We had the pleasure of working with Cindy D. on a couple of projects for our new house. She was super knowledgeable, wanted to make sure we had all the information and resources to make a good decision, even offered to meet us at a Magnolia store to listen to different speakers and look at TV options. She was instrumental in helping us complete our basement entertainment space and getting our internet/wifi running.

Jack was friendly, attentive and helpful in guiding us to the right equipment for the right job. Our new system supplies flawless sound to the entire house. Just what we were looking for.

Alex came out and did a complete review of our setup and listened to the issues we were having so he could recommend the best solution for us. He was committed to getting us a simple solution to our complicated problem, and he did. He followed up to make sure we were taken care of and that everything was working. I'll work with him again when we have the need for more tech, for sure.

They are always very responsive and professional. Never had any issues with scheduling or the work done.

Brian Riggsbee was the Home Expert who helped me with updating my Home Theatre. He reviewed my home environment, listened patiently to my needs and wants regarding the Home Theatre, and suggested ways I could update my current setup and alternatives to doing so. He was very knowledgeable, offered credible advice and then arranged to purchase and install the Theatre. I am quite satisfied with the result.

The in home consultation was extremely helpful. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed after finding out what we wanted to do. The new TV, modem and routers were installed within 10 days or so and are working great. Thanks to Mike and the installers Patrick and Phil for doing such a great efficient job.

Having a home consultation was very useful in updating our home theater system. Coincidentally Dave installed the previous system 20 years ago! That said he knew what I was looking for and the new system is fantastic! He suggested the SONOS audio system with the Arc sound bar and obviously the subwoofer. The sound fills the room without over doing it. Absolutely no distortion. This system kicks butt.

I worked with Wil Szczerba and he was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when deciding what TVs I wanted to purchase and thinking through my whole home setup. He even followed up multiple times with additional info that helped solidify my decision. I would definitely use Will again for any future tech purchases.

Joseph and Kevin kept me advised on their arrival timing, showed up on time and came with all the parts and tools necessary to complete the job. Both were knowledgeable and courteous, taking time to recommend "fixes" beyond the scope of the install, They returned a mounting bracket that wasn't needed and got us a credit. Very pleased with the job and your team members.

Adrian gave me some incredible suggestions about how to improve my sound system and compliment the 8k TV I'd purchased. Now I have sound to match my picture!! Alexandra at the the store was also a huge help and she and Adrian went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They made sure that Sam the installer personally handled my install. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the whole team!!

I needed a home visit to ascertain precisely what my needs were. Numair Qureshi was assigned the task. He listened attentively and explained what he perceived my needs to be. Numair worked me through all the paperwork, explained the cost and provided a copy of what was to be submitted for my project. Numair was personable, polite, and answered all my questions in a professional manner.

I needed help in purchasing my home theater system. With so many options available, I was confused. Jacob Thornton helped me with this purchase. He not only helped me answer my questions with his deep expertise on these systems, he also provided me with great prices and discounts to make the purchase possible. He is very helpful and always ready to help his customers.

Steven was awesome and very knowledgeable. It only took me a few words and he was off and running with exactly everything I needed and wanted. He had answers to all of my questions and was very helpful in helping me understand my options between products. What a fantastic asset to have, I wish I had him everytime I went to Best Buy! Jonathan is fantastic..!! He has counseled me in my husband for multiple appliances and entertainment systems. He has done so in two different residences and exhibits such kindness, professionalism and optimal knowledge of everything we end up purchasing. Bestbuy truly lucky to have him as a part of their team.

My experience with Mr. Steve was awesome!!! However, the 3rd parties are ruining the stellar image that Best Buy has always displayed to customers. I was disappointed on 2 different deliveries. One was my stove and refrigerator appointment was cancelled at the last minute then my camera installation was cancelled by me. The technicial was late.

I had an incredible experience with Louis as my Home Expert. From the moment I met him over the phone I knew I was in capable hands. All I had to do was outline my needs and Louis provided the solutions for everything on my list. Not only was he straight forward and confident in all of his recommendations, but he was also very articulate in explaining why his recommendations were the best fit for me and my home.

Mark was excellant to work with and was extremely responsive. Particularly when we needed to reschedule our install several times due to our construction going on. We are thrilled with the fnal installation and our purchase.

I was so lucky to have Giselle D as my consultant! I came in overwhelmed as my stove leaked and needed replacement. Washer broken and needed to also replace dryer ad refrigerator. She understood my needs and showed me only those products she knew I would be able to feel comfortable with. Patient kind professional. I wouldn't have purchased anything it she hadn't been there
