Adam Tim was the best home consultant I've ever had on home systems. He took 30min to hunt EVERYWHERE around my house for our internet box, then when we found it he gave the best recommendation. Very knowledgeable and solved our problem by prescribing a good system that gave us internet in the whole house. I didn't know Best Buy offered these free home consults. Very impressed with the service.

Myra Farfan was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I left with less stress about decisions and were happy with the purchases we made. She was informative, transparent, and she helped us get good deals. She also responded promptly to all emails and inquiries we made to her thereafter.

What a great service. Aaron came to my home, explained what I would need to upgrade my entertainment system, went over pricing and scheduled the installation. He was on time and was a pleasure to have in my home. The installation was also done on time and with great qualified people who knew what needed to be done and cleaned up when done. They also were able to save me money by returning parts that were not needed.

This is an outstanding service! We needed help selecting the best video and audio system for our media room. The expert was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience (home consult to delivery). We are extremely pleased with our purchases and so glad we had professional guidance throughout the process. We highly recommend this service!

I wanted to purchase a new TV. I spoke with Mr Frank Delgado. He researched 4 TV's that I might want. He explained how to measure the size. He sent me 4 great choices and I chose the Samsung Smart TV. 55 inches. It was delivered on time and it is perfect. He is a wonderful asset to your company. Very knows his stuff. Answered every question!! This worked out great!! I will contact him in Jan. I need a new dishwasher.

Adrian was a very professional, knowledgeable, efficient consultant who handled our multi orders, installs, Best Buy card issues in a very productive, efficient, friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable with all the latest big TVs, brands and was very tech savvy. He recommended total tech which is really worth it! He even followed up with me on the phone on Thanksgiving day!

Christopher Jochens did a superb job in helping us with an entirely new home theater system. He answered our questions in terms we could understand and provided recommendations on the equipment needed. We could not have done this on our own.

We worked with Hannah on an install a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and end result. I needed recommendation abiut adding a mesh network in my new home. Christian was very helpful, and set up an installation performed by Alex. Experience was professional and expertly done. I was impressed by the skill level of everyone I contacted. Shortly after installation, the system failed, but I was advised how to reset the Comcast box, and everything was resolved. Outstanding experience - work the cost.

Hannah the guys were great. Very knowledgeable and fun. Answered all our questions no matter how dumb/made us feel competent and understood. I am rocking the universal remote for the most part. We had Mike come as a home consultant on what we needed for installation of new TVs. This insured that we got the right TV installed with the right equipment in the right spot. He was very upfront with all the possibilities and costs. He was very professionable, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. His advice was very much appreciated. One of the most rewarding experiences is when a company shows its professionalism in all aspects of its involvement with a customer. We met with Jacob to develop a plan for installing new TVs and cable in our home. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cody, our service tech, was also extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and so patient with us. He helped with our cable setup and took the time to explain things to us. we were in the market for security cameras and Best Buy offered a free in home consultation. Kevin was at our home a few days later and was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. Needed help with short term rental tv, sound bar, and mounting options. I’m very happy with the recommendations from Brian. System sounds and looks great. The only issue was scheduling install support from Best Buy. They couldn’t meet needed schedule and slipped the first date. It may be very to find your own install team as I did. In Huntsville, try Huntsville Hangman! They were fast and came right out.
