Anthony was absolutely phenomenal. He knows the products inside and out and was able to understand what we want. We have several unique situations, and he was definitely on point. There were several suggestions using equipment that we were not even aware of, and he took his time to explain differences in the products. Anthony is an A++ employee and an asset to Best Busy!

I needed to move my work computer, which is not wifi capable, from one room to another, and subsequently I had to move my modem and router as well with all the cables but your expert was extremely knowledgeable and suggested to use eero, which made the move wireless. Thanks to Noisex for his expertise, knowledge, quick solution, and a wonderful customer service!

He was very thorough and courteous answering all our questions and concerns. Since that time Dustin has helped us make numerous decisions and purchases for our home and tech needs. I had no issues with my installation, the technicians arrived ready to work and followed all covid-19 protocol. The technicians took their time and made sure everything was connected correctly. Once the installation was done, the technicians took all the empty boxes with them.

Marcie was extremely helpful. She came to the house and measured the space for a refrigerator and helped me choose staying within my budget I had an issue several months later and she provided assistance in getting a resolution

Looking for wide screen new generation TV. Met upon entry by sales person Kurt Kath. My lucky day. He put a package together that fit my requests with detailed product and operational briefings. Everything he recommended was needed and installed later by top end professionals. Give your personnel department a pat on the back for hiring all these talented employees.

Vasef was very personable and gave plenty of good suggestions on tech improvements to my home. He was quick to answer any questions I had about various products and the answers aligned with what I had researched ahead of time which made me feel he was very knowledgeable about the products and services he was consulting for. The only downside is I never did get any communication after the visit and I was under the impression he was going to provide some feedback via email based on the visit for items to purchase. I did receive the gift of the Netgear R7300 router though and it was a huge improvement over my previous router and I'm thankful for him having it sent out to my home.

Ed came to our house, immediately diagnosed our issue, & made several suggestions at different price points for our new purchase. He gave us a good price & arranged for the installation. I would definitely return to Best Buy for my next purchase.

Needed some expert advice on my existing theater system set up. Matt recommended a good RCA cable for my subwoofer. Purchased it during the in-home consultation, received it and it is working great compared to my wireless set up. Matt also recommended some options on how I can get Dolby Atmos set up with my existing system. I will follow up for a proposal. Matt was also professional in every aspect of his visit.

Fast, honest and reliable advice. Rodney wasn’t trying to convince us to buy the most expensive product, he was focused on finding the right product. We ended up spending less than we originally was advised to spend by another in-store sales rep. He definitely knows his stuff and is very professional. We’d dealt with bad in-home connection for over a year and he solved it in less than 15 minutes. Thanks!

Ryan came to our house to help pick appliances for our kitchen remodel. He quickly found the models that would fit in the somewhat awkward spaces we have and explained the options. He was knowledgeable about each item and the differences in the models I had to choose from. Our appliances are in place and fit perfectly. Ryan was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend him!

Donnie has been wonderful! Restored my faith in the lack of service and customer attention I was finding at Best Buy - which started prior to COVID and increased dramatically through the event. I will now only purchase through Donnie for Best Buy services. Most Best Buy purchases are on the expensive side so feeling confident and service oriented from their company is most important to me.

We needed help deciding on which television and other appliances would be best for our use. Tim Frazee was patient, listened, and clearly explained what choices would be best for our uses. Tim made our purchase an enjoyable experience and followed up to make sure the delivery and installation went well. Tim is great because he cares that the customer is satisfied with all aspects of purchase and installation.

I appreciate Matthew's attention to detail and quick responsiveness. Matthew shopped the appliances to get best possible price and extended savings to keep price down. Appliance deliver was completed in less than five days. New washer/dryer were installed and old ones removed. Very happy with service and appliances. I would recommend and will use Matthew next time I need appliances.

We need help installing a mesh Wi-Fi router, hoping to improve cell reception/Wi-Fi calling in our house. The expert was true to his title.. very respectful educated us on how the product worked. Including advising us on relocating our cell booster for better results. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks geek squad!

Terri Loope was very easy to work with regarding selecting the correct components to put together two TV systems. We are very happy with the viewing and listening pleasure we now enjoy regarding the soundbars, and wireless headsets included in our new system.
