This was my first purchase of a large screen tv, plus the first tv in years. Mario called me, answering my numerous questions as well as going above and beyond to make sure I understood all of the offerings. We discussed my options and I pretty much decided on a Sony 60” due to sound and picture quality. He then met me at the store to confirm and helped with the purchase. His customer service is Outstanding!

We needed help with our sound system and getting our TV set up with the sound bar and AppleTV. The two men that were sent were awesome. So patient with explaining everything. So knowledgeable. Very impressed with the professionalism.

easy peasie replacement install. Alec met us at our home measured our small space to replace our microwave/exhaust fan. We couldn’t have done it on our own since it was a retro fit. beginning to end it took less than a week. Thank you !

I love my new appliances and I especially love the program that Best Buy offers. A Best Buy rep actually comes to your home and, after asking questions that pertain to what you want in an appliance, measures and sends you quotes on several different brands, on the same day. They even compare prices for you, if needed. It eliminates the shopping from store to store, incorrect measuring and confusion from one product to another. Best program I've ever encountered! Thank you, Best Buy, for offering this service.

Was looking too upgrade home-theater sound system was suggested to Jon Roche, he came over and and accurately and honestly listened to what my setup was and what my concerns were and he instinctually knew exactly what I needed and how to remedy the problem. After a thorough conversation Jon,he recommended that I go with the Bauer Wilkins 603's and I could not be happier with the purchase thank you very much Jon.

Neville was great from speaking in the phone to site visit. We needed help installing a surround system and home theater. The install techs made it simple also, did it quickly, professionally and were polite and great to work with. Took their time and the entire process was great! Nonissues highly recommend!

Henry was very helpful in steering us in the right direction where our range hood and OLED television was concerned. We didn't realize that Best Buy has home visits and we would definitely have Henry come back for any future consultations or any referrals.

I'm happy to note Best Buy has embraced the concept of having an home expert who serves as the single point of contact for customer needs. I have found Nathan to be very helpful and responsive to my needs with setting up my new TV and receiver. He also made an price adjustment when the price of the TV dropped after my purchase. I think the long lead times with scheduling the installs can be improved.
