We received outstanding advice and service from our experienced consultant, who helped us replace a major kitchen appliance. After talking with her, we felt the sale would be handled in our best interests. She met our expectations and more, by first listening carefully to our needs and then managing all aspects of the sale, from transaction to delivery to follow-up, with ease. Her knowledge, accessibility, and communication skills truly made the Best Buy experience a pleasant one. We hope to work with her again soon and will refer others to her as well.

We needed help with wired sound, home theater and TVs. Our advisor Tim was incredible and took great care of us. He walked us confidently through our options and helped us choose the best system for our needs. Truly thankful!

Nelson from the Long Island City location was amazing! So helpful and so patient with me as I listened to practically every speaker they carry. I wasn't sure exactly what type of speakers and receiver I was looking for so Nelson went over all of the options and played them all for me until I narrowed it down to the ones I bought. He helped me put together everything I needed including the wires and everything and then came with the tech for the install. Everything was smooth and perfect- thank you!

I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy but the installers would not hook up the water line to a saddle valve which best buy provided and I paid the fee therefore. The refrigerator installers claimed a regular knob valve was required. Best Buy sent another water line installer out (not a plumber) and who said the first line installed was sufficient. Yet the refrigerator installers would not assume liability for the saddle valve water line. Very confusing!!!

Although it took a month to get an appointment, I’m glad I chose Best Buy. The technician was knowledgeable and actually informed me of a better product to have installed. He explained how to work everything as well. The appointment was supposed to be 4hrs but took only 1.5 which was a definite plus because I unknowingly thought I could sit in the car area and wait or hit up a coffee shop. Luckily, no one was in the home theatre area so I sat in the recliner and did some work.

We were discontinuing our cable services and moving to an OTA antenna for TV and went to a different provider for Internet and phone. Jeff Allen was very helpful in helping us to decide on the best selection of equipment and coaching us as to the benefits of OTA vs cable services. We discussed switching our services for a number of years and when our bill increased again to over $216 per month, we decided it was time.

Geordy was an excellent consultant. He was professional, took the time to explain various options and accurately evaluated the space for what it could accommodate. He was friendly and helpful. The fact that Best Buy offers this service free of charge is wonderful. I was able to make my purchase of a new washer/dryer, confident that it would fit the space in question, and I also had possible additional costs explained to me in the event that the door wouldn't close.

I would like to express my deep apreciation of excelent service which was provided to us on June 2nd by Geek Squad specialsts Greg and Sean. They came on time, installed our new TV quickly and professionnally, explained every detail about TV in a clear and respectful way. They were very attentive, pleasure to work with. They provided the best service and exceeded all our expectations.

We Met Kenneth Swanger in the Best Buy Store at University Town Center. He did an excellent job of explaining the different features of the various TV's. We ended up purchasing two BRAVIA XR A80J Series OLED 4K and absolutely love them. The quality and sound are superb, no external sound equipment needed. We also had Best Buy install the TV's and that service was excellent as well. So nice to do business with Kenneth and Best Buy. I high recommend Kenneth if you are in need of products from Best Buy.

We wanted to have rear ceiling speakers installed for surround sound and connected to our Sonos system. Devon came out for consultation and thoroughly researched it all and described how it would be done. Geek Squad showed up on time for appointment and within a couple hours they had wired everything up and installed ceiling speakers. Having to crawl thru the attic and run wiring was not a problem. Speakers are incredible !!

Jon was easy to talk to from the start. He was very patient and helpful because he listened to what I wanted and what I needed. Because I am not exactly ¨techy¨ this was no easy feat! I was in need of a new laptop because I wanted something a little more updated because I would be teaching from home due to the pandemic. Jon helped me navigate choosing and even helped me after it was delivered because he checked in on me to make sure I was able to use my new laptop ASAP. I truly appreciate his patience and recommend him highly. I have already referred him to teacher friends. Best shopping experience online!

Daniel McKin was excellent at helping us decide which range would work best for our needs. As he came to our home he could see what we could use well. He answered or returned all of my calls immediately and solved every situation. He made my Best Buy experience so easy. I would want everyone to be able to be serviced by him.

We were in need of a new refrigerator, Oven and microwave combo, and range hood and we were sure glad we chose to shop at Best Buy. Our consultant David Scaini, was absolutely great to work with, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. One item was on backorder, but it did arrive ahead of schedule. The installers were equally great to work with. Best Buy offered the most competitive price. Overall a great experience!

Chris Sanchez was a pleasure to work with. He’s knowledgeable, professional & patient. He was a great source of support & guidance throughout my repeated construction delays . I was fortunate to meet & work with him. He’s a great asset at Bestbuy, hope you appreciate him. Will definitely recommend him to my contacts & look forward to working with him in my future remodeling projects. He was a great source of comfort to work with.

The bad news is that Stacy got the printer working with the laptop again, but it only worked for about three days, so I'm back to using a stick to transfer files to print. The good news is that Stacy was able to increase the speed of the desktop and I contacted our Internet provider on his suggestion and was able to get a much higher download rate. All in all it was a good experience. Stacy was most helpful and pleasant, and was kind to allow our dog to give him a good sniff. The supervisor that came along with Stacy, I think his name was Steve, was pleasant and also good with the dog. Both were considerate enough to wear masks and covers on their shoes.

Rod helped us figure out which tv and sound system would work best in our kitchen. He assessed the area well, recommended excellent products, and connected us with an installation team that did a great job. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone considering a high end installation. He gives you confidence that your money will be well spent.

We didn’t know what security cameras to buy and Destinee came over, listened to our needs and she recommended 2 outdoor Ring wireless cameras with solar panels, one wired outdoor Ring camera and a Ring doorbell. We are completely satisfied. Destinee is terrific. She knows her products and takes the time to work with her customers. This is a great service BestBuy provides.

David came to our hime and arrived on time. He was very professional in his delivery and had strong product knowledge. He spent time to understand our needs, desires, and budget and ultimately provided 3 options for a new speaker configuration for our home theater system. We opted for the "mid-range" option and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. We are very thankful for the experience with David!!!

Went to the store on a busy day. Waited 40 minutes for someone to assist. A manager apologized for the wait and told us about the in home consultant. We called. He came out on a scheduled date and time that worked for us. Recommended products. Measured to make sure they fit in the space, and provided a delivery date. We’re very satisfied with Mike our consultant! He’s excellent. We bought a washer and dryer.

Caroline Suite, an in-home consultant, came to my home to help me measure and trouble shoot how my new appliances would fit into my unique kitchen layout. She was indeed very helpful in deciding which appliances I would need to purchase in order to accommodate my cabinetry. I am very pleased with her service! Very personable person, too! I love my new appliances. They are working out very well for me.
