We recently upgraded our wi-fi network, had a TV mounted to the wall, installed new thermostat and multiple cameras. Greg was extremely help and efficient in helping us select the best products for our situation. The Geek Squad made the new tech easy to understand and did a seamless installation. I highly recommend Greg and the Geek Squad team.

We had a purchased a new modem and eeros netting system for our wifi and had it installed. The technician was excellent. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, explained the system, checked all devices connecting to the wifi system to make sure everything worked and answered all questions we had.

Delivery techs William R. And Jonathan R were great!! Friendly and professional. ........suggestion:: so the previous delivery techs before william and jonathan never put washers to even doors and left me to remove all fridge packing so fyi. Overall great customer service by all at best buy.

The representative was on time and gave me valuable information to help me with my security needs. He was very patience with me and was able to answer my questions. He left a number for me to call if I had further questions and or concerns. I really gained a lot of information and am able to proceed with my security needs.

We needed help deciding between the LG C1 OLED vs G1 evo. Joshua spent a good amount of time walking us through the different features and helped us make an informed decision. He was also super responsive and helped us get a COI with all the extra requirements my HOA needed to make sure the delivery would be seamless. Very happy with my new TV :)

Michael Hotz was VERY helpful - I was very impressed with his knowledge during the in-home consultation. And offered to schedule appt in-store for purchase of a few items. I had a VERY pleasant experience, which is a high compliment these days - you rarely get good, much less, great service and MANY KUDOS to Michael for his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy!!!!

Timothy is the only tech that I have used for advice on making purchases. He is very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to make sure you have just the right item for the required space. He takes measurements and advises you on what item would be the best fit for you. Very outgoing and personable with a genuine helpful spirit. I would never use anyone other then Timothy.

Atif gave us a complete and accurate consultation of what we needed to enhance our internet speed and tv reception. The mesh routers were affordably priced and the 2 techs who came to set them up properly did an efficient and thorough job. We are very grateful.

Santi was helpful in our selection of the items we purchased. He answered our questions and concerns and was very polite. He arranged for in home installation by the Geek Squad that was convenient for us.
