing system. The installation was quick, straightforward and very streamlined…exactly what we needed. Thanks again!

The team was very nice and they installed a new valve but for some reason there was no water coming to my refrigerator although I’d had ice in my prior refrigerator for the past 18 years except the past 6-9 months. , ?? So the water/ ice isn’t working on my refrigerator and I’m going to have to have a plumber check it out.

We needed to replace all of our kitchen appliances (DW, refrigerator, double oven, and cooktop. Jonathan came to our home, patiently listened to us describe our wants and needs, gave us invaluable advice, and measured and ordered our appliances for us. Jonathan was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was a tremendous help. Further, he has made himself available if we need him for any post-purchase questions or needs.

I needed help selecting new speakers and an AV receiver for my home theater. After an in-home consultation with Garson, I purchased Bowers & Wilkins speakers and a Marantz AVR. I’m super pleased with the responsiveness and help I received.

Dillon was great to work with. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions and I had plenty. He made this experience that much better.

Brandon was quick and informative when we bought our kitchen appliances. Friendly, and very busy because I guess his reputation is great. Side note: not sure if we can get installers to pick up some of our old appliances and level our oven. I noticed that liquids tilt in a pan on the range and in the oven.

Wow! The customer service that I received from Jake at Best Buy was phenomenal. I had a bad taste in my mouth from previous experiences. Jake listened and asked questions. He helped me make decisions that helped me update my home theater (TV and surround sound).

The tech crew was on-time, worked very diligently and had completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They were informative and asked numerous times if I had any questions. There was a minor sound issue and they returned to the home the next morning to successfully resolve the issue. Very pleased with the whole experience and the video and audio is amazing.

Kriti Khari was outstanding in her help with our Best Buy flat TV screen and Roku stick. But she was wonderful in how she showed my husband and I who are older and not technically brilliant (!!) how to use the Roku stick, maneuver around from the TV to Netflix and other features. She spent a good deal of time with us and was enouraging and intelligent and patient. She explained everything with care.

Savanna was everything you could hope for. Smart, affable, helpful, exceptionally proactive and very, very knowledgeable. I believe Best Buy Co. would benefit greatly by keeping her around as long as you possible can.

Matt McCall did a great job making sure we got the best gas cooktop, both in terms of quality and in fit for the opening in our granite counter top. We are very pleased with the Samsung model that we got, both in terms of performance and looks. The two techs who came to our house to install the top also did a great job....fast, professional, and they knew what they were doing. Thanks to all involved.

Your team was very knowledgeable and professional. they set up my home theater and even incorporated some of my other units. They were most thoughtful in providing me user instructions and we went through the steps several times to insure I could enjoy my new equipment. Very tidy in removing any debris and packaging as well. In all, a fabulous experience with Adam, Will and Emily.

We had a great experience with the purchase of our Thermador refrigerator. Jon was very patient and helpfu. I highly recommend him to all future BestBuy customers

The product purchase was a very good experience. The installation and service that I initially purchased along with the product had a few challenges due to lack of coordination between product availability and service folks. The online help desk couldnt help me. The delays and lack of empathized understanding led to be find some private contractors for installation. Somehow, it felt that buying online, say Amazon, and then working in private contractors were responsive, quick and cheap. Please take this as a feedback from a long term loyal customer of best buy that you need to address this challenge.

While I was pleased with the interaction with Calvin, the home expert, the delivery of my GE washer/dryer combo was disappointing. The delivery was scheduled & rescheduled three times by Best Buy before delivery. When the unit was delivered to my home, the two delivery guys refused to bring the unit into my house. They said their contract was to leave it at the door. The washer/dryer was about 300 lbs ! My husband & I are senior citizens !! I had to literally beg the delivery guys to dolly it up three steps and into my laundry room ! It was humiliating for us dealing with these men. It frankly soured the whole experience for us.
