Mashia was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and really seemed to care for my needs. She explained the technical portions about the cameras and helped me load the app into my brand new iPhone. If I need to purchase another addition to my home security or other needs, I will be sure to contact Mashia. She is an excellent home expert who cares about her customers.

The service I received from Stephen Burgos was exceptional! From the start, he was extremely helpful, kind and patient; and his knowledge of equipment options, installation and placement were just perfect. Stephen is a real gem and I will strongly recommend him to anyone in need of electronic equipment or home theater guidance.

I needed help with how the men moved my new washing machine from the original spot the old one was in. Carlos Arreguin and Joe Vasquez came for an in home consultation and marked off how it should be set up. They even helped me with what size TV I would need when I was ready to buy one from Best Buy. I was so impressed with how helpful they both were.

I have used Billy for many purchases. Billy is the main reason I continue to stay with Best Buy. His determination to go above and beyond shows a work ethic that even among Best Buy management I haven’t experienced. As an employer I recognize employee talent and I hope management will see the example in Billy as a model for employees & managers to follow for customer retention & satisfaction

Last year we had planned on upgrading our home theater. Bill Conn came out and gave us an estimate of all that we had to do. We were very impressed with Bill but elected to hold off until our 18 year old Infocus died, which it recently did. Called Bill and he said that Eric Howarth would be handling our project. Very impressed with Eric and we proceeded as he advised.

ANDREW RAHALEWICH CAME TO MY HOUSE TO SEE IF I COULD FIT A 75" TV ABOVE MY FIREPLACE. HE DID EVERYTHING I NEEDED THAT DAY INCLUDING ME BUYING THE TV MOUNTING IT AND TAX. THE NEXT TECHS DID AALL THE MOUNTING BUT WE HAD MOUNT ISSUES I CALLED ANDREW THAT DAY AND HE FIXED EVERYTHING FOR MY INCLUDING A NEW MOUNT INSTALL FOR FREE.I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO THANK HIM FOR THE GREAT SERVICE HE GAVE ME. Derek was very easy to work with. Kept us up-to-date on appointments. Showed us a couple options first in good, better Best fashion. Didn't push us into anything we didn't want. Let us change things to more economical for us without any contradiction. Met us at the store a couple times to look at/ go over different items. Would highly recommend him for help in selections.

Patrick is absolutely wonderful. We are an older couple and do not understand all the new technology. He was so patient with us and made sure we understood the differences in the TVS Very grateful for him and his help. Very friendly....this is our second time to reach out to him and he will be our go to guy in the future.

I needed help with my home entertainment set up. Laura came to my house to survey to make sure an 85 inch TV can fit for my living room and a 75 inch TV can fit for my game room. She put in a proposal which saved me another trip to the store and I just had to pay online. She was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products which helped tremendously in my decision making process and professional.

The gentleman who arrived on time as scheduled was outstanding. He handled the mistakes that I had made in attempting to correct a virus on my computer, cancelled an unwanted protection plan and initiated a more appropriate plan. I can not thank him enough for what he did for me.

We were suddenly without an electric range due to a minor accident. However, we knew exactly who to turn to, Louis Frantz. We described what we were looking for and Lou knew exactly what to suggest. A couple of days later, a new range was delivered and set up perfectly and working as advertised. We couldn’t have done it without Lou and there are not enough superlatives to describe him.

Fabulous service from the in store team ( Thanks Coral ) over at the 6300 Grandview FL 33837 . We had an in home consultation with Anthony , he was extremely professional and helpful and we purchased 3 major appliances . The install team turned up on time and did a great job of the install and removal of the old appliances . We are very happy.

The magnolia tech team absolutely lived up to their reputation with the Samsung tv and Sonos install. I used the magnolia team for the first time in Kansas City and will never use anyone else for my electronics and technical services. They are the very best.

We needed outdoor security and Newton White at the Brentwood, TN location did an exceptional job to help us get what worked for our situation. He was super professional and very punctual if we needed to ask questions. Exceptional service! If we need any other future products from Best Buy, he will be the consultant we will request!!

Douglas is able to provide the perfect balance between being able to understand my needs and being able to explain the technical aspect of the products. He is also very patient in explaining and demonstrating the different products, and his attention to detail is truly remarkable.

It finally works! Nobody saw that the original speakers I bought were the wrong type for my stereo. This includes the guys who sold it to me, and the first two installers. The second installer did suggest I contact a consultant. The consultant said I had the wrong speaker and ordered the correct speaker and Jeff set it up and got it working.

Henry was great! I'm not very tech savvy as far as tech devices but he was very clear and thorough about the issues with my WiFi and the options he recommended to strengthen the signal. I trust his knowledge and technical advice.
