We went to Best Buy to check out some new equipment for our family room and met Martin. After consulting with him and telling him what we wanted, he showed us some of the new electronics and then came to our home and checked out the available space. Martin and his assistant, Jordan, were very helpful and we would highly recommend them.

I needed help with replacing my Spectrum router. Megan was very helpful explaining the different equipment options and the process to replace the equipment. She made it very easy to understand the options and seamless to follow. Never had any service interruption and everything she said was going to happen. Highly recommend Megan to anyone seeking help from an expert.

We moved into a new townhome and needed fast/reliable wifi along with a tv/sound system in our family room. A consultant from Best Buy, Jack, came and listened to my needs and through our conversation, designed everything I needed to meet my exact needs. Everything is perfect and exactly what I wanted!

Wanted an excellent sound system for both tv and music in our home. Hannah was exceptional in her knowledge and listening to what we wanted. The installation and crew were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The after service has been more than above average with quick response and meeting our needs. Chi was great to work with and was very knowledgable. My only complaint is that I was never notified when my equipment arrived at the store. But I was very satisfied with my experience.

And all their representatives in the Best Buy store a Peachtree City Georgia were extremely Knowledgeable helpful and friendly! They assisted in setting up appointment times with Geek Squad as well as for installation of household appliances.

I needed to change all my appliances but I was overwhelmed with the different choices and considerations I needed to have. Hector, the consultant, helped me navigate through the process smoothly. He came to my house, measured the area, made recommendations, set up an appointment at the store to show me the options and follow thru until everything was delivered and installed.
