Ben Porras came to our house to measure the space for our new fridge. He said it would be a tight fit but would work and he was correct. He also was immediately available when our initial installation was moved to a new date and when I kept checking to make sure the new date was going to happen (before I emptied the existing fridge)

We were very impressed with Kiley Sather, our assigned tech, for the help he gave us with recommending a new AV receiver so we could once again watch TV shows recorded on our cable company DVR. Kiley was prompt, efficient, and even came up with a better way to connect our equipment which saved us money from the original estimate! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Kiley for all your tech needs.

When I needed new appliances for my kitchen, I wasn't sure where to start, so I scheduled the free consult. Never did I imagine that my consultant would be so super involved, responsive and helpful. Mariel made time to take me to the Pacific Sales showroom, when the BBY store didn't have the models I was looking for. He was my true partner. And once kitchen was solved, he's helped with other projects too.

We had problems with the strength of WiFi in our home given our many devices, plus communications and security equipment. Ian was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He recommended a solution and scheduled installation of equipment. It all came together without interruption/delays. Result: 100% WiFi strength throughout our home; 90% on Lanai1 Fantastic!!!

I needed a washer and dryer but was concerned about the hook up because I have an older house. The Best Buy rep came out and looked and said it would be no problem. Then when they came out, they were so polite and professional and hooked everything up perfectly and quickly. There was hardly any stress on my end.

Bryan and his crew were amazing. Simple Sonos surround sound set up, but he adjusted my flat screen, installed all speakers, set up the syastem...yes. Then he adjusted my dvr, set up all hardware, adjusted all equalizers, and i can't see a single electronical chord. If he could fix my roof, I'd hire him

The Best Buy Geek Squad came to the rescue! After a scheduling mishap, Jeremy managed to combine a TV switch out and home theater setup in a morning visit. His partner, Gilbert was efficient in setting up the subwoofer and receiver and offered to assist with the other purchases to get the optimun sound experience. Upgrading a rental property.. new oven, dishwasher and microwave David was efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most importantly he followed up and made sure we got an early installation date. Top-notch technician, overall excellent service.

We wandered into Best Buy seeking a TV that would meet very specific needs for size and clear image in our living room full of ambient light. Our consultant offered to come to our home and help us decide. He did that and it gave us the confidence we were making the right choice. We moved forward to purchase and installation. Glad I made the appointment to have someone come out before I bought the tv. Matt answered every question I had and pointed out a couple of things I didn’t think of regarding viewing and mounting with it being mounted higher than normal. Great visit saved me from making a mistake before having the Geek Squad show for an appointment.

I’ve bought about 10 sets of appliances from Best Buy and they have all been with Louis Frantz. Best Buy has good products but Lou makes all the difference! Lou adds a lot of value to my purchase because I can always count on him helping me find the right product and gets them delivered without any hiccups. As long as Lou is working for best I will continue trust him with my appliance purchases
