We didn’t know what security cameras to buy and Destinee came over, listened to our needs and she recommended 2 outdoor Ring wireless cameras with solar panels, one wired outdoor Ring camera and a Ring doorbell. We are completely satisfied. Destinee is terrific. She knows her products and takes the time to work with her customers. This is a great service BestBuy provides.

Jason and the Geek Squad (Emily and Matt) were SO helpful from the first consultation to the final installation. They obviously care about and find satisfaction in their work and in the customer’s satisfaction. We will continue to use Jason for future Best Buy purchases!

Zack was outstanding in his knowledge and skill when suggesting television qualities and features. He was not in a rush but listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. If anyone is in need of home sales and services Best Buy has the right people for the job.

Elijah Pujol, my home consultation advisor was awesome. He was very pleasant when I spoke to him over the phone. When he came out, he was very professional, knowledgeable and broke down information to where I could understand this new technology. He did a great job setting up what I needed.

With the fast pace of technology we needed a knowledgeable person such as Stephen to not only show us but also provide indepth application to fit our situation. His guidance though the process and miriad of options was outstanding. Having such high quality people in your business such as Stephen is critical to company and employee success

Hi Ben, Thank you so much for making my tv selection for my new home so easy! Am loving every minute! But, do not know where the menu button is on my remote and my sound is weird I had some trouble with the power shutting down my tv’s and now there is an echo. My neighbor wants a new tv and I recommended that she contact you. Also, Joe and Jesus were so wonderful! Thanks to each of you. Maybe you could call me and tell me how to get rid of this echo. All else is perfect! Nancy

I needed a hood fan that would work for a new gas range, higher BTU's. The consultant was very helpful in choosing what was needed. The rotten part was that it was back ordered, for 7 months, I was charged & had to make payments on something I didn't have. Unfortunately, I received another phone call that it was back ordered until NEXT year, 2023 w/no guarantee that it would be available then. I canceled the order @ that point. ZERO stars for availability. Looking elsewhere.

Delivery, installation and set up of my new 65in Sony TV and sound system was fabulous. Chris and Eric were so helpful, friendly and made sure I understood all the features of my new TV system. Also, after purchasing a new HP laptop, Wilson and Eric came out as scheduled to set it up. They did a great job and took time to ensure I was familiar with all the features of my new laptop. Great customer service! Thanks to both teams.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed help planning for new appliances. Our in home consultant discussed all the features for each appliance, the sizes, wall location for the wall oven and microwave and the covid related delivery challenges. It all was very helpful, we were able to share the information with our cabinet installer and contractor. While the install is a couple months out, we've purchased our appliances to avoid delivery delays. With his assistance, we are very confident of a successful kitchen remodel! We would highly recommend this service for any home improvement project.

Our In-Home-Consultant did an amazing job at describing different camera surveillance options for our home. We were pretty set on the Arlo camera system and our advisor thoroughly explained the details of the model and how it would fit our needs. We were able to make our purchase and set up an installation appointment with our advisor. Our In-Home-Consultant was very personable and wore a face covering the entire time in order to follow proper safety protocols. An overall 10/10 experience.

We were discontinuing our cable services and moving to an OTA antenna for TV and went to a different provider for Internet and phone. Jeff Allen was very helpful in helping us to decide on the best selection of equipment and coaching us as to the benefits of OTA vs cable services. We discussed switching our services for a number of years and when our bill increased again to over $216 per month, we decided it was time.

We've been without an oven for several months. Spoke to David Farinias at the Pleasant Hill store and he gave us a realistic evaluation of what to expect and the difficulties in getting a 27" oven, along with suggesting which ovens may work best for our use. He ordered the oven (and a built-in microwave) for us and it arrived and was installed last week. We're very happy with the process, Dave's expert knowledge and advice and the installation.

We were so happy we worked with Arthur before making our decision. He was so friendly and helpful, finding a range of refrigerators that would work in our space and meet our list of priorities. We couldn't be happier with our choice and the support he gave us.

A very relaxed and chill experience. I had one my homework but to have someone knowledgeable come and listen to what I listen to and watch from where I watch was very reassuring and made the experience easy and pleasant. It removed the stress and turned out great.

The kitchen appliance expert was very helpful and suggested products that I am very pleased with. The only issue was that the refrigerator door had to be reversed, which the installers could not take care of. When I called Best Buy they told me that there would be a charge of $75 for someone to come out and reverse the refrigerator door. After a visit to my local Best Buy store, they agreed to send someone out to take care of this with no charge.

My old range oven stopped working. Through the Best Buy store I made an appoinntment with Zach to come out to my house to measure the space for the slide-in. We looked at the available ranges that fit my perameters including speed of delilvery and he set everything up. Delivery was quick, smooth and pleasant. The stove is working great.

With 3 kids all doing online school simultaneously from home due to the pandemic, we needed an internet upgrade. I originally purchased an extender that didn’t work at all. I took it back to Best Buy and they refunded it and suggested a home consultation. The technician showed up right on time, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, evaluated what I already had, and gave me a recommendation. The system we got was a little more expensive than what I was hoping to spend, but we couldn’t be happier with the results. All 3 kids are able to stream their classes simultaneously from anywhere in the house.

Moved to a new Mobile Home and needed help to install our 65" TV system. BB had just installed this same system in our old home in April of this year so was confident they would do a good job again. Our Home Expert thought he was installing a 55" so when he knew it was larger, he called for help and by the time we got the internet working another agent arrived to help. Also had a problem with our sound stopping and after doing what we were told previously the problem was not corrected. The expert at this appointment identified and fixed the issue.

Caroline Suite, an in-home consultant, came to my home to help me measure and trouble shoot how my new appliances would fit into my unique kitchen layout. She was indeed very helpful in deciding which appliances I would need to purchase in order to accommodate my cabinetry. I am very pleased with her service! Very personable person, too! I love my new appliances. They are working out very well for me.

David came to our hime and arrived on time. He was very professional in his delivery and had strong product knowledge. He spent time to understand our needs, desires, and budget and ultimately provided 3 options for a new speaker configuration for our home theater system. We opted for the "mid-range" option and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. We are very thankful for the experience with David!!!
